High-temperature treatment is key to the preparation of zeolite catalysts.Herein,the effects of hightemperature treatment on the property and performance of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in this work.X-Ray diffraction,N2physisorption,27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS NMR),and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia results indicated that the hightemperature treatment at 650℃ hardly affected the inherent crystal and texture of HZSM-5zeolites but facilitated the conversion of framework Al to extra-framework Al,reducing the acid site and enhancing the acid strength.Moreover,the high-temperature treatment improved the performance of HZSM-5 zeolites in n-heptane catalytic cracking,promoting the conversion and light olefins yield while inhibiting coke formation.Based on the kinetic and mechanism analysis,the improvement of HZSM-5 performance caused by high-temperature treatment has been attributed to the formation of extra-framework Al,which enhanced the acid strength,facilitated the bimolecular reaction,and promoted the entropy change to overcome a higher energy barrier in n-heptane catalytic cracking. 展开更多

一体化康复干预下机械通气时间与膈肌功能恢复的关系研究

目的:探讨一体化康复对重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者膈肌功能的影响。方法:选择2023年5月—2023年12月天津市第一中心医院重症医学科收治的气管插管及机械通气患者60例为研究对象,均分为对照组和一体化康复治疗组,对照组采用我科制定的... 目的:探讨一体化康复对重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者膈肌功能的影响。方法:选择2023年5月—2023年12月天津市第一中心医院重症医学科收治的气管插管及机械通气患者60例为研究对象,均分为对照组和一体化康复治疗组,对照组采用我科制定的ICU患者分级护理细化标准进行主动及被动运动,一体化康复治疗组采用一体化康复模式开展早期重症康复干预。应用床旁超声监测两组患者入院第1、3、5天及撤机前的膈肌移动度及膈肌厚度,检测并比较两组患者的机械通气时间、住ICU时间及总住院时间。结果:入住ICU的机械通气患者均会出现不同程度的膈肌萎缩和移动度减低,这种变化随机械通气时间延长而愈发严重,但在患者撤机前有所恢复。与对照组比较,一体化康复治疗组患者的膈肌移动度和膈肌厚度恢复效果更好;两组患者机械通气时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);一体化康复治疗组患者的ICU住院时间和总住院时间比对照组明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对机械通气患者实施一体化康复治疗可以有效改善其膈肌萎缩和膈肌移动度减低,并可以缩短患者住ICU时间和住院时间。 展开更多

Numerical Simulation of Oil-Water Two-Phase Flow in Low Permeability Tight Reservoirs Based on Weighted Least Squares Meshless Method

In response to the complex characteristics of actual low-permeability tight reservoirs,this study develops a meshless-based numerical simulation method for oil-water two-phase flow in these reservoirs,considering complex boundary shapes.Utilizing radial basis function point interpolation,the method approximates shape functions for unknown functions within the nodal influence domain.The shape functions constructed by the aforementioned meshless interpolation method haveδ-function properties,which facilitate the handling of essential aspects like the controlled bottom-hole flow pressure in horizontal wells.Moreover,the meshless method offers greater flexibility and freedom compared to grid cell discretization,making it simpler to discretize complex geometries.A variational principle for the flow control equation group is introduced using a weighted least squares meshless method,and the pressure distribution is solved implicitly.Example results demonstrate that the computational outcomes of the meshless point cloud model,which has a relatively small degree of freedom,are in close agreement with those of the Discrete Fracture Model(DFM)employing refined grid partitioning,with pressure calculation accuracy exceeding 98.2%.Compared to high-resolution grid-based computational methods,the meshless method can achieve a better balance between computational efficiency and accuracy.Additionally,the impact of fracture half-length on the productivity of horizontal wells is discussed.The results indicate that increasing the fracture half-length is an effective strategy for enhancing production from the perspective of cumulative oil production. 展开更多

Therefore aluminium titanate is expected to become an ideal high temperature ceramic base material. 大功率汽轮机末级长叶片鼓风热的定量分析

