Tea leaf picking is a crucial stage in tea production that directly influences the quality and value of the tea.Traditional tea-picking machines may compromise the quality of the tea leaves.High-quality teas are often...Tea leaf picking is a crucial stage in tea production that directly influences the quality and value of the tea.Traditional tea-picking machines may compromise the quality of the tea leaves.High-quality teas are often handpicked and need more delicate operations in intelligent picking machines.Compared with traditional image processing techniques,deep learning models have stronger feature extraction capabilities,and better generalization and are more suitable for practical tea shoot harvesting.However,current research mostly focuses on shoot detection and cannot directly accomplish end-to-end shoot segmentation tasks.We propose a tea shoot instance segmentation model based on multi-scale mixed attention(Mask2FusionNet)using a dataset from the tea garden in Hangzhou.We further analyzed the characteristics of the tea shoot dataset,where the proportion of small to medium-sized targets is 89.9%.Our algorithm is compared with several mainstream object segmentation algorithms,and the results demonstrate that our model achieves an accuracy of 82%in recognizing the tea shoots,showing a better performance compared to other models.Through ablation experiments,we found that ResNet50,PointRend strategy,and the Feature Pyramid Network(FPN)architecture can improve performance by 1.6%,1.4%,and 2.4%,respectively.These experiments demonstrated that our proposed multi-scale and point selection strategy optimizes the feature extraction capability for overlapping small targets.The results indicate that the proposed Mask2FusionNet model can perform the shoot segmentation in unstructured environments,realizing the individual distinction of tea shoots,and complete extraction of the shoot edge contours with a segmentation accuracy of 82.0%.The research results can provide algorithmic support for the segmentation and intelligent harvesting of premium tea shoots at different scales.展开更多
With the continuous deepening of rural revitalization strategy and the increasingly strict sewage discharge standards,rural domestic sewage treatment technology is facing higher challenges and requirements.The combine...With the continuous deepening of rural revitalization strategy and the increasingly strict sewage discharge standards,rural domestic sewage treatment technology is facing higher challenges and requirements.The combined process of micro-electrolysis+micro-nano bubbles coupled with peroxymonosulfate was constructed in this study,and the treatment effect and application value of this technology were explored with the actual rural domestic sewage as the treatment object.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of HRT of 120 min,PMS dosage of 0.15 mmol/L,pH=7,MBs air intake of 15 ml/min,current intensity of 15 A,and Fe/C mass ratio of 1:1,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus can reach 88.55%,77.18%and 74.67%,respectively.Under the condition that the pH value of sewage was not adjusted,the non-biochemical simultaneous decarbonization,denitrification and phosphorus removal of rural domestic sewage can be achieved by micro-electrolysis and micro-nano bubbles coupled with peroxymonosulfate.The concentrations of effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus met the requirements of the first level standard of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities(DB45T2413-2021).And the comprehensive operating cost was about 1.15 yuan/m 3.展开更多

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging for breast nodules of breast imaging-reporting and data system(BI-RADS)category 3 and above.Methods:From June 2021 to July 2022,163 patients with breast ...Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging for breast nodules of breast imaging-reporting and data system(BI-RADS)category 3 and above.Methods:From June 2021 to July 2022,163 patients with breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above were selected as the research subjects.After pathological diagnosis,24 cases were malignant breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above,while 139 cases were benign breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above.The diagnosis rate of malignant and benign breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above,including 95%CI,was observed and analyzed.Results:The malignant and benign detection rates of conventional ultrasound were 88.63%and 75.00%,respectively,and the malignant and benign detection rates of ultrasound imaging were 93.18%and 87.50%,respectively,with 95%CIs greater than 0.7.Conclusion:Ultrasound imaging can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 and above and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.展开更多

Results: The initial liver function test...Objective: To examine therapeutic drug monitoring in managing hyperbilirubinemia caused by capecitabine in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma with extensive liver metastases. Results: The initial liver function tests showed an elevation of transaminases (aspartate amino transferase 615 UI/l, alanine aminotransferase 385.9 UI/l), hyperbilirubinemia (total bilirubin at 246.1 μmol/l), and alkaline phosphatase at 694.6 UI/l. We initiated capecitabine based combination chemotherapy, and the clinical pharmacist conducted a full-course medication monitoring of the patient’s treatment including design of individualized dosing regimens and monitoring of bilirubin, infection, cancer pain, parenteral nutrition support and adverse events. After 21 days of supervision by clinical pharmacist and clinicians, the patient’s bilirubin and transaminase decreased progressively, with aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase falling back to 57 UI/l, 69.8 μmol/l, 307.2 UI/l, respectively. The patient’s condition improved significantly at the time of discharge, with the jaundice subsided, and the bloating relieved. Conclusion: Due to adverse reactions, capecitabine requires medication monitoring during use. The relationship between effectiveness and adverse effects is controversial. Adverse reactions should not be the sole criterion for the use of drugs. Clinical pharmacists can improve the safety and effectiveness of patients’ medications and promote rational drug use by monitoring patients, which may be useful to help the doctors identify the high-risk patients for taking efficient treatment strategy decisions.展开更多

They play an important role in the study of basin weather forecasting, air quality forecasting, and regional climate research. The accuracy of driving variables is the basic premise to ensure the rationality of lake mode simulation. Based on the in-situ observations at Bifenggang site of the Lake Taihu Eddy flux Network from 2012 to 2017, this paper investigated temporal variations in temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, radiation components at different time scales (hourly, seasonal and interannual). ERA5 reanalysis data were compared with in-situ observation to quantify the error and evaluate the performance of reanalysis data. The results show that: 1) On the hourly scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data described air temperature, and downward long-wave radiation more accurately. 2) On the seasonal variation scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data described air temperature, and downward long-wave radiation more accurately. However, the descriptions of wind speed, relative humidity and downward short-wave have large deviations. 3) On the interannual scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data show a good performance for temperature, followed by downward longwave radiation, downward shortwave radiation and relative humidity.展开更多

