When the upper chord beam of the beam-string structure(BSS)is made of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST),its overall stiffness will change greatly with the construction of concrete placement,which will have an impact on ...When the upper chord beam of the beam-string structure(BSS)is made of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST),its overall stiffness will change greatly with the construction of concrete placement,which will have an impact on the design of the tensioning plans and selection of control measures for the BSS.In order to accurately obtain the bending stiffness of CFST beam and clarify its impact on the mechanical properties of composite BSS during con-struction,the influence of some factors such as height-width ratio,wall thickness of steel tube,elasticity modulus of concrete,and friction coefficient on the bending stiffness are analyzed parametrically by the numerical simula-tion technology based on an actual project.The calculation formula of the equivalent bending stiffness of CFST is also established through mathematical statistical simulation.Then,the equivalent bending stiffness is introduced into the construction and use stages of the composite BSS,respectively,and the mechanical properties such as prestress-tensioning control value,structural deformation,and internal force of key members are comparatively analyzed when adopting two different construction plans.Moreover,the optimal construction plan of concrete placementfirst and then prestress-tensioning is proposed.展开更多
BACKGROUND Endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR)of gastric submucosal tumors(SMTs)is safe and effective;however,postoperative wound management is equally important.Literature on suturing following EFTR for large(...BACKGROUND Endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR)of gastric submucosal tumors(SMTs)is safe and effective;however,postoperative wound management is equally important.Literature on suturing following EFTR for large(≥3 cm)SMTs is scarce and limited.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and clinical value of double-nylon purse-string suture in closing postoperative wounds following EFTR of large(≥3 cm)SMTs.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the data of 85 patients with gastric SMTs in the fundus of the stomach or in the lesser curvature of the gastric body whose wounds were treated with double-nylon purse-string sutures after successful tumor resection at the Endoscopy Center of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.The operative,postoperative,and follow-up conditions of the patients were evaluated.RESULTS All tumors were completely resected using EFTR.36(42.35%)patients had tumors located in the fundus of the stomach,and 49(57.65%)had tumors located in the body of the stomach.All patients underwent suturing with double-nylon sutures after EFTR without laparoscopic assistance or further surgical treatment.Postoperative fever and stomach pain were reported in 13(15.29%)and 14(16.47%)patients,respectively.No serious adverse events occurred during the intraoperative or postoperative periods.A postoperative review of all patients revealed no residual or recurrent lesions.CONCLUSION Double-nylon purse-string sutures can be used to successfully close wounds that cannot be completely closed with a single nylon suture,especially for large(≥3 cm)EFTR wounds in SMTs.展开更多

Mice were immunized with these different construct. Immune responses were measured 2 wk after a second immunization by a T cell response assay, CTL cytotoxicity assay, and an antibody assay in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice. CT26-HBeAg tumor cell challenge test in vivo was Performed in BALB/c mice to monitor anti-tumor immune responses.RESULTS: In the mice immunized with pCMV-HBe-HSP DNA, superior CTL activity to target HBV-positive target cells was observed in comparison with mice immunized with pCMV-HBeAg (44% ± 5% vs 30% ± 6% in E: T 〉 50:1, P 〈 0,05), ELISPOT assays showed a stronger T-cell response from mice immunized with pCMV-HBe- HSP than that from pCMV-HBeAg immunized animals when stimulated either with MHC class I or class Ⅱ epitopes derived from HBeAg (74% ± 9% vs 31% ± 6%, P 〈 0.01). ELISA assays revealed an enhanced HBeAg antibody response from mice immunized with pCMV- HBe-HSP than from those immunized with pCMV-HBeAg. The lowest tumor incidence and the slowest tumor growth were observed in mice immunized with pCMV- HBe-HSP when challenged with CT26-HBeAg.CONCLUSION: The results of this study demonstrate a broad enhancement of antigen-specific CD4^+ helper,CD8^+ cytotoxic T-cell, and B-cell responses by a novel DNA vaccination strategy. Developing high efficient Pd-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is still challenging for alkaline membrane fuel cell,since the strong oxygen adsorption energy and easy agglomerative intrinsic pr...Developing high efficient Pd-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is still challenging for alkaline membrane fuel cell,since the strong oxygen adsorption energy and easy agglomerative intrinsic properties. In order to simultaneously solve these problems, Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)–N–C multidimensional materials with porous structures is designed as the ORR catalysts. In details, the ZIF-67 with polyhedral structure was firstly synthesized and then annealed at high-temperature to prepare the N-doped Co_(3)O_(4)carbon-based material, which was used to homogeneously confine Pd nanoparticles and obtained the Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)–N–C series catalysts. The formation of Co–N and C–N bond could provide efficient active sites for ORR. Simultaneously, the strong electronic interaction in the interface between the Pd and N-doped Co_(3)O_(4)could disperse and avoid the agglomeration of Pd nanoparticles and ensure the exposure of active sites, which is crucial to lower the energy barrier toward ORR and substantially enhance the ORR kinetics. Hence, the Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)–N–C nanocompounds exhibited excellent ORR catalytic performance, ideal Pd mass activity, and durability in 0.1 mol L-1KOH solution compared with Co_(3)O_(4)–N–C and Pd/C. The scalable synthesis method, relatively low cost, and excellent electrochemical ORR performance indicated that the obtained Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)–N–C electrocatalyst had the potential for application on fuel cells.展开更多

