BACKGROUND The lack of specific predictors for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)severely impacts early intervention/prevention efforts.Elevated branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs:Isoleucine,leucine,valine)and aromatic amin...BACKGROUND The lack of specific predictors for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)severely impacts early intervention/prevention efforts.Elevated branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs:Isoleucine,leucine,valine)and aromatic amino acids(AAAs:Tyrosine,tryptophan,phenylalanine)show high sensitivity and specificity in predicting diabetes in animals and predict T2DM 10-19 years before T2DM onset in clinical studies.However,improvement is needed to support its clinical utility.AIM To evaluate the effects of body mass index(BMI)and sex on BCAAs/AAAs in new-onset T2DM individuals with varying body weight.METHODS Ninety-seven new-onset T2DM patients(<12 mo)differing in BMI[normal weight(NW),n=33,BMI=22.23±1.60;overweight,n=42,BMI=25.9±1.07;obesity(OB),n=22,BMI=31.23±2.31]from the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province,Kunming,China,were studied.One-way and 2-way ANOVAs were conducted to determine the effects of BMI and sex on BCAAs/AAAs.RESULTS Fasting serum AAAs,BCAAs,glutamate,and alanine were greater and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was lower(P<0.05,each)in OB-T2DM patients than in NW-T2DM patients,especially in male OB-T2DM patients.Arginine,histidine,leucine,methionine,and lysine were greater in male patients than in female patients.Moreover,histidine,alanine,glutamate,lysine,valine,methionine,leucine,isoleucine,tyrosine,phenylalanine,and tryptophan were significantly correlated with abdominal adiposity,body weight and BMI,whereas isoleucine,leucine and phenylalanine were negatively correlated with HDL.CONCLUSION Heterogeneously elevated amino acids,especially BCAAs/AAAs,across new-onset T2DM patients in differing BMI categories revealed a potentially skewed prediction of T2DM development.The higher BCAA/AAA levels in obese T2DM patients would support T2DM prediction in obese individuals,whereas the lower levels of BCAAs/AAAs in NW-T2DM individuals may underestimate T2DM risk in NW individuals.This potentially skewed T2DM prediction should be considered when BCAAs/AAAs are to be used as the T2DM predictor.展开更多

Methods: Eighty cases of AML patients treated with vene...Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of applying venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: Eighty cases of AML patients treated with venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in our hospital were selected from March 2021 to March 2024, including 40 cases of primary treatment patients and 40 cases of relapsed and refractory patients. The efficacy and safety of the combined drug therapy was analyzed. Results: The primary treatment group was presented with a complete remission (CR) rate of 40.5%, partial remission (PR) rate of 47.50%, no response (NR) rate of 12.50%, and a remission rate of 87.50%. The relapsed- refractory group was presented with a CR rate of 37.50%, PR rate of 42.50%, NR rate of 17.50%, and a remission rate of 87.50%. There was no statistical significance between the groups (P > 0.05). The hematological adverse reactions of the combined treatment for AML were leukopenia and the non-hematological adverse reactions were mainly infections, with an incidence rate of 87.50%. Conclusion: The efficacy of venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in AML was remarkable and the treatment regimen can be adjusted according to the treatment-resistant response.展开更多

Methods: 50 cases of elderly AML patients receiving venetoclax for treatment in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected, including 38 cases of patients whose primary treatment was not suitable for intensive chemotherapy and 12 cases of relapsed/refractory AML patients, to observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of venetoclax. Results: Among the 38 patients whose primary treatment was not suitable for intensive chemotherapy, 5 cases were treated with venetoclax monotherapy, 33 cases were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine, and 25 patients (65.79%) achieved complete remission (CR) with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) after 28 days of treatment;10 patients with relapsed/refractory AML were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine, and 2 patients were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine + chemotherapy, and 2 patients achieved optimal therapeutic response after 28 days of treatment and CR/CRi was achieved in 7 patients (58.33%). There were 47 (94.0%) patients with grade 3 or higher granulocytopenia, 46 (92.0%) patients with hemoglobin reduction, and 43 (86.0%) patients with thrombocytopenia, developed after 28 days of treatment. 11 patients developed infections after treatment and there was one case of tumor lysis syndrome. Conclusion: The response rate of venetoclax monotherapy and combination in elderly AML induction therapy is high, and the overall tolerability of elderly patients is good, so it can be popularized and applied.展开更多
Objective:To study the effect of the direct anti-human globulin test on the clinical efficacy of blood transfusion patients.Methods:52 transfused patients were selected for this study,of which 26 cases with positive d...Objective:To study the effect of the direct anti-human globulin test on the clinical efficacy of blood transfusion patients.Methods:52 transfused patients were selected for this study,of which 26 cases with positive direct anti-human globulin tests were included in the positive group,and another 26 cases with negative direct anti-human globulin tests were included in the negative group.The apparent efficacy of the patients in the two groups after blood transfusion was compared.Results:After blood transfusion,the apparent efficacy of the negative group was significantly higher,P<0.05;in the positive group,the proportion of the predominantly multi-antibody group was the highest;after blood transfusion,the post-transfusion apparent efficacy of the simple IgG group was higher than that of the multi-antibody group,P<0.05;comparing the intensity of the different antibodies resulted in the 1+group,and the 3+to 4+groups were significantly lower after blood transfusion,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of the direct antiglobulin test in transfused patients showed that patients with positive results would have better clinical efficacy.Direct anti-human globulin tests will have an impact on the clinical efficacy of blood transfusion in patients with positive results,so it is very important to carry out a direct anti-human globulin test on blood transfusion patients.展开更多