In this study, pyrosequencing was applied to compare bacteria phylogenic profile in incubated sediments with normal and exchanged organic detritus in macrophyte-dominated East Lake Taihu and algal-dominated Meiliang Bay. We observed significant bacteria species variations in sediments from two bays, regardless of treatments. RDA (Redundancy Analysis) analysis showed that sediment characteristics, especially concentrations of total nitrogen might account for this differentiation. Besides, algal-dominated Meiliang Bay sediment with addition of Vallisneria detritus exhibited higher bacterial species variations than the sediment amended with Microcystis detritus. To the contrary, sediments from macrophyte-dominated East Lake Taihu shared similar bacteria profile at all taxonomic levels and grouped together in MDS (multidimensional scaling) plots over the treatments with Vallisneria or Microcystis detritus addition into the sediment. We speculated that the different degradability of macrophyte detritus and algal detritus led to varied bacterial responses to exchanged organic resources and ultimately, the amounts, nutrient availability and degradability of organic resources may be main reasons for benthic bacteria community structure differentiation between the two states in shallow lakes.展开更多

DATA RETRIEVAL: A computer-based retriev...OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution characteristics of cardiac autonomic nerves and to explore the correlation between cardiac autonomic nerve distribution and arrhythmia. DATA RETRIEVAL: A computer-based retrieval was performed for papers examining the distribution of cardiac autonomic nerves, using “heart, autonomic nerve, sympathetic nerve, vagus nerve, nerve distribution, rhythm and atrial fibrillation” as the key words. SELECTION CRITERIA: A total of 165 studies examining the distribution of cardiac autonomic nerve were screened, and 46 of them were eventually included. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The distribution and characteristics of cardiac autonomic nerves were observed, and immunohistochemical staining was applied to determine the levels of tyrosine hydroxylase and acetylcholine transferase (main markers of cardiac autonomic nerve distribution). In addition, the correlation between cardiac autonomic nerve distribution and cardiac arrhythmia was investigated. RESULTS: Cardiac autonomic nerves were reported to exhibit a disordered distribution in different sites, mainly at the surface of the cardiac atrium and pulmonary vein, forming a ganglia plexus. The distribution of the pulmonary vein autonomic nerve was prominent at the proximal end rather than the distal end, at the upper left rather than the lower right, at the epicardial membrane rather than the endocardial membrane, at the left atrium rather than the right atrium, and at the posterior wall rather than the anterior wall. The main markers used for cardiac autonomic nerves were tyrosine hydroxylase and acetylcholine transferase. Protein gene product 9.5 was used to label the immunoreactive nerve distribution, and the distribution density of autonomic nerves was determined using a computer-aided morphometric analysis system. CONCLUSION: The uneven distribution of the cardiac autonomic nerves is the leading cause of the occurrence of arrhythmia, and the cardiac autonomic nerves play an important role in the occurrence, maintenance, and symptoms of arrhythmia.展开更多