METHODS: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 was cultured in vitro, and (the expression level) mRNA of leptin and leptin receptors in HepG2 were assessed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Effects of different concentrations of leptin (50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL, 200 ng/mL) on HepG2 were detected with colorimetric assay by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) after incubation periods of 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Flow cytometry was performed to assess cell cycle progression of different concentrations of leptin as stated above after each 24 h incubation period. RESULTS: mRNA of leptin and leptin receptors (including short and long isoforms) were expressed in HepG2. The 72 h incubation of leptin at different concentrations (50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL, 200 ng/mL) promoted proliferation of HepG2 in a concentration- and time- dependent manner. The experimental group shows significant statistical differences when compared to the controlled group which contained 0 ng/mL of leptin. As the concentration of leptin increases, significant fewer cells were detected in G0-G1 phase and more cells in S and G2-M phases. CONCLUSION: Leptin and leptin receptor are simultaneously expressed in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2. Addition of leptin (0 ng/mL-200 ng/mL) in 72 h periods indicated there is a concentration- and time-dependent correlation in the stimulation of HepG2 cell proliferation. The effect of proliferation by leptin is due to promotion of DNA synthesis and enhancement of mitotic activity. Recently,transmitting diverse signals in different cores of a multicore fiber(MCF)has greatly improved the communication capacity of a single fiber.In such an MCF-based communication system,mux/demux devices with broa...Recently,transmitting diverse signals in different cores of a multicore fiber(MCF)has greatly improved the communication capacity of a single fiber.In such an MCF-based communication system,mux/demux devices with broad bandwidth are of great significance.In this work,we design and fabricate a 19-channel mux/demux device based on femtosecond laser direct writing.The fabricated mux/demux device possesses an average insertion loss of 0.88 dB and intercore crosstalk of no more than−29.1 dB.Moreover,the fabricated mux/demux device features a broad bandwidth across the C+L band.Such a mux/demux device enables low-loss 19-core fiber(de)multiplexing over the whole C+L band,showing a convincing potential value in wavelength-space division multiplexing applications.In addition,a 19-core fiber fan-in/fan-out system is also established based on a pair of mux/demux devices in this work.展开更多
The C_(f)/Al composites were joined to the TC4 alloy via the laser-induced combustion joining method.The exothermic reaction of the interlayer provided the required energy for the joining process.By combining the theo...The C_(f)/Al composites were joined to the TC4 alloy via the laser-induced combustion joining method.The exothermic reaction of the interlayer provided the required energy for the joining process.By combining the theoretical calculation and experiment,the chemical composition of the Ni−Al−Zr interlayer was designed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were investigated.The results show that the addition of Zr slightly weakened the combustion reaction of exothermic interlayer but played a key role in the successful joining.Ni−Al−Zr interlayer reacted with substrates,forming a TiAl_(3)layer adjacent to TC4 alloy and NiAl_(3),Ni_(2)Al_(3)layers adjacent to the C_(f)/Al composites.Zr content dominated the microstructure and shear strength of the joint.When the Zr content was 5 wt.%under the joining pressure of 2 MPa,the joint had a maximum shear strength of 19.8 MPa.展开更多
The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(SmIG)films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully.By switching the orientation of the Gd...The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(SmIG)films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully.By switching the orientation of the Gd_(3)Ga_(5)O_(12)substrates from(111)to(001),the magnetic anisotropy of obtained SmIG films shifts from in-plane to out-of-plane.Similar results can also be obtained in the films on Gd_(3)Ga_(5)O_(12)substrates,which identifies the universality of such orientation-induced magnetic anisotropy switching.Additionally,the interfacial spin coupling and magnetic anisotropy switching effect on the spin wave in CoFe/SmIG magnetic heterojunctions have also been explored by utilizing the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect technique.It is intriguing to find that both the frequency and effective damping factor of spin precession in CoFe/SmIG heterojunctions can be manipulated by the magnetic anisotropy switching of SmIG films.These findings not only provide a route for the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy acquisition but also give a further path for spin manipulation in magnetic films and heterojunctions.展开更多

