Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection is strongly associated with a height-ened incidence of lymphomas.To mirror the natural course of human HIV infection,animal models have been developed.These models serve as valuable tools to inves-tigate disease pathobiology,assess antiretroviral and immunomodulatory drugs,ex-plore viral reservoirs,and develop eradication strategies.However,there are currently no validated in vivo models of HIV-associated lymphoma(HAL),hampering progress in this crucial domain,and scant attention has been given to developing animal models dedicated to studying HAL,despite their pivotal role in advancing knowledge.This re-view provides a comprehensive overview of the existing animal models of HAL,which may enhance our understanding of the underlying pathogenesis and approaches for malignancies linked to HIV infection. 展开更多

渤海A油田聚合物驱注入能力变化规律研究

以渤海A油田为例,通过对渤海A油田的转注聚时机、地层物性、聚合物类型等动静态资料整理及归纳,分析获得渤海A油田注入能力的变化规律。渤海A油田转注聚后注聚井的平均视吸水指数下降幅度为36.9%,且转注聚时机越晚,油田地层系数... 以渤海A油田为例,通过对渤海A油田的转注聚时机、地层物性、聚合物类型等动静态资料整理及归纳,分析获得渤海A油田注入能力的变化规律。渤海A油田转注聚后注聚井的平均视吸水指数下降幅度为36.9%,且转注聚时机越晚,油田地层系数越大,注入聚合物浓度越低,聚驱阶段的注入能力越强。并根据注采平衡条件下,无量纲产液指数曲线在不同含水下的产液能力反映注聚井的注入能力,利用无量纲产液指数法对此规律进行了验证。研究结果对注聚油田的方案编制及动态分析具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是世界范围内癌症相关死亡的主要原因。尽管在诊断和治疗方面已经有了较大的进步,但是针对早期HCC的治疗,目前最佳的治疗方式仍然是手术切除和肝移植。然而,术后... 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是世界范围内癌症相关死亡的主要原因。尽管在诊断和治疗方面已经有了较大的进步,但是针对早期HCC的治疗,目前最佳的治疗方式仍然是手术切除和肝移植。然而,术后高复发率、转移率使得患者长期生存仍然面临挑战。近年来以免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)为代表的免疫治疗以其良好的安全性和客观反应性为晚期HCC患者的治疗提供了新的机遇,因此也成为新辅助治疗的候选药物。当前,在新辅助治疗环境下利用免疫治疗来增加HCC治愈机会成为研究的热点。与此同时,也存在着诸多问题亟待解决,如新辅助免疫治疗的时间与疗程、效果的评估、筛选适合治疗的目标人群以及治疗的安全性和肝毒性等。本文对HCC新辅助免疫治疗的现有文献和临床试验进行探讨和总结,并对其进行分析与展望。 展开更多

This study presents a novel fractional order grey model FGM(α,1)obtained by extending the grey model(GM(1,1)).For this,we generalize the whitenization first-order differential equation to fractional order by using the Caputo fractional derivative of orderα.A real-world case study,scrutinize the economic growth influence on environmental degradation in Turkey,is performed to evaluate the significance of the projected model FGM(α,1)in contrast to the current classical GM.We apply autoregressive distributed lags bounds testing co-integration approach to empirically examine the long-run and shortrun relation among economic growth,agriculture,forestry and fishing(AFF),electricity utilization and CO_(2)emissions.Using the new fractional order model,all the variables are forecasted in the forthcoming years until 2030.Findings disclose that electricity utilization and economic growth(GDP)accelerate emission of CO_(2) though in the long run agriculture,forestry,and fishing reduce the environmental pollution in Turkey. 展开更多

Modified starch was better suitable for food processing,and fermentation was one of the effective methods to modify starch.This study investigated the separate and synergistic fermentation of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae could whether affect the multi-scale structure and physicochemical properties of highland barley starch(HBS).The results of multi-scale structure determination of HBS showed that compared with unfermented HBS(32.27%),fermentation showed a significant increase in relative crystallinity(35.49-39.81%),while the crystal type of HBS as observed from X-ray diffraction(A-type crystalline pattern)did not change.The small angle X-ray scattering revealed that fermentation reduced the amorphous region and increased the crystalline layer thickness of the HBS.Consequently,the changes in the physicochemical properties showed that the peak viscosity,trough viscosity,and final viscosity of HBS were reduced after fermentation,and the aging of starch gel was delayed significantly.Our results showed that Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentations improve the physicochemical properties of HBS by modifying the multi-scale structure of starch,especially the synergistic fermentation effect was more effective. 展开更多

Currently,water injection is widely used for oil field developments.For reservoirs with complex geological structures,large stratigraphic dip angles,low porosities and extra-low permeabilities,the effect of water injection is not satisfying.This paper establishes a modified radial flow formula on the dip angle,and uses the plane radial seepage theory to get formation pressure distributions and a production formula in tilted strata.For injectors with their threshold pressures greater than their formation in-situ pressures,the effective radius for waterflooding is derived for a given injection pressure and then it is used to evaluate waterflooding effect and well pattern suitability,and guide the oilfield production.This method can also be applied to other waterflooding oilfields with similar geological conditions. 展开更多