However, frequent meteorological disasters, particularly low temperature frostdamage in late spring has seriously threatened the growth status of tea trees and caused quality and yield reduction of tea industry. Thus, timely and accurate early warning of frost damage occurrence in specific tea garden isvery important for tea plantation management and economic values. Aiming at the problems existing in currentmeteorological disaster forecasting methods, such as difficulty in obtaining massive meteorological data, largeamount of calculation for predicted models and incomplete information on frost damage occurrence, this paperproposed a two-fold algorithm for short-term and real-time prediction of temperature using field environmentaldata, and temperature trend results from a nearest local weather station for accurate frost damage occurrence leveldetermination, so as to achieve a specific tea garden frost damage occurrence prediction in a microclimate. Timeseries meteorological data collected from a small weather station was used for testing and parameterization of atwo-fold method, and another dataset acquired from Tea Experimental Base of Zhejiang University was furtherused to validate the capability of a two-fold model for frost damage forecasting. Results showed that comparedwith the results of autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and multiple linear regression (MLR),the proposed two-fold method using a second order Furrier fitting model and a K-Nearest Neighbor model(K = 3) with three days historical temperature data exhibited excellent accuracy for frost damage occurrence prediction on consideration of both model accuracy and computation (98.46% forecasted duration of frost damage,and 95.38% for forecasted temperature at the onset time). For field test in a tea garden, the proposed methodaccurately predicted three times frost damage occurrences, including onset time, duration and occurrence level.These results suggested the newly-proposed two-fold method was suitable for tea plantation frost damage occurrence forecasting.展开更多
In the traditional incremental analysis update(IAU)process,all analysis increments are treated as constant forcing in a model’s prognostic equations over a certain time window.This approach effectively reduces high-f...In the traditional incremental analysis update(IAU)process,all analysis increments are treated as constant forcing in a model’s prognostic equations over a certain time window.This approach effectively reduces high-frequency oscillations introduced by data assimilation.However,as different scales of increments have unique evolutionary speeds and life histories in a numerical model,the traditional IAU scheme cannot fully meet the requirements of short-term forecasting for the damping of high-frequency noise and may even cause systematic drifts.Therefore,a multi-scale IAU scheme is proposed in this paper.Analysis increments were divided into different scale parts using a spatial filtering technique.For each scale increment,the optimal relaxation time in the IAU scheme was determined by the skill of the forecasting results.Finally,different scales of analysis increments were added to the model integration during their optimal relaxation time.The multi-scale IAU scheme can effectively reduce the noise and further improve the balance between large-scale and small-scale increments in the model initialization stage.To evaluate its performance,several numerical experiments were conducted to simulate the path and intensity of Typhoon Mangkhut(2018)and showed that:(1)the multi-scale IAU scheme had an obvious effect on noise control at the initial stage of data assimilation;(2)the optimal relaxation time for large-scale and small-scale increments was estimated as 6 h and 3 h,respectively;(3)the forecast performance of the multi-scale IAU scheme in the prediction of Typhoon Mangkhut(2018)was better than that of the traditional IAU scheme.The results demonstrate the superiority of the multi-scale IAU scheme.展开更多
The formation of self-organizing single-line particle train in a channel flow of a power-law fluid is studied using the lattice Boltzmann method with power-law index 0.6≤n≤1.2,particle volume concentration 0.8%≤Φ...The formation of self-organizing single-line particle train in a channel flow of a power-law fluid is studied using the lattice Boltzmann method with power-law index 0.6≤n≤1.2,particle volume concentration 0.8%≤Φ≤6.4%,Reynolds number 10≤Re≤100,and blockage ratio 0.2≤k≤0.4.The numerical method is validated by comparing the present results with the previous ones.The effect n,Φ,Re and k on the interparticle spacing and parallelism of particle train is discussed.The results showed that the randomly distributed particles would migrate towards the vicinity of the equilibrium position and form the ordered particle train in the power-law fluid.The equilibrium position of particles is closer to the channel centerline in the shear-thickening fluid than that in the Newtonian fluid and shear-thinning fluid.The particles are not perfectly parallel in the equilibrium position,hence IH is used to describe the inclination of the line linking the equilibrium position of each particle.When self-organizing single-line particle train is formed,the particle train has a better parallelism and hence benefit for particle focusing in the shearthickening fluid at highΦ,low Re and small k.Meanwhile,the interparticle spacing is the largest and hence benefit for particle separation in the shear-thinning fluid at lowΦ,low Re and small k.展开更多
Based on the data at 29 monitoring sites in the whole basin of the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River in Guigang City during 2014-2021,the single-factor evaluation method and the modified Nemerow pollution index met...Based on the data at 29 monitoring sites in the whole basin of the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River in Guigang City during 2014-2021,the single-factor evaluation method and the modified Nemerow pollution index method were used to analyze temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water quality in the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River basins.The results showed that the Wusi River(the Yujiang River)and the Dahuang River(the Xunjiang River)had the best water quality,while water quality of the Duchong River(the Yujiang River)was the worst,and the proportion of inferior to class V reached 93%.The second was the Shepo River(the Xunjiang River),and the proportions of inferior to class V and below class IV were 21%and 64%.Comprehensive Nemerow pollution index was used to evaluate the water quality of the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River during 2014-2021.Five tributary sections with worse water quality were the Duchong River,Xiajiangkou,the Chencun River,the Liyu River,and the Dongtang River,and NH3-N and TP exceeded the standard seriously.Among them,water quality of the Duchong River was the worst and was slightly improved during 2018-2021,but it still exceeded the standard seriously.The analysis showed that the main source of serious eutrophication in the basin was the increase of NH3-N and TP concentrations caused by agricultural non-point source emissions.展开更多
The risk factors of severe infections in children during the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2)outbreak in Beijing remain elusive.SARS‐CoV‐2‐positive children admitted to the intensive ca...The risk factors of severe infections in children during the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2)outbreak in Beijing remain elusive.SARS‐CoV‐2‐positive children admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU)with collected plasma specimens were enrolled and screened for common pathogens using capillary electrophoresis‐based multiplex PCR from December 12,2022,to January 24,2023.The SARS‐CoV‐2 subvariants were identified using next‐generation sequencing.Plasma was positive for two(positive;P),one(suspicious;S),or no(negative;N)SARS‐CoV‐2 genes were classified as plasmatic RNA‐positive(RNAemia;P+S)or without RNAemia(N).Clinical and laboratory data of the enrolled cases were then collected and analyzed.The 34 enrolled children included 26 males and 24 younger than three years.All were negative for other respiratory pathogens.BF.7.14(18/29)was the predominant subvariant.Viral loads in respiratory specimens,hours from symptom onset to the first respiratory specimen collection(time‐variable),with comorbidities and BF.7.14 and BA.5.2 distributions were significantly different in P vs.N and RNAemia vs.without RNAemia group.Among most cases,the T lymphocyte ratios decreased,while the cytokine level and the B lymphocyte ratio increased.The time variables were 2.22±2.05 and 4.00±2.49 days in BF.7.14 and BA.5.2 infections,respectively.In conclusion,SARS‐CoV‐2 was more likely to cause severe infections among males aged≤3 years old with comorbidities during the SARS‐CoV‐2 outbreak in Beijing,while RNAemia is more common in children at the early stage of severe BF.7.14 infections,and most had high cytokine levels and B‐cell activation.展开更多
Yellow rust(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.Tritici,YR)and fusarium head blight(Fusarium graminearum,FHB)are the two main diseases affecting wheat in the main grain-producing areas of East China,which is common for the two ...Yellow rust(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.Tritici,YR)and fusarium head blight(Fusarium graminearum,FHB)are the two main diseases affecting wheat in the main grain-producing areas of East China,which is common for the two diseases to appear simultaneously in some main production areas.It is necessary to discriminate wheat YR and FHB at the regional scale to accurately locate the disease in space,conduct detailed disease severity monitoring,and scientific control.Four images on different dates were acquired from Sentinel-2,Landsat-8,and Gaofen-1 during the critical period of winter wheat,and 22 remote sensing features that characterize the wheat growth status were then calculated.Meanwhile,6 meteorological parameters that reflect the wheat phenological information were also obtained by combining the site meteorological data and spatial interpolation technology.Then,the principal components(PCs)of comprehensive remote sensing and meteorological features were extracted with principal component analysis(PCA).The PCs-based discrimination models were established to map YR and FHB damage using the random forest(RF)and backpropagation neural network(BPNN).The models’performance was verified based on the disease field truth data(57 plots during the filling period)and 5-fold cross-validation.The results revealed that the PCs obtained after PCA dimensionality reduction outperformed the initial features(IFs)from remote sensing and meteorology in discriminating between the two diseases.Compared to the IFs,the average area under the curve for both micro-average and macro-average ROC curves increased by 0.07 in the PCs-based RF models and increased by 0.16 and 0.13,respectively,in the PCs-based BPNN models.Notably,the PCs-based BPNN discrimination model emerged as the most effective,achieving an overall accuracy of 83.9%.Our proposed discrimination model for wheat YR and FHB,coupled with multi-source remote sensing images and meteorological data,overcomes the limitations of a single-sensor and single-phase remote sensing information in multiple stress discrimination in cloudy and rainy areas.It performs well in revealing the damage spatial distribution of the two diseases at a regional scale,providing a basis for detailed disease severity monitoring,and scientific prevention and control.展开更多
Background:On May 8,2018,the China National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)approved anlotinib,an orally administered anti-angiogenesis inhibitor,for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung ca...Background:On May 8,2018,the China National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)approved anlotinib,an orally administered anti-angiogenesis inhibitor,for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung can-cer(NSCLC)who have progressed after treatment with two or more lines of prior systemic chemotherapy.Main body of the abstract:China NMPA reviewed and inspected a regional double-blinded,placebo-controlled,Phase III trial comparing the overall survival(OS)of NSCLC patients between the anlotinib and placebo arms.A total of 437 patients were randomized(2:1)to receive either anlotinib(n=294)or placebo(n=143)once daily on a 2-week on and 1-week off schedule.Patients with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)or activating anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)genomic tumor aberrations should have disease progression on NMPA-approved therapy.Anlotinib is the first NMPA-approved drug for patients with advanced NSCLC who have progressed on at least two lines of prior systemic chemotherapies in China.The approval was based on a statistically and clinically significant improvement in median OS with anlotinib(9.46 months)compared with placebo[6.37 months;hazard ratio(HR])=0.70,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.55-0.89;two-sided log-rank P=0.002].The confirmed objective response rate(ORR)was 9.2%in the anlotinib arm and 0.7%in the placebo arm.The median duration of response(DoR)was 4.83 months,with a 95%CI of 3.31-6.97 months.The toxicity profile of anlotinib was consistent with that of known anti-angiogenesis inhibitors.Common adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in anlotinib-treated patients included hypertension(67.4%),hand-foot syndrome(43.9%),hemoptysis(14.0%),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)elevation(46.6%),and corrected QT interval(QTc)prolongation(26.2%).Short conclusion:Anlotinib demonstrated a clinically significant OS prolongation as a novel therapeutic option for advanced or metastatic NSCLC following at least two lines of chemotherapy.展开更多
Multi-objective land allocation(MOLA)can be regarded as a spatial optimization problem that allocates appropriate use to certain land units subjecting to multiple objectives and constraints.This article develops an im...Multi-objective land allocation(MOLA)can be regarded as a spatial optimization problem that allocates appropriate use to certain land units subjecting to multiple objectives and constraints.This article develops an improved knowledge-informed non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)for solving the MOLA problem by integrating the patch-based,edge growing/decreasing,neighborhood,and constraint steering rules.By applying both the classical and the knowledge-informed NSGA-II to a simulated planning area of 30×30 grid,we find that:when compared to the classical NSGA-II,the knowledge-informed NSGA-II consistently produces solutions much closer to the true Pareto front within shorter computation time without sacrificing the solution diversity;the knowledge-informed NSGA-II is more effective and more efficient in encouraging compact land allocation;the solutions produced by the knowledge-informed have less scattered/isolated land units and provide a good compromise between construction sprawl and conservation land protection.The better performance proves that knowledge-informed NSGA-II is a more reasonable and desirable approach in the planning context.展开更多