为研究大功率汽轮机在小负荷状态下末级长叶片区域的鼓风热现象,首先汇总分析了各类相关文献关于旋转叶片类结构搅拌鼓风热现象相关的定量计算公式,然后以国内某大功率600MW超临界发电汽轮机为研究对象,建立了末三级动、静叶片的流场数... 为研究大功率汽轮机在小负荷状态下末级长叶片区域的鼓风热现象,首先汇总分析了各类相关文献关于旋转叶片类结构搅拌鼓风热现象相关的定量计算公式,然后以国内某大功率600MW超临界发电汽轮机为研究对象,建立了末三级动、静叶片的流场数值模型,依据热力设计数据对其末三级多工况流场进行了数值模拟,获得了其流场分布数据。在数值分析数据的基础上探讨了负荷水平、工质密度和动力黏度等因素与鼓风热损失之间的相关性,分析表明负荷水平与鼓风热损失之间相关性更为明显,其原因主要在于长叶片级组内小负荷状态下流场存在复杂的三维特性;对文献经验公式,在汽轮机末级长叶片鼓风热损失的试算表明,其并不适用于长叶片级组内小负荷状态;最后用线性回归方法建立了鼓风热损失与负荷水平及级最高温度与负荷水平之间的经验性估算公式。本文研究方法及数据可为评估类似结构和功率等级汽轮机鼓风热损失提供参考,为机组安全运行指导提供支持。 展开更多

目的:探讨阿帕替尼(Apatinib)通过微小RNA(miR)-129-5p调控前B细胞白血病同源盒基因3(PBX3)对食管癌细胞恶性生物学行为的影响。方法:CCK-8法和划痕实验检测不同浓度Apatinib处理后KYSE450食管癌细胞的增殖、迁移能力;将KYSE450细胞分为... 目的:探讨阿帕替尼(Apatinib)通过微小RNA(miR)-129-5p调控前B细胞白血病同源盒基因3(PBX3)对食管癌细胞恶性生物学行为的影响。方法:CCK-8法和划痕实验检测不同浓度Apatinib处理后KYSE450食管癌细胞的增殖、迁移能力;将KYSE450细胞分为KYSE450组、Apatinib-H组、Apatinib-H+miR-129-5p mimic组、Apatinib-H+miR-129-5p mimic+oe-PBX3组,qRT-PCR及免疫荧光检测miR-129-5p、PBX3表达水平,EdU、Transwell和TUNEL法检测细胞增殖、侵袭和凋亡情况,免疫印迹法检测Janus激酶2(JAK2)/信号转导及转录激活因子3(STAT3)信号通路相关蛋白水平。将293T人胚肾细胞分为293T+mimic NC组、293T+miR-129-5p mimic组,双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证miR-129-5p/PBX3的靶向关系。结果:20、40、60μmol/L的Apatinib均能抑制KYSE450细胞的增殖(t=4.416、11.331、13.121,均P<0.01)、迁移(t=2.277、4.286、6.722,均P<0.05);miR-129-5p与PBX3存在靶向关系;与KYSE450组相比,Apatinib-H组miR-129-5p mRNA水平升高(t=6.327,P<0.01),PBX3 mRNA及蛋白水平降低(t=6.098、10.403,均P<0.05);与Apatinib-H组相比,加入miR-129-5p模拟物可使KYSE450细胞的增殖率、侵袭个数及JAK2/STAT3通路关键蛋白水平降低,凋亡率升高(t=3.112、2.428、4.726、3.619、4.258,均P<0.05),过表达PBX3可逆转上述变化(t=3.698、3.199、4.082、3.563、5.840,均P<0.01)。结论:阿帕替尼可能通过上调miR-129-5p而靶向下调PBX3,抑制肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为。 展开更多

