Objective: The study evaluated the effectiveness of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) in the treatment of lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL). Methods: We relxospectively analyzed the data from 41 patients with chemotherapy-sensitive LL who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from December 1989 to December 2009 in a single institution. Results: HSCT was conducted as first-line consolidation therapy and salvage therapy in 36 and 5 patients, respectively. The median follow-up was 97.1 months (range, 24.6-173.1 months). The 5-year overall survival (OS) and event-free survival (EFS) rate were 64% and 47% for the initially treated patients, respectively, and were both 20% for the relapsed ones. Bone marrow (BM) involvement and chemotherapy cycles prior to transplantation were identified as significant prognostic factors for EFS in multivariate analysis. Conclusions These results confirm that AHSCT is a reasonable option for chemotherapy-sensitive LL patients in first complete remission (CR1). 展开更多

Gelled fuels are the very promising propellants for new-generation rocket and ramjet propulsion.Here we report a new type of low-molecular mass organic gellant(Z),and prepared four kinds of stable gelled fuels based on HD-01,HD-03,RP-3 and QC liquid fuels,with the critical gellant concentration less than 1%(mass).The characterizations show that the gellant can form 3D network structure,via hydrogen bonding,π-πstacking and van der Waals forces,to fix fuel molecules during the formation of gelled fuels.So,the gelled fuels show high stability,with the remaining gel mass of 0.25%(mass)Z/HD-01 more than 90%even at high centrifugal speed of 7500 r·min^(-1),but the rheological property test shows that all gelled fuels have obvious shear thinning property,which benefits its storage in gelled state while supply in liquid state.The gelation of liquid fuels by gellant Z can increase the volumetric net heat of combustion(for HD-01,it increases from 39.58 MJ·L^(-1) to 40.76 MJ·L^(-1) with 1%(mass)Z),and liquefied gelled fuels show the comparable ignition delay time with the pristine liquid fuels.So,the gelled fuels made by gellant Z have better stability,shear thinning and combustion performances,which have great potential for the practical application. 展开更多

Water can be used as oxidant in conjunction with metal particles to form metal-water propellant to increase the energy of propellant.For this application,water needs to be stored in form of solid and capable of becoming liquid when use.Stable and thixotropic hydrogel has good potential as water-retaining material and oxidant of metal-based propellant.In this study,we prepared organic/inorganic composite hydrogels by combining inorganic gellants hectorite and fumed silica with organic gellant agarose,respectively.The total content of the gellants can be reduced to less than 2%by adding agarose.The influence of agarose on water content,phase transition temperature,centrifugal stability and other basic physical properties of composite hydrogels were discussed.The results show that the composite hydrogels have better thixotropy and stability than pure inorganic hydrogels,and the gel-sol transformation can be realized by applying shear force or heating to the phase transition temperature.The composite hydrogels have good shear thinning ability and improved mechanical stability.Fumed silica/agarose hydrogels have better physical stability,while the thixotropy and shear thinning ability of hectorite/agarose hydrogels are better. 展开更多

The pollution of antibiotics in aquatic environments has received extensive attention.Yet,research on antibiotic contamination in river-lake systems,a significant form of modern aquatic environments,still needs to be explored.This study focuses on the Chaohu Basin(China)investigating the occurrence characteristics,influencing factors,and risk assessments of antibiotics in the river-lake system.The total antibiotic concentrations in the water phase and sediment phase were 3.14–1887.49 ng/L and 0.92–1553.75 ng/g,respectively.Clindamycin was the predominant antibiotic in the water phase,whereas tetracycline prevailed in the sediment phase.Notable differences in concentration and structural composition of antibiotics between the tributaries(river system)and Chaohu Lake were observed,indicating the involvement of various geochemical processes in the attenuation of antibiotics during transport to the receiving lake.Spatial analysis suggested that the western river is the primary source of antibiotics in Chaohu Lake.Controlling nutrient influx in heavily polluted areas is crucial to addressing the escalating issue of antibiotic pollution in the river-lake system.The widespread occurrence of clindamycin in the waters is likely due to wastewater treatment plant discharges,and high-intensity human activities continue to exacerbate antibiotic contamination.Risk assessment indicated that sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,lincomycin,and clindamycin ranked in the top four with the highest risks to the most sensitive aquatic organisms.Nonetheless,the antibiotics presented no risk to consumer health.This study provides valuable insights for controlling antibiotic pollution in riverlake systems. 展开更多

At present,with the increasing application needs of phosphor-converted white light-emitting diode(wLED),the synthetic efficiency and thermal stability of phosphor become urgent problems.Herein,this research reports a microwave-assisted fast synthesis approach to obtain a Sm^(3+)-activated borotellurate Na_(2)Y_(2)TeO_(4)(BO_(3))_(2)(NYTB)red phosphor with high crystallinity,excellent thermostability,and low chromaticity shift.For the NYTB-based phosphor,in contrast to the conventional solid-state synthesis,the microwave-assisted synthesis method involves lower synthesis temperature and shorter processing time.Additionally,the concentration quenching mechanism was determined.The w-LED device packaged with the studied phosphor exhibits a near-standard white light with proper CCT and high Ra parameters. 展开更多

