Obesity is a common clinical disease,in order to take a healthy and simple way to treat it,the volatile properties of traditional Chinese medicine play a role in lifting weights.Aromatherapy uses the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine as a typical representative.In order to explore the mechanism of action of aromatherapy in depth,through the etiology and pathogenesis of obesity,the historical origin of modern times,related organs,pathogenesis,and the research progress of aromatherapy in the treatment of obesity,the classification of aromatherapy,and the related research of aromatic drugs,it is found that aromatherapy has a large number of significant clinical effects in modern times.It can be used to treat obesity independently under the guidance of the basic theory of Chinese medicine,and can also be combined with other Chinese medicines to form prescription drug treatment,and in combination with other ways to treat obesity.However,at present,this method of treating obesity has not received widespread attention,and it still needs to be studied and promoted by scholars. 展开更多

[Methods] 10 rats were randomly selected and fed with normal diet as blank group, and the ... [Objectives] To study the effect of "acupressure therapy" on anti-inflammatory mechanism in obesity-induced IR rats. [Methods] 10 rats were randomly selected and fed with normal diet as blank group, and the remaining 30 rats were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks. The obesity-induced IR model was induced and divided into two groups: model group and acupressure group. The acupressure group was treated by "acupressure therapy" three times a week for 6 weeks;the model group was taken 3 times at the same time every week, and the supine binding experiment lasted for 10 min for 6 weeks. Morphological observation was carried out before and after the experiment, mainly observing the general conditions and body weight. After the last intervention, the animals were killed and samples were collected. Western Blot method was used to detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the three groups. [Results] Compared with the blank group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the model group increased significantly ( P <0.01);compared with the model group, the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in adipose tissue of the acupressure group decreased significantly ( P <0.01). [Conclusions] After intervening in the obesity-induced IR rats with acupressure method, the status of insulin resistance in obese rats was improved by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors. 展开更多

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe(EP)and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength telescopes.The new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope(WXT)on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for 12 s.The flare reached a peak flux of 3:9×10^(−9) erg cm^(−2) s^(−1) in 0.5-4 keV,∼300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the observation.Rapid and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new transient.Its X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 keV,with a power-law photon index varying within 1.8-2.5.The X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for∼4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable∼10 d after the initial detection.Based on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term transients.No counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these bands.We demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical transients.The nature of EP240408a thus remains an enigma.We suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of∼10 d.The detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin. 展开更多

目的 探讨塑形垫结合热塑膜在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者体位固定中的优势.方法 收集2021年2月至2021年12月于山西医科大学第一医院治疗的50例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者的临床资料,其中男性40例、女性10例,年龄(58.0±8.2)岁.按照不同固定方式将... 目的 探讨塑形垫结合热塑膜在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者体位固定中的优势.方法 收集2021年2月至2021年12月于山西医科大学第一医院治疗的50例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者的临床资料,其中男性40例、女性10例,年龄(58.0±8.2)岁.按照不同固定方式将患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(20例).观察组采用塑形垫结合头颈肩热塑膜个性化定位方式;对照组采用标准化头枕结合头颈肩热塑膜常规定位方式对头颈部肿瘤患者进行体位固定.患者在治疗过程中每周1次采用MV级电子射野影像系统(EPID)进行摆位验证,对2组头颈部肿瘤患者腹背、头脚、左右方向的摆位误差进行比较.组间比较采用独立样本t检验.结果 50例患者完成了258次EPID验证,其中观察组验证101次,对照组验证157次.以靶区为感兴趣区(ROI),观察组患者在腹背、头脚、左右方向的摆位误差分别为(0.057±1.805)、(0.569±1.611)、(0.020± 2.946)mm,小于对照组的(-0.599±2.531)、(0.637±2.239)、(0.780±1.957)mm,且 2 组在腹背和左右方向的差异有统计学意义(t=-2.435,P=0.016;t=2.289,P=0.023).以头部中心为ROI,观察组患者在腹背、头脚、左右方向的摆位误差分别为(-0.327±1.898)、(0.594±2.089)、(0.891± 1.944)mm,小于对照组的(0.975±1.950)、(0.917±2.245)、(1.070±1.912)mm,且 2 组在腹背方向的差异有统计学意义(t=5.320,P<0.001).以颈部中心为ROI,观察组在腹背、头脚、左右方向的摆位误差分别为(0.010±2.278)、(0.554±2.095)、(-0.574±2.321)mm,小于对照组的(1.217± 2.663)、(0.637±2.397)、(-0.764±2.600)mm,且2组在腹背和左右方向的差异有统计学意义(t=-3.947,P<0.00l;t=3.431,P=0.001).结论 塑形垫结合热塑膜应用于头颈部肿瘤放疗患者的体位固定,可明显提高摆位精确度和患者的舒适度,具有临床推广价值. 展开更多

Copy number variation(CNV)is the most prevalent type of genetic structural variation that has been recognized as an important source of phenotypic variation in humans,animals and plants.However,the mechanisms underlying the evolution of CNVs and their function in natural or artificial selection remain unknown.Here,we generated CNV region(CNVR)datasets which were diverged or shared among cattle,goat,and sheep,including 886 individuals from 171 diverse populations.Using 9 environmental factors for genome-wide association study(GWAS),we identified a series of candidate CNVRs,including genes relating to immunity,tick resistance,multi-drug resistance,and muscle development.The number of CNVRs shared between species is significantly higher than expected(P<0.00001),and these CNVRs may be more persist than the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)shared between species.We also identified genomic regions under long-term balancing selection and uncovered the potential diversity of the selected CNVRs close to the important functional genes.This study provides the evidence that balancing selection might be more common in mammals than previously considered,and might play an important role in the daily activities of these ruminant species. 展开更多

The Y chromosome plays key roles in male fertility and reflects the evolutionary history of paternal lineages.Here,we present a de novo genome assembly of the Hu sheep with the first draft assembly of ovine Y chromosome(o MSY),using nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The o MSY that we generated spans 10.6 Mb from which 775 Y-SNPs were identified by applying a large panel of whole genome sequences from worldwide sheep and wild Iranian mouflons.Three major paternal lineages(HY1a,HY1b and HY2)were defined across domestic sheep,of which HY2 was newly detected.Surprisingly,HY2 forms a monophyletic clade with the Iranian mouflons and is highly divergent from both HY1a and HY1b.Demographic analysis of Y chromosomes,mitochondrial and nuclear genomes confirmed that HY2 and the maternal counterpart of lineage C represented a distinct wild mouflon population in Iran that diverge from the direct ancestor of domestic sheep,the wild mouflons in Southeastern Anatolia.Our results suggest that wild Iranian mouflons had introgressed into domestic sheep and thereby introduced this Iranian mouflon specific lineage carrying HY2 to both East Asian and Africa sheep populations. 展开更多

This paper presents a method for reliability evaluation of a hybrid generation system of wind and tidal powers with battery energy storage.Such a system may widely exist in coastal areas and islands in the future.A chronological multiple state probability model of tidal power generation system(TPGS)considering both forced outage rate(FOR)of the TPGS and random nature of tidal current speed is developed.In the evaluation of FORs of TPGS and WPGS(wind power generation system),the delivered power related failure rates of power electronic converters for TPGS and WPGS are considered.A chronological power output model of battery energy storage system(BESS)is derived.A hybrid system of tidal and wind generation powers with a BESS is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method.In case studies,the effects of various parameters on the system reliability are investigated. 展开更多