过氧麦角甾醇振动光谱的理论计算与实验研究

过氧麦角甾醇是一种具有抗癌、抗炎等多种生物活性的甾体衍生物,在海洋生态系统中还具有一定的抗菌活性,分析过氧麦角甾醇的结构对探究其活性机制至关重要。密度泛函理论作为一种重要的量子化学计算方法,已经越来越广泛地应用于预测分... 过氧麦角甾醇是一种具有抗癌、抗炎等多种生物活性的甾体衍生物,在海洋生态系统中还具有一定的抗菌活性,分析过氧麦角甾醇的结构对探究其活性机制至关重要。密度泛函理论作为一种重要的量子化学计算方法,已经越来越广泛地应用于预测分子的结构、能量、前线分子轨道以及有机结构光谱分析等领域。利用GaussView 6.0软件构建过氧麦角甾醇分子的空间构型,基于密度泛函理论DFT-B3LYP方法,首先在Gaussian 09W软件中用3-21G基组进行初始结构粗优化,在粗优化结构的基础上用6-311++G(d,p)基组进行结构的再优化,得到分子的最稳定构型、能量及前线轨道分布。然后在优化结构的基础上,选用6-311G基组计算了过氧麦角甾醇的理论红外光谱和拉曼光谱,理论计算结果误差频率校正因子选择0.9613进行修正,并通过实验方法测得了过氧麦角甾醇固体粉末的红外光谱和拉曼光谱。从理论计算和实验结果可以看出,理论红外光谱中过氧麦角甾醇分子主要在3700~2800与1500~600 cm^(-1)范围两个区域有明显振动,前者主要为伸缩振动,后者包含多种振动类型。理论与实验红外光谱的特征峰频率误差均小于30个波数,说明理论计算结果较为可靠。理论拉曼光谱中2966~2879 cm^(-1)波段与实验光谱2978~2856 cm^(-1)波段对应,为C—H伸缩振动特征峰,理论拉曼光谱的峰位较实验光谱略有蓝移,整体峰位吻合较好。该研究分析了过氧麦角甾醇的最优构型、前线分子轨道及其振动光谱,为过氧麦角甾醇的振动光谱检测与结构鉴定提供了理论基础,为进一步探究其在海洋生态系统及医药领域的应用提供了基础的结构及光谱数据。 展开更多

当前对于城市交通态势预测多采用注意力机制算法,但该方法易受到交通特征指标二次离差波动量的影响,导致预测精度较低。为此,论文提出基于移动定位数据和群智感知的城市交通态势预测方法。以移动定位数据为基础,选取能够表征城市交通状... 当前对于城市交通态势预测多采用注意力机制算法,但该方法易受到交通特征指标二次离差波动量的影响,导致预测精度较低。为此,论文提出基于移动定位数据和群智感知的城市交通态势预测方法。以移动定位数据为基础,选取能够表征城市交通状况的总量特征、相对特征与动态特征,并将特征指标进行按序加权处理,以消除其二次离差波动量,结合交通态势接口数据对路段特征进行分类,并计算特征指标隶属度,由此构建交通态势预测模型,基于此,采用群智感知技术对预测模型的控制参数进行优化,从而求取交通态势值,并将计算结果与交通态势等级划分标准相比较,以明确交通态势等级,进而实现城市交通态势预测。对比试验结果表明,将所提方法应用于城市交通态势预测中,能够获取较高的预测精度。 展开更多

Phase Equilibria Constraints on Relations of Ore-bearing Intrusions with Flood Basalts in the Panxi Region,Southwestern China 被引量:7

There are two types of temporally and spatially associated intrusions within the Emeishan large igneous province (LIP); namely, small ultramafic subvolcanic sills that host magmatic Cu-Ni-Platinum Group Element (PGE)-bearing sulfide deposits and large mafic layered intrusions that host giant Ti-V magnetite deposits in the Panxi region. However, except for their coeval ages, the genetic relations between the ore-bearing intrusions and extrusive rocks are poorly understood. Phase equilibria analysis (Q-PI-OI-Opx-Cpx system) has been carried out to elucidate whether ore-bearing Panzhihua, Xinjie and Limahe intrusions are co-magmatic with the picrites and flood basalts (including high-Ti, low-Ti and alkali basalts), respectively. In this system, the parental magma can be classified as silica-undersaturated olivine basalt and silica-saturated tholeiite. The equivalents of the parental magma of the Xinjie and Limahe peridotites and picrites and low-Ti basalts are silica-undersaturated, whereas the Limahe gabbro-diorites and high-Ti basalts are silica-saturated. In contrast, the Panzhihua intrusion appears to be alkali character. Phase equilibria relations clearly show that the magmas that formed the Panzhihua intrusion and high-Ti basalts cannot be co-magmatic as there is no way to derive one liquid from another by fractional crystallization. On the other hand, the Panzhihua intrusion appears to be related to Permian alkali intrusions in the region, but does not appear to be related to the alkali basalts recognized in the Longzhoushan lava stratigraphy. Comparably, the Limahe intrusion appears to be a genetic relation to the picrites, whereas the Xinjie intrusion may be genetically related to be low-Ti basalts. Additionally, the gabbro-diorites and peridotites of the Limahe intrusion are not co-magmatic, and the former appears to be derived liquid from high-Ti basalts. 展开更多

