Effects of Crosswise Appendage Plate Flexibility on the Drag Reduction Characteristics of Cylinder

In engineering applications (Like an ocean riser), fluid flow around bluff bodies generates substantial resistance, which can jeopardize structural integrity, lifespan, and escalate resource consumption. Therefore, employing drag reduction measures becomes particularly crucial. This paper employs the immersed boundary method to investigate the impact of transversely oriented appendage plate flexibility on the drag of cylinders under different Reynolds numbers and distances. The results indicate that flexible appendage plate exerts drag reduction effects on the downstream cylinder, with this effect gradually diminishing as Reynolds numbers increase. At identical Reynolds numbers, the drag reduction effect initially increases and then decreases with distance, with the optimal drag reduction distance observed at D = 2.5. Compared to cylinders without appendage plate, the maximum drag reduction achieved is 30.551%. Addressing the drag reduction issue in cylinders holds significant importance for ensuring engineering structural integrity, enhancing engineering efficiency, and developing novel underwater towing systems. 展开更多

For the quad tilt rotor aircraft, a computational fluid dynamics method based on multiple reference frames (MRF) was used to analyze the influence of aerodynamic layout parameters on the aerodynamic characteristics of the quad tilt rotor aircraft. Firstly, a numerical simulation method for the interference flow field of the quad tilt rotor aircraft is established. Based on this method, the aerodynamic characteristics of isolated rotors, rotor combinations at different lateral positions on the wing, and rotor rotation directions under different inflow velocities were calculated and analyzed, in order to grasp their aerodynamic interference laws and provide reference for the design and control theory research of such aircraft. 展开更多

严慈相济:家庭教养方式与城乡儿童非认知能力发展 被引量:1

构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系,以促进城乡教育公平与共同富裕为社会各界所关注,而了解城乡家庭教养现状与预测改进效果是基础环节。利用“中国教育追踪调查”数据的研究发现:城乡家长在“严”教养方面没有显著差异,但乡村家长的... 构建覆盖城乡的家庭教育指导服务体系,以促进城乡教育公平与共同富裕为社会各界所关注,而了解城乡家庭教养现状与预测改进效果是基础环节。利用“中国教育追踪调查”数据的研究发现:城乡家长在“严”教养方面没有显著差异,但乡村家长的“慈”教养比例显著低于城市。严慈相济的教养方式能显著促进城乡儿童的非认知能力发展,而乡村家庭教养方式中重“严”轻“慈”是引起乡村儿童非认知能力低于城市的重要原因。预测乡村家长“慈”教养比例提升至城市均值水平,城乡儿童非认知能力发展的五个维度——外倾性、宜人性、神经质、开放性与尽责性的差距将依次缩小31.58%、40.40%、47.67%、30.00%和74.19%。未来家庭教育指导服务需定向发力,关注城乡差异现状,助益乡村地区家长构建严慈相济的教养理念,促进儿童人格健全发展。 展开更多

基于中国研究型大学46个教育学院(部)的教师样本,从个人层面和机构层面科研生产力的角度分析了海归教师优于本土教师策略是否合理。研究发现:在个人层面,海归教师与本土教师在中文科研产出数量和质量上没有显著差异;海归教师发表英文论... 基于中国研究型大学46个教育学院(部)的教师样本,从个人层面和机构层面科研生产力的角度分析了海归教师优于本土教师策略是否合理。研究发现:在个人层面,海归教师与本土教师在中文科研产出数量和质量上没有显著差异;海归教师发表英文论文的可能性较大,但当两类教师都发表英文论文时,海归教师并没有表现出优势。在机构层面,海归教师构成比率与机构整体科研生产力同样不存在显著的影响。这表明高校人才任用中过分看重海归经历这一筛选信号并没有得到经验证据的支持,学术机构在建设师资队伍时,应该寻求反映教师实际科研能力的合理指标,而不是"唯海归论"。 展开更多

Rapid detection and identification of Escherichia coli(E.coli)is essential to prevent its quickly spread.In this study,a novel fluorescence probe based on ZnTe quantum dots(QDs)modified by mannose(MAN)had been prepared for the determination of E.coli.The results showed that the obtained QDs showed excellent selectivity toward E.coli,and presented a good linearity in range of 1.0×10~5~1.0×10~8 CFU/mL.The optimum fluorescence intensity for detecting E.coli was found to be at pH 7.0 with a temperature of25℃and incubation time of 20 min.Under these optimum conditions,the detection limit of E.coli was4.6×10~4 CFU/mL.The quenching was discussed to be a static quenching procedure,which was proved by the quenching efficiency of QDs decreased with the temperature increasing. 展开更多

Anaerobic digestion in mesophilic and room temperature conditions: Digestion performance and soil-borne pathogen survival

Tomato plant waste(TPW) was used as the feedstock of a batch anaerobic reactor to evaluate the effect of anaerobic digestion on Ralstonia solanacearum and Phytophthora capsici survival. Batch experiments were carried out for TS(total solid) concentrations of 2%, 4% and 6% respectively, at mesophilic(37 ± 1°C) and room(20–25°C) temperatures. Results showed that higher digestion performance was achieved under mesophilic digestion temperature and lower TS concentration conditions. The biogas production ranged from 71 to 416 L/kg VS(volatile solids). The inactivation of anaerobic digestion tended to increase as digestion performance improved. The maximum log copies reduction of R. solanacearum and P. capsici detected by quantitative PCR(polymerase chain reaction) were 3.80 and 4.08 respectively in reactors with 4% TS concentration at mesophilic temperatures. However, both in mesophilic and room temperature conditions, the lowest reduction of R. solanacearum was found in the reactors with 6% TS concentration, which possessed the highest VFA(volatile fatty acid) concentration. These findings indicated that simple accumulation of VFAs failed to restrain R. solanacearum effectively, although the VFAs were considered poisonous. P. capsici was nearly completely dead under all conditions. Based on the digestion performance and the pathogen survival rate, a model was established to evaluate the digestate biosafety. 展开更多
