地方高校理工科专业开展课程思政教学的现状调查与影响因素分析——以生物技术专业为例

基于江西农业大学生物技术专业学生对专业课程开展思政教学的接受度与满意度调查结果,运用二元Logistic回归模型,分析影响课程思政教学接受度及满意度的重要因素。结果表明,学生对课程思政的认知度以及思政内容与专业知识的关联度显著... 基于江西农业大学生物技术专业学生对专业课程开展思政教学的接受度与满意度调查结果,运用二元Logistic回归模型,分析影响课程思政教学接受度及满意度的重要因素。结果表明,学生对课程思政的认知度以及思政内容与专业知识的关联度显著影响学生对思政教学的接受度;同时,思政元素的融入方式、思政教学的实施过程以及毕业去向显著影响学生对思政教学的满意度。鉴于此,地方高校应着力于全方位提高理工科专业学生对课程思政教学的认知水平,提高教师的思政教学能力,并建立学生考研的级联响应机制,进而提高课程思政在理工科专业的建设效果。 展开更多

秸秆腐熟剂对水稻秧苗素质及育秧基质微生物的影响 被引量:7

为探究接种腐熟剂堆沤秸秆作为育秧基质培育水稻秧苗的可行性及其在生态学方面的机制,本研究结合理化测定并采用末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)分析,探究了浅盘试验条件下的水稻秧苗素质、基质矿质成分及基质微生物多样性。结果表明... 为探究接种腐熟剂堆沤秸秆作为育秧基质培育水稻秧苗的可行性及其在生态学方面的机制,本研究结合理化测定并采用末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)分析,探究了浅盘试验条件下的水稻秧苗素质、基质矿质成分及基质微生物多样性。结果表明,与对照组相比,接种腐熟剂堆沤秸秆作为育秧基质使得水稻鲜重、水稻株高、水稻假茎宽、水稻根等形态学指标有所提高;基质中有机质、全氮、有效磷含量增加显著;基质中细菌和霉菌的生物量分别增加了3.61、70.67倍;细菌中参与C循环、S循环、N循环、抗致病微生物、有益微生物、未知功能微生物、营养代谢相关细菌的生物量分别提高了0.80、1.33、4.86、2.62、6.27、3.24、2.69倍;基质中亚硝化细菌、反硝化细菌、好气性纤维素分解菌、硅酸盐细菌、硝化细菌、好气性自身固氮菌、硅酸盐细菌等功能微生物的数量分别提高了136.50、17.61、8.26、5.65、3.99、2.63倍。研究表明,秸秆腐熟剂改变了原始环境的微生物群落结构并有益于水稻生长。本研究为合理利用堆沤秸秆基质育秧提供了科学依据。 展开更多

By using red soil and late rice Wufengyou T025 as the tested materials,the influences of straw returning with a microbial agent on the quantity of microorganisms and enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil in fields were studied,and soil productivity was tested with yield and agricultural traits of late rice. The results showed that straw returning with the microbial agent could significantly improve the quantity of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces in soil,enhance the activity of sucrase,urease,catalase and cellulase,and improve the number of grains per spike,setting percentage,thousand seed weight and yield of late rice. The combination of rice straw returning and the microbial agent has a good prospect of application. 展开更多

Effects of Agro-antibiotic 211 on Related Substances Inducing Rice Resistance to Sheath Blight

[Objective] The paper was to explore the effect of agro-antibiotic 211, the active substance produced by streptomyces JD211, on rice resistance to sheath blight. [Method] Through pot experiment, the induction effect of agro-antibiotic 211 on rice resistance against sheath blight was analyzed, and the effect on phenolic metabolites and pathogenesis-related proteins were studied.[Result] The total phenol, phenylalanine ammonialyase, lignin, chitinase and β-1, 3-glucanase of rice leaves treated by agro-antibiotic 211 were slightly higher than that in control. At 96 h post treatment, the activity of β-1, 3-glucanase was 36.84% and 10.48% higher than that of blank control and CK+ Rhizoctonia solani, respectively; at120 h post treatment, the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase were 42.13% and 62.28% higher than that of blank control and CK+ R. solani,respectively. The effect of agro-antibiotic 211 + R. solani was equal or slightly higher than that of Jinggangmycin + R. solani. [Conclusion] Agroantibiotic 211 induced rice resistance against sheath blight, and was closely related to the accumulation of phenolic substances and the increase of pathogenesis-related proteins. 展开更多

Abstractsolution (AS) against Rhizocto- nia solani, Magnaporthe grisea and Ustilaginoidea virens. [ Method] The toxicity effect of 0.3% agricultural antibiotic 702 AS against R., solani, M. grisea and U. virens were studied by mycelial growth rate method and mycelial wet weight method. [ Result ] The EC50 and EC50 values of agricultural antibiotics 702 AS to R. solani, M. grisea and U. virens in vitro condition were 4.16 and 16.17 mg/L, 16.05 and 41.85 mg/L, 111.2 and 389.0 mg/L, respectively. Agricultural antibi- otics 702 AS had good inhibition effect against R. solani and M. grisea and could basically achieve the effects of commercially available Jinggangmycin and kaanga- mycin, but the inhibition effect against U. v/rens was relatively weak. The preventive activity of aqueous solution was obviously higher than treatment activity. [Conclusion] 0.3% Agricultural antibiotic 702 AS is considered to be a potential biological control agent against R. solani, M. grisea and U. virens, and can be used as the potential alternative pesticide of Jinggangmycin. 展开更多