(Plutellidae) is an important agricultural pest throughout the world. In this study, the morphology of antennal and mouthpart sensilla in the larvae and adults of P. xylostella (L.) was observed by using a scanning electron microscope. The larval antennae possess six sensilla basiconica, two sensilla chaetica and one sensillum styloconicum. Larval mouthparts possess six types of sensilla: sensilla chaetica, sensilla digitiformia, sensilla epipharyngeal, sensilla basiconica, sensilla styloconica and sensilla placodea. In the adult, seven types of sensilla are found on the antennae in males and six types of sensilla (sensilla basiconica absent) occur in females. Sexual dimorphism is also found in the number and size of these sensilla on the antennae of adults. We describe for the first time the five types of sensilla on the mouthparts of the adult of P. xylostella. This study provides useful information for further research into the function of these sensilla, and better understanding the behavioral mechanisms involved in pest control. 展开更多

In order to establish double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) for detection of duck or goose flavivirus, polyclonal antibody against the flavivirus strain JS804 in geese and monoclonal antibody against the E protein of flavivirus strain JS804 in geese were used as the capture antibody and detection antibody, respectively. The optimal dilution of the capture antibody and detecting antibody capable of detecting the flavivirus strain JS804 in geese were 1:3 200 and 1:160 in the check-board titration, respectively. The reaction time of sample was 1 h, and the optimal working dilution of HRP-labeled goat-anti-mouse IgG was 1:10 000. The positive standard value was 0.247 (OD450.m). The geese flavivirus could be detected at a minimal concentration of 1.875 μg mL^-1. The ELISA had no cross-reaction with Newcastle disease virus (NDV), Avian influenza virus (AIV), Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), Infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), Duck hepatitis virus (DHV), and Gosling plague virus (GPV). Twenty clinical samples were detected by the DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR respectively, with the agreement rate of 75%. The results revealed that the DAS-ELISA possessed favorable specificity and higher sensitivity, indicating a suitable method for rapid detection of the duck or goose flavivirus. 展开更多

儿童血液净化股静脉置管并发症风险预测模型的构建与验证 被引量:1

目的首次构建儿童血液净化股静脉置管并发症的风险预测模型,并验证预测效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月四川大学华西第二医院小儿肾脏科使用股静脉置管行血液净化治疗的患儿428例,行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析股静脉置管并发... 目的首次构建儿童血液净化股静脉置管并发症的风险预测模型,并验证预测效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月四川大学华西第二医院小儿肾脏科使用股静脉置管行血液净化治疗的患儿428例,行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析股静脉置管并发症发生的危险因素,建立风险预测模型并使用列线图展示模型。采用ROC曲线、校准曲线评价模型的区分度和校准度,以2022年7月—10月50例患儿资料进行模型的外部验证。结果病因肾衰竭(OR=5.041,95%CI:1.170~21.726,P=0.030)、合并低白蛋白血症(OR=2.963,95%CI:1.090~8.057,P=0.033)、躁动(OR=2.871,95%CI:1.159~7.109,P=0.023)、双下肢水肿(OR=2.359,95%CI:1.052~5.288,P=0.037)、高血压(OR=2.473,95%CI:0.010~6.057,P=0.048)、腹腔积液(OR=5.673,95%CI:2.242~14.357,P<0.001)以及输注血/血制品(OR=2.693,95%CI:1.0697~6.612,P=0.031)是儿童血液净化股静脉置管并发症的独立危险因素。预测模型ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.794(95%CI:0.738~0.851,P<0.001),灵敏度为0.733,特异度为0.725,最大约登指数为0.458,预测模型拟合优势比χ^(2)=3.395,P=0.907。依据验证组所建模型预测概率绘制ROC曲线,AUC为0.810(P<0.001,95%CI:0.689~0.931),灵敏度为0.739,特异度为0.778。结论本研究构建的预测模型能较好地预测儿童血液净化股静脉置管并发症的发生风险,可为医护人员早期识别高危患儿,采取有效措施预防并发症的发生提供参考。 展开更多

