In this work, the microstructure, hydrogen storage properties,anti-oxide ability and rate limiting step of Zr(Cr_(1−x)Co_(x))_(2)(x=0,0.2,0.4 and 0.6)alloys have been investigated. After studying the crystal structure,we found that all alloy samples could show C14-type phase but the alloy sample x=0 could also show a small amount of Cr phase.Rietveld fitting showed that lattice parameter and unit cell volume of C14-type phase decreased with increasing x.After further research,it was clear that the first hydrogen absorption capacity decreased with increasing x.But introducing more Co content had a positive influence on the effective hydrogen storage capacity and cyclic hydrogen absorption and desorption properties of the alloy sample. We also found that adding Co to ZrCr_(2)alloy could improve its anti-oxide ability. In addition to this, the rate limiting step model was also studied. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study aimed to optimize the extraction process of longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.)leaves by multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method.[Methods]The contents of gallic acid ethyl ester, astragalin, quercetin, luteolin and kaempferol in longan leaves were determined simultaneously by HPLC.Using the multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method, the methanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio and extraction time for extraction of longan leaves were optimized by orthogonal test.[Results]The optimal extraction process of longan leaves are as follows:methanol concentration of 100%,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶5,and extraction time of 50 min.[Conclusions]The optimized process is simple and feasible, and it can be used to determine the contents of different ingredients in longan leaves. 展开更多

As an important representative of the modernization of the Chinese medicine industry, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound preparations are an indispensable part of the development of TCM.The complex ingredients and unclear action mechanism of TCM compound preparations restrict the development of TCM.In line with this problem, the modern TCM research has made extensive remarkable achievements. From the single indicator in the past to multiple indicator, the research on the combination of TCM fingerprints and pharmacodynamics also has made great progress. The introduction of quality evaluation methods such as the"quantitative analysis of multi-components by a single marker","dose-effect"indicator,"Bioactive Equivalent Combinatorial Components"(BECCs)and TCM quality markers have brought new ideas for quality control of TCM compound preparations. 展开更多

[Objectives]To test the microbial limit of Zhideke granules.[Methods]According to the relevant regulations on the testing of granules in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015,the applicability of the methods for counting the total number of aerobic bacteria, molds and yeasts and objectionable organisms in Zhideke granules was studied.[Results]The total number of aerobic bacteria in Zhideke granules was determined by dilution plate method(1∶20,1 mL per dish),the total number of molds and yeasts was determined by conventional plate method(1∶10,1 mL per dish),and E.coli was detected by conventional method of TTB(1∶10 test solution,10-100 mL TSB).[Conclusions]The method was suitable for the microbial limit test of Zhideke granules. 展开更多

Objective: The aim of our study was to retrospectively analyze 15 patients' clinical materials with laparoscopic resection of liver neoplasms. Methods: From December 2007, a total of 15 patients with liver neoplasms were performed with laparoscopic hepatectomy, and their clinical materials, perioperative dates, postoperative complications, postoperative recovery and short-term curative effects were analyzed and summarized respectively. Results: Laparoscopic hepatectomy (LH) were performed in 15 patients, including 1 case underwent laparoscopic hepatic left Iobectomy, 1 case of left lateral hepatectomy, 13 cases of partial liver resection. Fourteen cases of total laparoscopic liver resections for liver neoplasms, 1 case of hand-assisted laparoscopic liver resection of the tumor, there was no conversion to open approach. Of the 15 patients with liver neoplasms, 13 cases of hepatic neoplasms with the maximum diameter was 8 cm× 8 cm × 9 cm, 9 cases of the borderline micro hepatocellular carcinoma (MHCC) with the diameter not more than 2 cm, 3 cases of hepatic benign tumor. The mean operation time was (120 ± 30) min, and the intraoperative average hemorrhage was 100 mL, beginning to eat and get out of bed following 1-2 days of operation. The average postoperative hospitalization was 8 days, WBC, ALl', AST, albumin, bilirubin returned to normal after one week of operation. There were no postoperative complications such as hemorrhage, bile leakage or air embolism etc. Twelve patients with HCC were confirmed by postoperative pathology, 1 case of liver smooth muscle lipoma, 2 case of hepatic hemangioma. By one year of followed-up in 12 cases of HCC, the longest survival was 38 months, and no recurrence or death, 1 year survival rate was 100%. Conclusion: Among the choice of cases, the advantages of LH for liver neoplasms compared with open surgery were less trauma, faster recovery and less blood loss. it is safe and effective for choosing a reasonable surgical indication, especially for peripheral micro hepatocellular carcinoma. 展开更多

With the rapid social development, people s living habits have undergone great changes.Fast-paced lifestyles have led to an increase in people s unhealthy living habits, especially in diet, such as unreasonable dietary structure and irregular diet.In this situation, the number of patients with hyperuricemia has also been increasing, and the hyperuricemia trend is becoming younger.Clinically, western medicines for lowering uric acid are commonly used, which are not safe and have the risk of injuring the liver and kidney functions.Cichorium intybus L.as a medicinal and edible material, plays an important role in treating the hyperuricemia.Recent studies have shown that C.intybus has significant effect of lowering the uric acid. This paper reviewed the experimental studies of C.intybus inhibiting uric acid production and promoting uric acid excretion, discussed its therapeutic effects and action mechanism,to provide a reference for the development of C.intybus drugs for lowering the uric acid. 展开更多

This is a case of a pancreatic tumor with invasion of the celiac stem treated using the modified Appleby operation.Preoperatively, routine B-ultrasound,computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging were performed. In the perioperative period, the combined gallbladder was excised;the duration of the operation was 5 h and volume of blood loss was approximately 500 ml.Postoperatively, the liver function temporarily returned and after a liver protection treatment,it returned to normal within 2 weeks. The liver had normal arterial blood supply, and the postoperative course was uneventful. It is safe and feasible to resect the whole pancreatic body and tail tumor combined with celiac stem resection. It can improve the resection rate of tumor and relieve pain. 展开更多
