心房颤动射频消融左、右侧环肺静脉电隔离顺序对手术的影响

目的:探究心房颤动射频术中左、右侧肺静脉消融顺序对迷走反应发生率及疗效的影响。方法:连续纳入自2019年2月至2021年6月共142例诊断为房颤并于我院行射频治疗的患者。根据左、右肺静脉隔离顺序将分为两组:R组(n=70):先行右侧环肺静脉... 目的:探究心房颤动射频术中左、右侧肺静脉消融顺序对迷走反应发生率及疗效的影响。方法:连续纳入自2019年2月至2021年6月共142例诊断为房颤并于我院行射频治疗的患者。根据左、右肺静脉隔离顺序将分为两组:R组(n=70):先行右侧环肺静脉电隔离;L组(n=72):先行左侧环肺静脉电隔离。对比两组间总手术时间、总消融时间、术中迷走反应发生率及手术成功率。结果:术中L组共10例(10/72)发生低血压,而R组0例(0/70)发生,两组间低血压发生率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。L组共23例(23/72)发生心脏停搏,而R组共5例(5/70),两组间心脏停搏发生率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。L组平均手术时间显著长于R组[(155.11±27.54)min vs(141.59±26.18)min,P<0.05],两组间消融时间无统计学差异[(1521.54±389.66)s vs(1434.01±366.82)s,P>0.05]。两组所有患者均达到双侧肺静脉电隔离,平均随访(9.3±4.7)个月,L组共17例(17/72)、R组14例(14/70)复发(P>0.05)。结论:房颤射频消融术中,先行右侧环肺静电隔离可降低迷走反应的发生率、提高手术安全性,同时缩短手术总时间,提高手术效率。 展开更多

液态聚碳硅烷作为一种新型陶瓷先驱体,可通过先驱体浸渍裂解工艺(PIP)制备陶瓷基复合材料(CMC),也可通过包覆有机纤维来提高柔性绝热层的耐烧蚀性能。文中通过红外光谱和核磁共振表征了3种液态聚碳硅烷先驱体VHPCS,VHPCS-S和AHPCS的结... 液态聚碳硅烷作为一种新型陶瓷先驱体,可通过先驱体浸渍裂解工艺(PIP)制备陶瓷基复合材料(CMC),也可通过包覆有机纤维来提高柔性绝热层的耐烧蚀性能。文中通过红外光谱和核磁共振表征了3种液态聚碳硅烷先驱体VHPCS,VHPCS-S和AHPCS的结构组成,在150℃前的固化反应主要通过C═C键以多种方式进行,与AHPCS相比,VHPCS和VHPCS-S中双键与硅氢键的摩尔比提高了约18.2%;采用非等温差示扫描量热分析(DSC)法研究了3种先驱体及其在交联剂过氧化二异丙苯体系时的固化反应动力学,发现固化反应温度和表观活化能均有所降低,先驱体可以在低温下实现快速交联反应;利用同步热分析和X射线衍射分析了先驱体的陶瓷化过程及裂解产物的结晶行为,VHPCS-S在1200℃时的陶瓷产率高于其余2种先驱体VHPCS与AHPCS。对于DCP/VHPCS-S交联体系,在150℃固化后陶瓷产率达到89.82%。此外,DCP的加入可以有效抑制β-SiC结晶。 展开更多

In this paper,Chebyshev interpolation nodes and barycentric Lagrange interpolation basis function are used to deduce the scheme for solving the Helmholtz equation.First of all,the interpolation basis function is applied to treat the spatial variables and their partial derivatives,and the collocation method for solving the second order differential equations is established.Secondly,the differential matrix is used to simplify the given differential equations on a given test node.Finally,based on three kinds of test nodes,numerical experiments show that the present scheme can not only calculate the high wave numbers problems,but also calculate the variable wave numbers problems.In addition,the algorithm has the advantages of high calculation accuracy,good numerical stability and less time consuming. 展开更多

PIMS:An Efficient Process Integrity Monitoring System Based on Blockchain and Trusted Computing in Cloud-Native Context

With the advantages of lightweight and high resource utilization,cloud-native technology with containers as the core is gradually becoming themainstreamtechnical architecture for information infrastructure.However,malware attacks such as Doki and Symbiote threaten the container runtime’s security.Malware initiates various types of runtime anomalies based on process form(e.g.,modifying the process of a container,and opening the external ports).Fortunately,dynamic monitoring mechanisms have proven to be a feasible solution for verifying the trusted state of containers at runtime.Nevertheless,the current routine dynamic monitoring mechanisms for baseline data protection are still based on strong security assumptions.As a result,the existing dynamicmonitoringmechanismis still not practical enough.To ensure the trustworthiness of the baseline value data and,simultaneously,to achieve the integrity verification of the monitored process,we combine blockchain and trusted computing to propose a process integrity monitoring system named IPMS.Firstly,the hardware TPM 2.0 module is applied to construct a trusted security foundation for the integrity of the process code segment due to its tamper-proof feature.Then,design a new format for storing measurement logs,easily distinguishing files with the same name in different containers from log information.Meanwhile,the baseline value data is stored on the blockchain to avoidmalicious damage.Finally,trusted computing technology is used to perform fine-grained integrity measurement and remote attestation of processes in a container,detect abnormal containers in time and control them.We have implemented a prototype system and performed extensive simulation experiments to test and analyze the functionality and performance of the PIMS.Experimental results show that PIMS can accurately and efficiently detect tampered processes with only 3.57% performance loss to the container. 展开更多

