目的:研究藤黄科植物Garcinia maingayii的化学成分。方法:采用柱层析方法分离和纯化化合物,根据各种波谱和X-衍射分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从该植物的茎皮中分离并鉴定出5种化合物:isoxanthochymol(1) ,camboginol(2)5 ,7 ,2′,5′-te... 目的:研究藤黄科植物Garcinia maingayii的化学成分。方法:采用柱层析方法分离和纯化化合物,根据各种波谱和X-衍射分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从该植物的茎皮中分离并鉴定出5种化合物:isoxanthochymol(1) ,camboginol(2)5 ,7 ,2′,5′-tetrahydroxy flavan-3-ol(3),stigmasterol (4)和griffipavixanthone (5) ,其中1和2为polyisoprenyl benzophenones类化合物,5为bixanthone类化合物。结论:以上5种化合物都是首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物1、2和5对小鼠P388白血病细胞有细胞毒活性,其IC50分别为1.47 ,4.90和0.42μg·mL-1。 展开更多

Evaluation of Immunomodulatory Activity of the Herbals Formula Viranur, Turmeric (Curcuma heyneana Val.) and Phyllanthus (Phyllanthus niruri L.) in Layer Chicken Vaccinated with Avian Influenza

The aim of this research was to know the effect of herbal as immunomodulator on chicken layer vaccinated with avian influenza. A total of 60 chickens were alloted into three treatment groups: control group (KA), group KB and group KC, with 20 chicken each group. All the chickens were vaccinated with Newcastle disease (ND) in the age of one week, and a week later they were vaccinated with avian influenza (AI). The chickens in group KB were drunken with herbal solution containing of 5 g turmeric (Curcuma heyneana Val.) and 25 g phyllanthus (Phyllanthus niruri L.) and group KC were drunken with herbal solution containing of 36 g the herbals formula Viranur and 25 g phyllanthus (Phyllanthus niruri L.), respectively for four weeks. Thirty days after AI vaccinated, all of chicken were weighed and necropsied. Samples from bursa of Fabricius, tymus and spleen were taken for weighing and histopathological examination. The weight indexs of bursa of Fabricius, tymus and spleen were not significantly different between control group and treatment group in the considered statistically significance (P 〉 0.05), but the treatment groups (KB and KC) had higher weight index. The histopathologically changes of spleen in both control group and treatment groups were not different, although in the group KC, in bursa of Fabricius, there was lymphocyte increase in its lymphoid follicles; and in the group KB and KC, the tymus were more widening in the cortex than medulla. The conclusion of this study showed that the herbals can stimulate lymphocyte activity. 展开更多

Preprocessing Model of Manuscripts in Javanese Characters

Manuscript preprocessing stage is aimed to produce images of letters which form the manuscripts to be processed further in manuscript transliteration system. There are four main steps in manuscript preprocessing, which are manuscript binarization, noise reduction, line segmentation, and character segmentation for every line image produced by line segmentation. The result of the test on parts of PB.A57 manuscript which contains 291 character images, with 95% level of confidence concluded that the success percentage of preprocessing in producing Javanese character images ranged 85.9% - 94.82%. 展开更多

An Intonation Speech Synthesis Model for Indonesian Using Pitch Pattern and Phrase Identification

In Indonesian, intonation is det... Prosody in speech synthesis systems (text-to-speech) is a determinant of tone, duration, and loudness of speech sound. Intonation is a part of prosody which determines the speech tone. In Indonesian, intonation is determined by the structure of sentences, types of sentences, and also the position of the word in a sentence. In this study, a model of speech synthesis that focuses on its intonation is proposed. The speech intonation is determined by sentence structure, intonation patterns of the example sentences, and general rules of Indonesian pronunciation. The model receives texts and intonation patterns as inputs. Based on the general principle of Indonesian pronunciation, a prosody file was made. Based on input text, sentence structure is determined and then interval among parts of a sentence (phrase) can be determined. These intervals are used to correct the duration of the initial prosody file. Furthermore, the frequencies in prosody file were corrected using intonation patterns. The final result is prosody file that can be pronounced by speech engine application. Experiment results of studies using the original voice of radio news announcer and the speech synthesis show that the peaks of?F0?are determined by general rules or intonation patterns which are dominant. Similarity test with the PESQ method shows that the result of the synthesis is 1.18 at MOS-LQO scale. 展开更多

Macronutrient deficiency inhibits the growth and development of chili plants.One of the non-destructive methods that plays a role in processing plant image data based on specific characteristics is computer vision.This study uses 5166 image data after augmentation process for six plant health conditions.But the analysis of one feature cannot represent plant health condition.Therefore,a careful combination of features is required.This study combines three types of features with HSV and RGB for color,GLCM and LBP for texture,and Hu moments and centroid distance for shapes.Each feature and its combination are trained and tested using the same MLP architecture.The combination of RGB,GLCM,Hu moments,and Distance of centroid features results the best performance.In addition,this study compares the MLP architecture used with previous studies such as SVM,Random Forest Technique,Naive Bayes,and CNN.CNN produced the best performance,followed by SVM and MLP,with accuracy reaching 97.76%,90.55%and 89.70%,respectively.Although MLP has lower accuracy than CNN,the model for identifying plant health conditions has a reasonably good success rate to be applied in a simple agricultural environment. 展开更多