The transient photoconductivity(...High-quality epitaxial LaRhO3(LRO) thin films on SrTiO3(110) single-crystalline substrates are fabricated by pulsed laser deposition and their photoconductivity properties are studied. The transient photoconductivity(TPC) effect is found in this semiconductor LRO film at room temperature. The magnitude of TPC increases almost linearly with the laser power intensities and the photon energies in visible light range. Moreover, the difference in the TPC results under two airflow conditions confirms that both intrinsic photoinduced carrier accumulation and extrinsic photoinduced heating effects contribute to the magnitude of TPC effect.展开更多

文摘Recently,transmitting diverse signals in different cores of a multicore fiber(MCF)has greatly improved the communication capacity of a single fiber.In such an MCF-based communication system,mux/demux devices with broad bandwidth are of great significance.In this work,we design and fabricate a 19-channel mux/demux device based on femtosecond laser direct writing.The fabricated mux/demux device possesses an average insertion loss of 0.88 dB and intercore crosstalk of no more than−29.1 dB.Moreover,the fabricated mux/demux device features a broad bandwidth across the C+L band.Such a mux/demux device enables low-loss 19-core fiber(de)multiplexing over the whole C+L band,showing a convincing potential value in wavelength-space division multiplexing applications.In addition,a 19-core fiber fan-in/fan-out system is also established based on a pair of mux/demux devices in this work.

文摘The C_(f)/Al composites were joined to the TC4 alloy via the laser-induced combustion joining method.The exothermic reaction of the interlayer provided the required energy for the joining process.By combining the theoretical calculation and experiment,the chemical composition of the Ni−Al−Zr interlayer was designed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were investigated.The results show that the addition of Zr slightly weakened the combustion reaction of exothermic interlayer but played a key role in the successful joining.Ni−Al−Zr interlayer reacted with substrates,forming a TiAl_(3)layer adjacent to TC4 alloy and NiAl_(3),Ni_(2)Al_(3)layers adjacent to the C_(f)/Al composites.Zr content dominated the microstructure and shear strength of the joint.When the Zr content was 5 wt.%under the joining pressure of 2 MPa,the joint had a maximum shear strength of 19.8 MPa.

文摘The magnetic anisotropy manipulation in the Sm_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(SmIG)films and its effect on the interfacial spin coupling in the CoFe/SmIG heterostructures were studied carefully.By switching the orientation of the Gd_(3)Ga_(5)O_(12)substrates from(111)to(001),the magnetic anisotropy of obtained SmIG films shifts from in-plane to out-of-plane.Similar results can also be obtained in the films on Gd_(3)Ga_(5)O_(12)substrates,which identifies the universality of such orientation-induced magnetic anisotropy switching.Additionally,the interfacial spin coupling and magnetic anisotropy switching effect on the spin wave in CoFe/SmIG magnetic heterojunctions have also been explored by utilizing the time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect technique.It is intriguing to find that both the frequency and effective damping factor of spin precession in CoFe/SmIG heterojunctions can be manipulated by the magnetic anisotropy switching of SmIG films.These findings not only provide a route for the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy acquisition but also give a further path for spin manipulation in magnetic films and heterojunctions.

文摘High-quality epitaxial LaRhO3(LRO) thin films on SrTiO3(110) single-crystalline substrates are fabricated by pulsed laser deposition and their photoconductivity properties are studied. The transient photoconductivity(TPC) effect is found in this semiconductor LRO film at room temperature. The magnitude of TPC increases almost linearly with the laser power intensities and the photon energies in visible light range. Moreover, the difference in the TPC results under two airflow conditions confirms that both intrinsic photoinduced carrier accumulation and extrinsic photoinduced heating effects contribute to the magnitude of TPC effect.