In September 2018, a high positive rate of human adenovirus HAdV was occurred among hospitalized children in the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Paediatrics in Beijing. To investigate whether this outbreak of HAdV was related to nosocomial infections or the result of community infections, we collected respiratory specimens from patients with acute respiratory infections in a respiratory ward during June to December 2018, and screened for respiratory viruses. Among 1,840 cases included, 95(5.2%, 95/1840) were positive for HAdV and 81 were genotyped based on phylogenetic analysis, including seven as HAdV-1(8.6%), 30 HAdV-3(37.0%), two HAdV-6(2.5%), and 42 HAdV-7(51.9%). More HAdV-positive samples were collected in August(4.7%, 12/255), September(15.0%, 41/274) and October(6.9%, 17/247), with a peak in September 2018. By combining the results of HAdV phylogenetic analysis with clinical data of patients, there were 77 cases(4.2%, 77/1840;81.1%, 77/95) excluded from nosocomial infections, eight cases representing possible infections transmitted by visitors or attending parents, three cases without sequences that might have been due to infection transmitted by roommates positive for HAdV, one case of a roommate without an HAdV sequence, and six cases that shared highly homologous sequences with those of their roommates, for which nosocomial infections might be considered. In conclusion, genotyping of HAdVs based on phylogenetic analysis combined with clinical information provides a powerful method to distinguish nosocomial infections from community acquired infection, especially when tracing the origins of nosocomial infections.展开更多

Increasing attention has been paid to the deterioration of air quality in China during the past decade.This study presents the spatiotemporal variations of aerosol concentration across China during 2000–2016 using ae...Increasing attention has been paid to the deterioration of air quality in China during the past decade.This study presents the spatiotemporal variations of aerosol concentration across China during 2000–2016 using aerosol optical depth(AOD)from the atmospheric product of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer.Percentile thresholds are applied to define AOD days with different loadings.Temporally,aerosol concentration has increased since 2000 and reached the highest level in 2011;then it has declined from 2011 to 2016.Seasonally,aerosol concentration is the highest in summer and the lowest in winter.Spatially,North China and Sichuan Basin are featured by high aerosol concentration with increasing trends in North China and decreasing trends in Sichuan Basin.North,Southeast and Southwest China have been through increasing days with low AOD loading;however,Northeast China has experienced increasing days with high AOD loading.It is likely that air quality influenced by aerosols has notably improved over North China in spring and summer,over Southwest and Southeast China in autumn,but has degraded over Northeast China in autumn.展开更多

