In 2023,China’s natural gas sector experienced robust growth in both supply and demand dynamics,as consumption regained an upward trend,reaching 394.53 billion m3,reflecting a 7.6%year-on-year surge.Domestic gas production and reserves persistently progressed,hitting a production volume of 228.84 billion m3 and achieving a seven-year consecutive increment exceeding 10 billion m^(3).After an initial sharp decline,imported natural gas rebounded to record growth;the combined import volume of pipeline gas and LNG climbed to 163.92 billion m^(3),a notable 11.3%rise compared to the previous year.As China’s policies for stable economic growth are further entrenched in 2024,the macroeconomic recovery is anticipated to continue.Bolstered by the dual-carbon strategy and the transformative policies targeting high-energy-consuming industries,the natural gas market is expected to sustain its rapid expansion,with estimated growth in demand ranging between 5.8%and 7.1%. 展开更多

基于未确知测度理论的管道内涂层失效风险评价研究

为提高管道内涂层质量的管控水平,从涂层性能、服役环境、涂层老化和施工缺陷等方面建立了三级指标、五级风险的评价指标体系,通过构造单指标测度、计算复合权重和构造多指标测度等步骤,实现了评价指标间差异性和不确定性的消除,并引入... 为提高管道内涂层质量的管控水平,从涂层性能、服役环境、涂层老化和施工缺陷等方面建立了三级指标、五级风险的评价指标体系,通过构造单指标测度、计算复合权重和构造多指标测度等步骤,实现了评价指标间差异性和不确定性的消除,并引入有效度对未确知测度理论的识别准则进行改进,实现了风险等级的评价,并进行了工程应用。结果表明,通过复合权重可降低改进层次分析法和变异系数法两类权重结果带来的弊端,一级指标中涂层性能的影响权重最大,二级指标中电化学阻抗值、清管频次、服役时间、施工水平的影响权重较大;评价结果与现场实际情况相符,证明了本文模型的科学性和有效性,为内涂层失效的风险性评价提供了一种新方法。 展开更多

融合Attention和GRU的压缩机组故障预警技术研究

现有天然气压缩机组普遍采用事后维修、定时检修方式,这会造成压缩机组的失修或过修现象。针对这一问题,提出了一种融合Attention和GRU的压缩机组故障预警技术,先利用RF算法筛选影响压缩机组对应故障的参数,将形成的数据集代入GRU模型... 现有天然气压缩机组普遍采用事后维修、定时检修方式,这会造成压缩机组的失修或过修现象。针对这一问题,提出了一种融合Attention和GRU的压缩机组故障预警技术,先利用RF算法筛选影响压缩机组对应故障的参数,将形成的数据集代入GRU模型进行训练和预测,并在隐含层和全连接层中建立Attention机制,用于对单一时间步内的关键性数据赋权,最后基于现场实际值和模型预测值的残差均值,通过计算三角函数隶属度确定不同时刻的风险等级。结果表明,注意力机制对模型精度的影响最大,其次为GRU模型;风险隶属度可实现预测数据风险信息的可视化,进气过滤器压差故障的预警时间可提前133h,压缩机喘振故障的预警时间可提前204min。研究结果可为过程控制系统的大数据分析及压缩机组故障超前预警提供实际参考。 展开更多

压缩气体储能是一种新兴的长时、大规模储能技术,近年来在中国发展迅速。空气和CO_(2)是压缩气体储能常用的两种工质。首先,在梳理压缩气体储能主要技术路线的基础上,聚焦绝热压缩气体储能,分析了系统结构和性能,重点论述了循环效率的... 压缩气体储能是一种新兴的长时、大规模储能技术,近年来在中国发展迅速。空气和CO_(2)是压缩气体储能常用的两种工质。首先,在梳理压缩气体储能主要技术路线的基础上,聚焦绝热压缩气体储能,分析了系统结构和性能,重点论述了循环效率的影响因素。其次,选取典型的系统为对象,进行了投资成本和度电成本分析。最后,探讨了压缩气体储能发展趋势,认为压缩空气(CO_(2))储能和液态空气(CO_(2))储能有各自不同的发展方向:先进绝热压缩空气储能技术已趋于成熟,100 MW级以上规模的效率已逐渐逼近抽水蓄能,单位投资成本和全生命期度电成本已开始超越同规模抽水蓄能,建议加强政策支持,进一步完善产业配套,以快速形成产业优势;压缩CO_(2)储能和液态空气(CO_(2))储能技术还不成熟,投资成本和度电成本较高,但发展潜力较大,建议加强产学研结合,尽快提升技术成熟度,同时给予一定的电价政策和并网政策支持,以促进示范项目的建设。 展开更多

In 2015, China had 64,000 km of long-distance natural gas pipelines, which was increased to 89,000 km in 2020, with an average annual growth rate of 6.6% during the “13th Five-year Plan” period. In 2020, the primary transportation capacity reached 360 billion m3 per year. China has built four strategic natural gas import channels - northwest, southwest, northeast and offshore - and a pipeline network structure with “three vertical and three horizontal pipelines”, and formed a backbone natural gas pipeline network spanning the east and west, running through the north and south, and connecting overseas region. 展开更多

油田伴生气处理常用的液相过冷工艺存在乙烷收率低、经济性差等缺点,为实现油田生产的节能降耗,提出了两种改进工艺LSP-1和LSP-2,在5种富气气质条件下,从能耗、㶲、冷箱及经济性等方面进行了对比。结果表明,在气质1条件下,LSP-1工艺和LS... 油田伴生气处理常用的液相过冷工艺存在乙烷收率低、经济性差等缺点,为实现油田生产的节能降耗,提出了两种改进工艺LSP-1和LSP-2,在5种富气气质条件下,从能耗、㶲、冷箱及经济性等方面进行了对比。结果表明,在气质1条件下,LSP-1工艺和LSP-2工艺的总压缩功分别为8199 kW和8169 kW,与LSP工艺相比,分别降低了8.3%、8.6%;㶲损最大的设备单元为压缩机和膨胀机,约占总㶲损的50%以上,在气质1条件下,LSP-1工艺和LSP-2工艺的总㶲损分别降低了4.2%、7.7%;LSP-2工艺在总投资成本和投资回收期上略优于LSP-1工艺;两种改进工艺的节能降耗效果较好,其中LSP-2工艺的优越性更加明显,对伴生气的适应性更佳。 展开更多