The aluminum-water system is a promising propellant due to high energy and low signal characteristics,and the gel form is easier to store and utilize.In this work,hydrogels of water and aluminum particles were prepared using the low-molecular-weight gellant agarose.The various physical properties of gel systems,including the water loss rate,phase transition temperature,and centrifugal stability at different gellant and aluminum contents,were examined.Rheological properties were assessed through shear thinning tests,thixotropy tests,strain sweep analysis,and frequency sweep experiments.The microstructure of the gel was obtained through scanning electron microscopy images.The results show that the aluminum-hydrogel network structure is composed of micron-scale aluminum and agarose nanosheets,and the unique micro-nanostructure endows the gel with excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability,which improve with increasing gellant and aluminum contents.Notably,the gel with 2% agarose and 20% aluminum had the best performance;the storage modulus reached 90647 Pa,which was within the linear viscoelastic region,and the maximum withstand pressure was 111.2 kPa,which was 118.8% greater than that of the pure hydrogel.Additionally,the gel demonstrates remarkable shear thinning behavior and can undergo gel-sol transformation upon shearing or heating to exceeding 114℃. 展开更多

Listeria monocytogenes(L.monocytogenes),a foodborne pathogen,can cause human listeriosis.Listeriosis is a potentially fatal gastrointestinal illness,which is closely related to the spread of food to humans.We review the literature published during 2010-2019 to better understand the prevalence of L.monocytogenes in food products,incidence of human listeriosis,and their characteristics in Chinese mainland.We found the main sequence types(STs)strains from foods are similar globally,and the prevalence of L.monocytogenes from raw meat was the highest among all food products.The most common STs in food products and clinical cases were ST9(serogroup I.2)strains and ST87(serogroup Il.2)strains,respectively.The ST87 strains being the most common STs of clinical cases might be related to the existence of Listeria pathogenicity island 4 gene and Chinese eating habits for ready-to-eat foods,among which the prevalence of ST87 strain was the highest in ready-to-eat foods.Therefore,more research should be conducted to explore the reasons for the L.monocytogenes isolates differences in food and clinical sources. 展开更多

A three-dimensional finite element dynamic simulation platform of the ground source heat pump system(GSHPS)is established.According to the outlet temperature of ground heat exchangers(GHEs)required by the code in summer and winter,the calculated minimum buried depth of GHEs meeting the requirements is 60 m,when the number of borehole is 9.By using the established platform,the annual operation performance and cost of the GSHPS under different buried pipe depths are studied.The results show that the deeper the buried depth of GHEs is,the better the heat exchange effect of GHEs is.Compared with the GHEs with 60 m buried depth,when the buried depth of GHEs is 65 m,70 m,75 m and 80 m,the average coefficient of performance(COP)of the unit increases by 4.1%,6.3%,7.7%and 8.2%in cooling period and 1.0%,1.6%,1.8%and 1.9%in heating period,respectively.Considering the performance and initial investment of the GHSPS comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 60 m.However,considering the performance the system and the total cost of the system running for 20 years comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 70 m. 展开更多

Chemical looping gasification(CLG)characteristics and kinetic analysis of Chlorella(CHL),simulated Chlorella(V-CHL)and medium-chain triglycerides(MCT)were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer coupled with an online mass spectrometer.The apparent activation energy was obtained via Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)method.In the result of the weightless behavior,the addition of oxygen carrier inhibited the decomposition of V-CHL at lower temperatures but promoted its decomposition at high temperatures.The values of chemical looping process characteristic parameters showed that a 10 wt%oxygen carrier would maximize the release of volatile products in the CLG of MCT,with 5.12×10^(-6)%⋅min^(-1)⋅℃^(-3).Oxygen carriers also affected gaseous products.The LHV of gaseous products of CHL reached the largest when the oxygen carrier was 10 wt%,which was 8.13 MJ/m^(3).And the gaseous product of MCT had the largest LHV with 30 wt%oxygen carrier,which was 8.83 MJ/m^(3).According to the kinetic analysis,the minimum value of apparent activation energy of MCT chemical looping gasification was 89.54 kJ⋅mol^(-1) with the oxygen carrier of 30 wt%,which was 50%less than that of MCT pyrolysis.And the minimum value for V-CHL was obtained when the mass fraction of Fe2O3 was 50 wt%.This paper could provide a reference for the choice of algae,the design of reactors,and the targeted regulation of the gaseous product for the algae CLG process. 展开更多