文摘Tea leaf picking is a crucial stage in tea production that directly influences the quality and value of the tea.Traditional tea-picking machines may compromise the quality of the tea leaves.High-quality teas are often handpicked and need more delicate operations in intelligent picking machines.Compared with traditional image processing techniques,deep learning models have stronger feature extraction capabilities,and better generalization and are more suitable for practical tea shoot harvesting.However,current research mostly focuses on shoot detection and cannot directly accomplish end-to-end shoot segmentation tasks.We propose a tea shoot instance segmentation model based on multi-scale mixed attention(Mask2FusionNet)using a dataset from the tea garden in Hangzhou.We further analyzed the characteristics of the tea shoot dataset,where the proportion of small to medium-sized targets is 89.9%.Our algorithm is compared with several mainstream object segmentation algorithms,and the results demonstrate that our model achieves an accuracy of 82%in recognizing the tea shoots,showing a better performance compared to other models.Through ablation experiments,we found that ResNet50,PointRend strategy,and the Feature Pyramid Network(FPN)architecture can improve performance by 1.6%,1.4%,and 2.4%,respectively.These experiments demonstrated that our proposed multi-scale and point selection strategy optimizes the feature extraction capability for overlapping small targets.The results indicate that the proposed Mask2FusionNet model can perform the shoot segmentation in unstructured environments,realizing the individual distinction of tea shoots,and complete extraction of the shoot edge contours with a segmentation accuracy of 82.0%.The research results can provide algorithmic support for the segmentation and intelligent harvesting of premium tea shoots at different scales.

文摘With the continuous deepening of rural revitalization strategy and the increasingly strict sewage discharge standards,rural domestic sewage treatment technology is facing higher challenges and requirements.The combined process of micro-electrolysis+micro-nano bubbles coupled with peroxymonosulfate was constructed in this study,and the treatment effect and application value of this technology were explored with the actual rural domestic sewage as the treatment object.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of HRT of 120 min,PMS dosage of 0.15 mmol/L,pH=7,MBs air intake of 15 ml/min,current intensity of 15 A,and Fe/C mass ratio of 1:1,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus can reach 88.55%,77.18%and 74.67%,respectively.Under the condition that the pH value of sewage was not adjusted,the non-biochemical simultaneous decarbonization,denitrification and phosphorus removal of rural domestic sewage can be achieved by micro-electrolysis and micro-nano bubbles coupled with peroxymonosulfate.The concentrations of effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus met the requirements of the first level standard of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities(DB45T2413-2021).And the comprehensive operating cost was about 1.15 yuan/m 3.