To better understand the research focus and development direction in the field of driving behavior active intervention,thereby laying a scientific foundation for further research,we used the combination of topic words and keywords to retrieve relevant articles from the Core Collection Database of Web of Science(WOS).A total of 578 articles published from1992 to 2022 were finally obtained.Firstly,the time distribution characteristics,country distribution,institution distribution and main source journal distribution of published articles were explored.Then,by using the Cite Space and VOSviewer software,cited reference co-citation analysis,keyword co-occurrence analysis and burst detection analysis were carried out respectively to visually explore the knowledge base,research topic,research frontier and development trend of this field.The results indicate that the USA,Australia and China are the three most active countries in the studies of driving behavior active intervention.Accidental Analysis&Prevention,Transportation Research Part F:Traffic Psychology and Behavior,and Journal of Safety Research are widely selected journals for publications related to this field.The research frontiers in the field of driving behavior active intervention focus on:“traffic safety and crashes analysis,as well as enforcement intervention”,“driving risk and education for young drivers”,“information provision and driving behavior”,“workload and situation awareness for automated driving”.It is worth noting that in recent years,“warning system”,“time”,“work load”have become research hotspots in this field.To sum up,by a bibliometric overview of research on driving behavior active intervention over the past thirty years,this paper clarifies the development skeleton of this research field,determines its hot topics and research progress,and provides a reference for the follow-up exploratory scientific research in this field. 展开更多

Zoo-archaeological and genetic evidence suggest that pigs were domesticated independently in Central China and Eastern Anatolia along with the development of agricultural communities and civilizations.However,the genetic history of domestic pigs,especially in China,has not been fully explored.In this study,we generate 42 complete mitochondrial DNA sequences from~7500-to 2750-year-old individuals from the Yellow River basin.Our results show that the maternal genetic continuity of East Asian domestic pigs dates back to at least the Early to Middle Neolithic.In contrast,the Near Eastern ancestry in European domestic pigs saw a near-complete genomic replacement by the European wild boar.The majority of East Asian domestic pigs share close haplotypes,and the most recent common ancestor of most branches dates back to less than 20,000 years before present,inferred using new substitution rates of whole mitogenomes or combined protein-coding regions.Two major population expansion events of East Asian domestic pigs coincided with changes in climate,widespread adoption of introduced crops,and the development of agrarian societies.These findings add to our understanding of the maternal genetic composition and help to complete the picture of domestic pig evolutionary history in East Asia. 展开更多

Pollen hydration on dry stigmas is strictly regulated by pollen–stigma interactions in Brassicaceae. Although several related molecular events have been described, the molecular mechanism underlying pollen hydration remains elusive. Multiple B-class pollen coat proteins(PCP-Bs) are involved in pollen hydration. Here, by analyzing the interactions of two PCP-Bs with three Arabidopsis thaliana stigmas strongly expressing S-domain receptor kinase(SD-RLK), we determined that SD-RLK28 directly interacts with PCP-Bβ. We investigated pollen hydration, pollen germination, pollen tube growth, and stigma receptivity in the sd-rlk28 and pcp-bβ mutants. PCP-Bβ acts in the pollen to regulate pollen hydration on stigmas. Loss of SD-RLK28 had no effect on pollen viability, and sd-rlk28 plants had normal life cycles without obvious defects. However,pollen hydration on sd-rlk28 stigmas was impaired and pollen tube growth in sd-rlk28 pistils was delayed. The defect in pollen hydration on sd-rlk28 stigmas was independent of changes in reactive oxygen species levels in stigmas. These results indicate that SD-RLK28 functions in the stigma as a PCP-Bβ receptor to positively regulate pollen hydration on dry stigmas. 展开更多

Rock fragments are an important component of soil,and their presence has a significant impact on soil erosion and sediment yield.In this paper,the effects of rock fragments in the topsoil profile(RFP)and rock fragments on the soil surface(RFS)on the soil erodibility factor(K)were assessed at a global scale.The spatial pattern of the relationship between stoniness and erodibility(RS-K)and its predominant factors were explored through correlation analysis,pattern analysis,and random forest model analysis.The results were as followings:(1)The existence of RFP increased K by 2.84%.The RFS of the mountain land and desert/Gobi reduced K by 18.7%;therefore,once the RFP and RFS were taken into account in the calculation,K was 6.98%lower.(2)The predominant factors of the effect of RFS and the joint effect of RFP and RFS were elevation and slope gradient.The predominant factors of the effect of RFP were annual average precipitation and annual average temperature.(3)In assessing and mapping soil erosion in large regions,special attention should be given to areas with large rock fragment contents,a relatively high altitude,and the presence of steep slope.If rock fragments were not taken into consideration,the mapping results of soil erosion may be biased.This article made the calculation of K more complete and accurate,thereby improving the accuracy of regional soil erosion estimation.This research was of sig-nificance for the investigation of global hydrological effects and simulation of the global soil carbon budget. 展开更多
