Higher alcohols are key factors affecting sensory quality and post-drinking comfort of alcoholic beverages. A strategy combining solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS) was established to analyze the metabolism pattern of higher alcohols in rat plasma after gavage of 4 common alcoholic beverages including huangjiu, baijiu, wine and brandy. 7 mL of dichloromethane was determined as the optimal extraction condition, and 8 higher alcohols were precisely quantified with detection limits of 1.82-11.65 μg/L, recoveries of 89.07%-110.89% and fine repeatability. The fastest absorption and elimination rates of plasma total higher alcohols were observed in baijiu and huangjiu group, respectively, and the highest peak concentration was found in brandy group. Additionally, the metabolic rate of plasma isoamyl alcohol in huangjiu group was faster than that in wine group at the same intragastric administration dosage. This study may provide potential insight for evaluation of alcoholic beverage quality. 展开更多

Transition metal compounds are attractive for their significant applications in supercapacitors and as non-noble metal catalysts for electrochemical water splitting.Herein,we develop Ni3 S2 nanorods growing directly on Ni foam,which act as multifunctional additive-free Ni3 S2@Ni electrode for supercapacitor and overall water splitting.Based on PVA-KOH gel electrolyte,the assembled all-solid-state Ni3 S2@Ni//AC asymmetric supercapacitor delivers a high areal energy density of 0.52 mWh cm^-2 at an areal power density of 9.02 MW cm^-2,and exhibits an excellent cycling stability with a capacitance retention ratio of 89%after 10000 GCD cycles at a current density of 30 mA cm^-2.For hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction in 1 M KOH,Ni3 S2@Ni electrode achieves a benchmark of 10 mA cm^-2at overpotentials of 82 mV and 310 mV,respectively.Furthermore,the assembled Ni3 S2@Ni‖Ni3 S2@Ni electrolyzer for overall water splitting attains a current density of 10 mA cm^-2 at 1.61 V.The in-situ synthesis of Ni3 S2@Ni electrode enriches the applications of additive-free transition metal compounds in high-performance energy storage devices and efficient electrocatalysis. 展开更多

河套盆地临河坳陷古近系临河组深层—超深层碎屑岩储层物性差异成因

河套盆地临河坳陷临河组在6 000 m以深仍发育优质储层且高产工业油流,但相似埋深碎屑岩储层物性存在明显的差异性。为明确储层物性差异成因,降低深层—超深层油气勘探的风险,以临河坳陷临河组为研究对象,综合岩心、铸体薄片、扫描电镜... 河套盆地临河坳陷临河组在6 000 m以深仍发育优质储层且高产工业油流,但相似埋深碎屑岩储层物性存在明显的差异性。为明确储层物性差异成因,降低深层—超深层油气勘探的风险,以临河坳陷临河组为研究对象,综合岩心、铸体薄片、扫描电镜和黏土矿物等资料,以岩石学、物性及成岩特征研究为基础,开展储层特征及物性差异成因研究。结果表明:临河组储层岩石以富含石英为主要特征,石英含量平均值为72%,填隙物含量介于1%~28%之间。储层孔隙度介于1%~29.2%之间,储集空间主要为原生粒间孔。储层压实作用和胶结作用强度总体较弱,局部较强。储层主要发育富胶结物砂岩、富泥杂基砂岩和低填隙物砂岩3类岩石相类型。富胶结物砂岩粒度较细,胶结作用强,物性致密;富泥杂基砂岩塑性碎屑含量较高且分选差,压实作用强,物性较差;低填隙物砂岩富含刚性颗粒且分选好,压实和胶结作用弱,原生孔隙发育,物性好。临河坳陷临河组储层物性受沉积和成岩作用共同控制,沉积水动力强弱决定了砂岩的粒度大小、分选好坏和泥质含量高低,进一步控制储层压实强度和物性成岩演化。砂体厚度控制了储层中胶结物含量及分布,进而影响储层物性。 展开更多

Tight oil in the redeposited carbonates was mainly distributed in the Lower Submember of Member 3 of Shahejie Formation in Shulu sag of Jizhong depression,North China.Through high-resolution 3D seismic data,well logging data and drilling data,the Lower Submember of Member 3 of Shahejie Formation was divided into 5 third-order sequences and 15 parasequence sets.The redeposited marl and rudstone were major reserving horizons of tight oil,and ten reserving space types were developed and could be classified into two main categories,i.e.,pores and fractures.Two types of tight oil reservoirs were established,i.e.,the marl hydrocarbon reservoir of the source-reservoir integration and the rudstone hydrocarbon reservoirs of the source-reservoir paragenesis.The assemblage relationship among the high-quality source rocks,system tracts with the source-reservoir configuration was the major control factor for tight oil accumulation in the redeposited carbonates.The lacustrine transgressive system tracts and highstand systems tracts in SQ1 to SQ5 were the favorable horizons for development of the marl hydrocarbon reservoir,the lowstand system tracts in SQ1 to SQ3 were the favorable horizons for development of the rudstone hydrocarbon reservoir. 展开更多

We present a facile synthesis of trigonal selenium with butterfly-like microstructure from elemental sele- nium via a solvothermal and aging route. By using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy to characterize the products, a possible growth mechanism is proposed. The solvothermal process pro- motes the dissolution of selenium in ethylenediamine to form a brown homogeneous [Se(en)x] solution. By introducing acetone into this [Se(en)x] solution, amorphous selenium nanoparticles were produced which then transformed into trigonal selenium, which further assembled along the c-axis to form hexag- onal rods. Owing to stereo hindrance as well as to development of opposite lateral sides of the hexagonal rod in opposing directions, a butterfly-like microstructure consisting of two long outside rods and a short inner rod was obtained. 展开更多