文摘Plant growth regulators(PGRs)are chemical substances that imitate the functions of phytohormones to enhance the crop yield and the harvest process.Phenylurea-derived plant growth regulators are known for their excellent efficacy in promoting fruit growth,particularly in kiwifruit,grapes,and melons.Phenylurea derivatives represent one class of the highly efficient and versatile PGRs.Specifically,forchlorfenuron(CPPU,N-(2-chloro-4-pyridinyl)-N0-phenylurea)exhibits similar growth-regulating efficacy to cytokinins and has a significant impact on the plant growth and the crop yield.As a result,there is growing interest in exploring the incorporation of various phenylurea moieties into agrochemicals to enhance their regulatory properties on crops.This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview on representative synthetic approaches for phenylurea derived PGRs.Additionally,we provide our perspective on the future development in this active researchfield.
文摘Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging for breast nodules of breast imaging-reporting and data system(BI-RADS)category 3 and above.Methods:From June 2021 to July 2022,163 patients with breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above were selected as the research subjects.After pathological diagnosis,24 cases were malignant breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above,while 139 cases were benign breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above.The diagnosis rate of malignant and benign breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 or above,including 95%CI,was observed and analyzed.Results:The malignant and benign detection rates of conventional ultrasound were 88.63%and 75.00%,respectively,and the malignant and benign detection rates of ultrasound imaging were 93.18%and 87.50%,respectively,with 95%CIs greater than 0.7.Conclusion:Ultrasound imaging can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant breast nodules of BI-RADS 3 and above and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
文摘Objective: To examine therapeutic drug monitoring in managing hyperbilirubinemia caused by capecitabine in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma with extensive liver metastases. Results: The initial liver function tests showed an elevation of transaminases (aspartate amino transferase 615 UI/l, alanine aminotransferase 385.9 UI/l), hyperbilirubinemia (total bilirubin at 246.1 μmol/l), and alkaline phosphatase at 694.6 UI/l. We initiated capecitabine based combination chemotherapy, and the clinical pharmacist conducted a full-course medication monitoring of the patient’s treatment including design of individualized dosing regimens and monitoring of bilirubin, infection, cancer pain, parenteral nutrition support and adverse events. After 21 days of supervision by clinical pharmacist and clinicians, the patient’s bilirubin and transaminase decreased progressively, with aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase falling back to 57 UI/l, 69.8 μmol/l, 307.2 UI/l, respectively. The patient’s condition improved significantly at the time of discharge, with the jaundice subsided, and the bloating relieved. Conclusion: Due to adverse reactions, capecitabine requires medication monitoring during use. The relationship between effectiveness and adverse effects is controversial. Adverse reactions should not be the sole criterion for the use of drugs. Clinical pharmacists can improve the safety and effectiveness of patients’ medications and promote rational drug use by monitoring patients, which may be useful to help the doctors identify the high-risk patients for taking efficient treatment strategy decisions.
文摘Lakes are an important component of the earth climate system. They play an important role in the study of basin weather forecasting, air quality forecasting, and regional climate research. The accuracy of driving variables is the basic premise to ensure the rationality of lake mode simulation. Based on the in-situ observations at Bifenggang site of the Lake Taihu Eddy flux Network from 2012 to 2017, this paper investigated temporal variations in temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, radiation components at different time scales (hourly, seasonal and interannual). ERA5 reanalysis data were compared with in-situ observation to quantify the error and evaluate the performance of reanalysis data. The results show that: 1) On the hourly scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data described air temperature, and downward long-wave radiation more accurately. 2) On the seasonal variation scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data described air temperature, and downward long-wave radiation more accurately. However, the descriptions of wind speed, relative humidity and downward short-wave have large deviations. 3) On the interannual scale, the ERA5 reanalysis data show a good performance for temperature, followed by downward longwave radiation, downward shortwave radiation and relative humidity.
文摘Carbon resources play an important role in affecting the benthic bacterial community in shallow lakes. In this study, pyrosequencing was applied to compare bacteria phylogenic profile in incubated sediments with normal and exchanged organic detritus in macrophyte-dominated East Lake Taihu and algal-dominated Meiliang Bay. We observed significant bacteria species variations in sediments from two bays, regardless of treatments. RDA (Redundancy Analysis) analysis showed that sediment characteristics, especially concentrations of total nitrogen might account for this differentiation. Besides, algal-dominated Meiliang Bay sediment with addition of Vallisneria detritus exhibited higher bacterial species variations than the sediment amended with Microcystis detritus. To the contrary, sediments from macrophyte-dominated East Lake Taihu shared similar bacteria profile at all taxonomic levels and grouped together in MDS (multidimensional scaling) plots over the treatments with Vallisneria or Microcystis detritus addition into the sediment. We speculated that the different degradability of macrophyte detritus and algal detritus led to varied bacterial responses to exchanged organic resources and ultimately, the amounts, nutrient availability and degradability of organic resources may be main reasons for benthic bacteria community structure differentiation between the two states in shallow lakes.
文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution characteristics of cardiac autonomic nerves and to explore the correlation between cardiac autonomic nerve distribution and arrhythmia. DATA RETRIEVAL: A computer-based retrieval was performed for papers examining the distribution of cardiac autonomic nerves, using “heart, autonomic nerve, sympathetic nerve, vagus nerve, nerve distribution, rhythm and atrial fibrillation” as the key words. SELECTION CRITERIA: A total of 165 studies examining the distribution of cardiac autonomic nerve were screened, and 46 of them were eventually included. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The distribution and characteristics of cardiac autonomic nerves were observed, and immunohistochemical staining was applied to determine the levels of tyrosine hydroxylase and acetylcholine transferase (main markers of cardiac autonomic nerve distribution). In addition, the correlation between cardiac autonomic nerve distribution and cardiac arrhythmia was investigated. RESULTS: Cardiac autonomic nerves were reported to exhibit a disordered distribution in different sites, mainly at the surface of the cardiac atrium and pulmonary vein, forming a ganglia plexus. The distribution of the pulmonary vein autonomic nerve was prominent at the proximal end rather than the distal end, at the upper left rather than the lower right, at the epicardial membrane rather than the endocardial membrane, at the left atrium rather than the right atrium, and at the posterior wall rather than the anterior wall. The main markers used for cardiac autonomic nerves were tyrosine hydroxylase and acetylcholine transferase. Protein gene product 9.5 was used to label the immunoreactive nerve distribution, and the distribution density of autonomic nerves was determined using a computer-aided morphometric analysis system. CONCLUSION: The uneven distribution of the cardiac autonomic nerves is the leading cause of the occurrence of arrhythmia, and the cardiac autonomic nerves play an important role in the occurrence, maintenance, and symptoms of arrhythmia.

文摘As the source and main producing area of tea in the world, China has formed unique tea culture, and achievedremarkable economic benefits. However, frequent meteorological disasters, particularly low temperature frostdamage in late spring has seriously threatened the growth status of tea trees and caused quality and yield reduction of tea industry. Thus, timely and accurate early warning of frost damage occurrence in specific tea garden isvery important for tea plantation management and economic values. Aiming at the problems existing in currentmeteorological disaster forecasting methods, such as difficulty in obtaining massive meteorological data, largeamount of calculation for predicted models and incomplete information on frost damage occurrence, this paperproposed a two-fold algorithm for short-term and real-time prediction of temperature using field environmentaldata, and temperature trend results from a nearest local weather station for accurate frost damage occurrence leveldetermination, so as to achieve a specific tea garden frost damage occurrence prediction in a microclimate. Timeseries meteorological data collected from a small weather station was used for testing and parameterization of atwo-fold method, and another dataset acquired from Tea Experimental Base of Zhejiang University was furtherused to validate the capability of a two-fold model for frost damage forecasting. Results showed that comparedwith the results of autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) and multiple linear regression (MLR),the proposed two-fold method using a second order Furrier fitting model and a K-Nearest Neighbor model(K = 3) with three days historical temperature data exhibited excellent accuracy for frost damage occurrence prediction on consideration of both model accuracy and computation (98.46% forecasted duration of frost damage,and 95.38% for forecasted temperature at the onset time). For field test in a tea garden, the proposed methodaccurately predicted three times frost damage occurrences, including onset time, duration and occurrence level.These results suggested the newly-proposed two-fold method was suitable for tea plantation frost damage occurrence forecasting.