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common cancers and supplementation of probiotics may be a promising intervention method. The present study aimed to investigate the anti-CRC effects of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KX041 on a CRC mouse model. The CRC mice were induced by 10 mg/kg azoxymethane and 2% dextran sulfate sodium. L. plantarum KX041 was orally administrated once daily(1 × 10^(9) CFU/mouse). Results showed that L. plantarum KX041 could significantly inhibit inflammation, tumor formation, and induce tumor cells apoptosis. Moreover, this probiotic could ameliorate the damage of intestinal barrier by recovering tight junction protein expression(like Occludin, Claudin-1, and ZO-1)and preventing goblet cell loss. Furthermore, the oxidative stress was alleviated by increasing the level of antioxidant mediators(like GSH and SOD)and reducing the level of oxidative mediators(like MDA and MPO). In addition, treatment with L. plantarum KX041 could directly regulate gut microbiota, thereby increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria(like SCFAs-producing bacteria, Akkermansia)and decreasing the abundance of harmful bacteria(like pro-inflammatory bacteria, Parasutterella), which in turn raised SCFAs levels and lowered LPS levels. In conclusion, L. plantarum KX041 could effectively ameliorate CRC via reshaping intestinal microenvironment, alleviating inflammation, maintaining intestinal permeability, and attenuating oxidative stress. 展开更多

自然资源是人类生产、生活的基本物质基础和空间载体,动态监测自然资源数量、质量、生态变化,系统获取长期、稳定、准确、连续的自然资源监测数据,对自然资源管理决策具有十分重要的科学和现实意义。在对江苏省自然资源监测现状梳理基础... 自然资源是人类生产、生活的基本物质基础和空间载体,动态监测自然资源数量、质量、生态变化,系统获取长期、稳定、准确、连续的自然资源监测数据,对自然资源管理决策具有十分重要的科学和现实意义。在对江苏省自然资源监测现状梳理基础上,以管理需求和问题为导向,基于“融合视频物联”的对地观测网络构建技术、“陆海统筹”的地面监测站网构建技术、动态监测监管平台构建技术,构建形成了“天空地海”自然资源动态监测网络,并应用于江苏省“1+6+X”自然资源常规、专项和专题动态监测服务。研究结果表明,研究整合建立的陆海统筹、天地一体、上下协同、信息共享的全省自然资源动态监测网络,及时监测江苏省土地、矿产、森林、水、湿地、海域海岛等自然资源的种类、空间分布、质量、生态等动态变化情况,形成了以“天-空-地-海”协同作业为特征的自然资源全覆盖、全天候、全要素监测能力,实现了自然资源数量-质量-生态一体化监测服务,为支撑自然资源管理“两统一”职责履行、推进自然资源治理体系和治理能力现代化、保障经济高质量发展和生态文明建设奠定了坚实的基础。 展开更多

背景前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)对脂质代谢起到重要调节作用,急性心肌梗死患者血浆PCSK9水平的影响因素尚未完全阐明。目的了解急性心肌梗死患者血浆PCSK9水平的影响因素。方法连续纳入2010—2018年于北京大学第一医院心血管内科... 背景前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)对脂质代谢起到重要调节作用,急性心肌梗死患者血浆PCSK9水平的影响因素尚未完全阐明。目的了解急性心肌梗死患者血浆PCSK9水平的影响因素。方法连续纳入2010—2018年于北京大学第一医院心血管内科入院诊断为急性心肌梗死的患者。基线信息采集患者入院时电子病历系统中的现病史、既往史、体格检查相关信息,检测基线血浆PCSK9水平。影响因素分析采用单因素及多因素线性回归模型,通过LASSO法进行筛选并纳入多因素线性回归模型。结果共入选996例急性心肌梗死患者,其中37例患者因留存血样容量不足无PCSK9检测结果,共959例患者纳入分析,PCSK9水平为543.1(425.4,692.1)ng/mL。多因素回归分析结果显示,性别是影响急性心肌梗死患者PCSK9水平最大的因素(标准化回归系数为0.13),其余对PCSK9水平影响较大的因素依次为:心房颤动病史(标准化回归系数为0.09)、白细胞计数(标准化回归系数为0.07)及血尿酸水平(标准化回归系数为0.07)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者中,性别、心房颤动病史、白细胞计数及血尿酸水平与血浆PCSK9水平显著独立相关。 展开更多