文摘In the traditional incremental analysis update(IAU)process,all analysis increments are treated as constant forcing in a model’s prognostic equations over a certain time window.This approach effectively reduces high-frequency oscillations introduced by data assimilation.However,as different scales of increments have unique evolutionary speeds and life histories in a numerical model,the traditional IAU scheme cannot fully meet the requirements of short-term forecasting for the damping of high-frequency noise and may even cause systematic drifts.Therefore,a multi-scale IAU scheme is proposed in this paper.Analysis increments were divided into different scale parts using a spatial filtering technique.For each scale increment,the optimal relaxation time in the IAU scheme was determined by the skill of the forecasting results.Finally,different scales of analysis increments were added to the model integration during their optimal relaxation time.The multi-scale IAU scheme can effectively reduce the noise and further improve the balance between large-scale and small-scale increments in the model initialization stage.To evaluate its performance,several numerical experiments were conducted to simulate the path and intensity of Typhoon Mangkhut(2018)and showed that:(1)the multi-scale IAU scheme had an obvious effect on noise control at the initial stage of data assimilation;(2)the optimal relaxation time for large-scale and small-scale increments was estimated as 6 h and 3 h,respectively;(3)the forecast performance of the multi-scale IAU scheme in the prediction of Typhoon Mangkhut(2018)was better than that of the traditional IAU scheme.The results demonstrate the superiority of the multi-scale IAU scheme.

文摘The formation of self-organizing single-line particle train in a channel flow of a power-law fluid is studied using the lattice Boltzmann method with power-law index 0.6≤n≤1.2,particle volume concentration 0.8%≤Φ≤6.4%,Reynolds number 10≤Re≤100,and blockage ratio 0.2≤k≤0.4.The numerical method is validated by comparing the present results with the previous ones.The effect n,Φ,Re and k on the interparticle spacing and parallelism of particle train is discussed.The results showed that the randomly distributed particles would migrate towards the vicinity of the equilibrium position and form the ordered particle train in the power-law fluid.The equilibrium position of particles is closer to the channel centerline in the shear-thickening fluid than that in the Newtonian fluid and shear-thinning fluid.The particles are not perfectly parallel in the equilibrium position,hence IH is used to describe the inclination of the line linking the equilibrium position of each particle.When self-organizing single-line particle train is formed,the particle train has a better parallelism and hence benefit for particle focusing in the shearthickening fluid at highΦ,low Re and small k.Meanwhile,the interparticle spacing is the largest and hence benefit for particle separation in the shear-thinning fluid at lowΦ,low Re and small k.

文摘Based on the data at 29 monitoring sites in the whole basin of the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River in Guigang City during 2014-2021,the single-factor evaluation method and the modified Nemerow pollution index method were used to analyze temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water quality in the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River basins.The results showed that the Wusi River(the Yujiang River)and the Dahuang River(the Xunjiang River)had the best water quality,while water quality of the Duchong River(the Yujiang River)was the worst,and the proportion of inferior to class V reached 93%.The second was the Shepo River(the Xunjiang River),and the proportions of inferior to class V and below class IV were 21%and 64%.Comprehensive Nemerow pollution index was used to evaluate the water quality of the Yujiang River and the Xunjiang River during 2014-2021.Five tributary sections with worse water quality were the Duchong River,Xiajiangkou,the Chencun River,the Liyu River,and the Dongtang River,and NH3-N and TP exceeded the standard seriously.Among them,water quality of the Duchong River was the worst and was slightly improved during 2018-2021,but it still exceeded the standard seriously.The analysis showed that the main source of serious eutrophication in the basin was the increase of NH3-N and TP concentrations caused by agricultural non-point source emissions.
文摘The risk factors of severe infections in children during the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2)outbreak in Beijing remain elusive.SARS‐CoV‐2‐positive children admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU)with collected plasma specimens were enrolled and screened for common pathogens using capillary electrophoresis‐based multiplex PCR from December 12,2022,to January 24,2023.The SARS‐CoV‐2 subvariants were identified using next‐generation sequencing.Plasma was positive for two(positive;P),one(suspicious;S),or no(negative;N)SARS‐CoV‐2 genes were classified as plasmatic RNA‐positive(RNAemia;P+S)or without RNAemia(N).Clinical and laboratory data of the enrolled cases were then collected and analyzed.The 34 enrolled children included 26 males and 24 younger than three years.All were negative for other respiratory pathogens.BF.7.14(18/29)was the predominant subvariant.Viral loads in respiratory specimens,hours from symptom onset to the first respiratory specimen collection(time‐variable),with comorbidities and BF.7.14 and BA.5.2 distributions were significantly different in P vs.N and RNAemia vs.without RNAemia group.Among most cases,the T lymphocyte ratios decreased,while the cytokine level and the B lymphocyte ratio increased.The time variables were 2.22±2.05 and 4.00±2.49 days in BF.7.14 and BA.5.2 infections,respectively.In conclusion,SARS‐CoV‐2 was more likely to cause severe infections among males aged≤3 years old with comorbidities during the SARS‐CoV‐2 outbreak in Beijing,while RNAemia is more common in children at the early stage of severe BF.7.14 infections,and most had high cytokine levels and B‐cell activation.

文摘Yellow rust(Puccinia striiformis f.sp.Tritici,YR)and fusarium head blight(Fusarium graminearum,FHB)are the two main diseases affecting wheat in the main grain-producing areas of East China,which is common for the two diseases to appear simultaneously in some main production areas.It is necessary to discriminate wheat YR and FHB at the regional scale to accurately locate the disease in space,conduct detailed disease severity monitoring,and scientific control.Four images on different dates were acquired from Sentinel-2,Landsat-8,and Gaofen-1 during the critical period of winter wheat,and 22 remote sensing features that characterize the wheat growth status were then calculated.Meanwhile,6 meteorological parameters that reflect the wheat phenological information were also obtained by combining the site meteorological data and spatial interpolation technology.Then,the principal components(PCs)of comprehensive remote sensing and meteorological features were extracted with principal component analysis(PCA).The PCs-based discrimination models were established to map YR and FHB damage using the random forest(RF)and backpropagation neural network(BPNN).The models’performance was verified based on the disease field truth data(57 plots during the filling period)and 5-fold cross-validation.The results revealed that the PCs obtained after PCA dimensionality reduction outperformed the initial features(IFs)from remote sensing and meteorology in discriminating between the two diseases.Compared to the IFs,the average area under the curve for both micro-average and macro-average ROC curves increased by 0.07 in the PCs-based RF models and increased by 0.16 and 0.13,respectively,in the PCs-based BPNN models.Notably,the PCs-based BPNN discrimination model emerged as the most effective,achieving an overall accuracy of 83.9%.Our proposed discrimination model for wheat YR and FHB,coupled with multi-source remote sensing images and meteorological data,overcomes the limitations of a single-sensor and single-phase remote sensing information in multiple stress discrimination in cloudy and rainy areas.It performs well in revealing the damage spatial distribution of the two diseases at a regional scale,providing a basis for detailed disease severity monitoring,and scientific prevention and control.

文摘Background:On May 8,2018,the China National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)approved anlotinib,an orally administered anti-angiogenesis inhibitor,for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung can-cer(NSCLC)who have progressed after treatment with two or more lines of prior systemic chemotherapy.Main body of the abstract:China NMPA reviewed and inspected a regional double-blinded,placebo-controlled,Phase III trial comparing the overall survival(OS)of NSCLC patients between the anlotinib and placebo arms.A total of 437 patients were randomized(2:1)to receive either anlotinib(n=294)or placebo(n=143)once daily on a 2-week on and 1-week off schedule.Patients with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)or activating anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)genomic tumor aberrations should have disease progression on NMPA-approved therapy.Anlotinib is the first NMPA-approved drug for patients with advanced NSCLC who have progressed on at least two lines of prior systemic chemotherapies in China.The approval was based on a statistically and clinically significant improvement in median OS with anlotinib(9.46 months)compared with placebo[6.37 months;hazard ratio(HR])=0.70,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.55-0.89;two-sided log-rank P=0.002].The confirmed objective response rate(ORR)was 9.2%in the anlotinib arm and 0.7%in the placebo arm.The median duration of response(DoR)was 4.83 months,with a 95%CI of 3.31-6.97 months.The toxicity profile of anlotinib was consistent with that of known anti-angiogenesis inhibitors.Common adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in anlotinib-treated patients included hypertension(67.4%),hand-foot syndrome(43.9%),hemoptysis(14.0%),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)elevation(46.6%),and corrected QT interval(QTc)prolongation(26.2%).Short conclusion:Anlotinib demonstrated a clinically significant OS prolongation as a novel therapeutic option for advanced or metastatic NSCLC following at least two lines of chemotherapy.
文摘Multi-objective land allocation(MOLA)can be regarded as a spatial optimization problem that allocates appropriate use to certain land units subjecting to multiple objectives and constraints.This article develops an improved knowledge-informed non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)for solving the MOLA problem by integrating the patch-based,edge growing/decreasing,neighborhood,and constraint steering rules.By applying both the classical and the knowledge-informed NSGA-II to a simulated planning area of 30×30 grid,we find that:when compared to the classical NSGA-II,the knowledge-informed NSGA-II consistently produces solutions much closer to the true Pareto front within shorter computation time without sacrificing the solution diversity;the knowledge-informed NSGA-II is more effective and more efficient in encouraging compact land allocation;the solutions produced by the knowledge-informed have less scattered/isolated land units and provide a good compromise between construction sprawl and conservation land protection.The better performance proves that knowledge-informed NSGA-II is a more reasonable and desirable approach in the planning context.

文摘Nosocomial infections are common in pediatric patients and can be fatal in infants and immunocompromised patients. In September 2018, a high positive rate of human adenovirus HAdV was occurred among hospitalized children in the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Paediatrics in Beijing. To investigate whether this outbreak of HAdV was related to nosocomial infections or the result of community infections, we collected respiratory specimens from patients with acute respiratory infections in a respiratory ward during June to December 2018, and screened for respiratory viruses. Among 1,840 cases included, 95(5.2%, 95/1840) were positive for HAdV and 81 were genotyped based on phylogenetic analysis, including seven as HAdV-1(8.6%), 30 HAdV-3(37.0%), two HAdV-6(2.5%), and 42 HAdV-7(51.9%). More HAdV-positive samples were collected in August(4.7%, 12/255), September(15.0%, 41/274) and October(6.9%, 17/247), with a peak in September 2018. By combining the results of HAdV phylogenetic analysis with clinical data of patients, there were 77 cases(4.2%, 77/1840;81.1%, 77/95) excluded from nosocomial infections, eight cases representing possible infections transmitted by visitors or attending parents, three cases without sequences that might have been due to infection transmitted by roommates positive for HAdV, one case of a roommate without an HAdV sequence, and six cases that shared highly homologous sequences with those of their roommates, for which nosocomial infections might be considered. In conclusion, genotyping of HAdVs based on phylogenetic analysis combined with clinical information provides a powerful method to distinguish nosocomial infections from community acquired infection, especially when tracing the origins of nosocomial infections.

文摘Increasing attention has been paid to the deterioration of air quality in China during the past decade.This study presents the spatiotemporal variations of aerosol concentration across China during 2000–2016 using aerosol optical depth(AOD)from the atmospheric product of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer.Percentile thresholds are applied to define AOD days with different loadings.Temporally,aerosol concentration has increased since 2000 and reached the highest level in 2011;then it has declined from 2011 to 2016.Seasonally,aerosol concentration is the highest in summer and the lowest in winter.Spatially,North China and Sichuan Basin are featured by high aerosol concentration with increasing trends in North China and decreasing trends in Sichuan Basin.North,Southeast and Southwest China have been through increasing days with low AOD loading;however,Northeast China has experienced increasing days with high AOD loading.It is likely that air quality influenced by aerosols has notably improved over North China in spring and summer,over Southwest and Southeast China in autumn,but has degraded over Northeast China in autumn.