Moreover, dynamic data interactions increase the intentional/unintentional persistence of private infor- mation in different information systems. However, problems such as the cask principle of preserving pri- vate information among different information systems and the dif culty of tracing the source of privacy violations are becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, existing privacy-preserving schemes cannot pro- vide systematic privacy preservation. In this paper, we examine the links of the information life-cycle, such as information collection, storage, processing, distribution, and destruction. We then propose a the- ory of privacy computing and a key technology system that includes a privacy computing framework, a formal de nition of privacy computing, four principles that should be followed in privacy computing, ffect algorithm design criteria, evaluation of the privacy-preserving effect, and a privacy computing language. Finally, we employ four application scenarios to describe the universal application of privacy computing, and discuss the prospect of future research trends. This work is expected to guide theoretical research on user privacy preservation within open environments.展开更多
An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and disturbance...An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and disturbances.First,by employing the intrinsic properties of Gaussian functions for the interconnection terms for the first time,all extra signals in the framework of decentralized control are filtered out,thereby removing all additional assumptions imposed on the interconnec-tions,such as upper bounding functions and matching conditions.Second,by introducing two integral bounded functions,asymptotic tracking control is realized.Moreover,the nonlinear filters with the compensation terms are introduced to circumvent the issue of“explosion of complexity”.It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking errors converge to zero asymptotically.In the end,a simulation example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多

Since people usually prefer to give others a positive impression, impression management during photo sharing is becoming increasingly important. However, most of the existing privacy-aware solutions have two main drawbacks: Users must decide manually whether to share each photo with others or not, in order to build the desired impression; and users run a high risk of leaking sensitive relational information in group photos during photo sharing, such as their position as part of a couple, or their sexual identity. In this paper, we propose a social rela- tion impression-management (SRIM) scheme to protect relational privacy and to automatically recom- mend an appropriate photo-sharing policy to users. To be more specific, we have designed a lightweight face-distance measurement that calculates the distances between users' faces within group photos by relying on photo metadata and face-detection results. These distances are then transformed into relations using proxemics. Furthermore, we propose a relation impression evaluation algorithm to evaluate and manage relational impressions. We developed a prototype and employed 21 volunteers to verify the functionalities of the SRIM scheme. The evaluation results show the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed scheme.展开更多
The two-way interaction between smart grid and customers will continuously play an important role in enhan-cing the overall efficiency of the green and low-carbon electric power industry and properly accommodating int...The two-way interaction between smart grid and customers will continuously play an important role in enhan-cing the overall efficiency of the green and low-carbon electric power industry and properly accommodating intermittent renewable energy resources.Thus far,the existing electricity pricing mechanisms hardly match the technical properties of smart grid;neither can they facilitate increasing end users participating in the electri-city market.In this paper,several relevant models and novel methods are proposed for pricing scheme design as well as to achieve optimal decision-makings for market participants,in which the mechanisms behind are com-patible with demand response operation of end users in the smart grid.The electric vehicles and prosumers are jointly considered by complying with the technical constraints and intrinsic economic interests.Based on the demand response of controllable loads,the real-time pricing,rewarding pricing and insurance pricing methods are proposed for the retailers and their bidding decisions for the wholesale market are also presented to increase the penetration level of renewable energy.The proposed demand response oriented electricity pricing scheme can provide some useful operational references on the cooperative operation of controllable loads and renewable energy through the feasible retail and wholesale market pricing methods,and thereby enhancing the development of the low-carbon energy system.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of low-dose rituximab in primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups...Objective:To explore the effect of low-dose rituximab in primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with standard doses of rituximab,and the observation group was treated with low doses of rituximab.Rituximab was used for treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in platelet count(PLT),anti-GPⅡb/Ⅲa antibody,and anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸantibody between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PLT of the two groups increased significantly.Antibodies were all decreased,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,and that in the control group was 40.00%.The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia,low-dose rituximab can control the progression of the disease,improve blood routine indicators,and have fewer adverse reactions.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets in the adjuvant treatment of acute leukemia.Methods:80 patients with acute leukemia admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were...Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets in the adjuvant treatment of acute leukemia.Methods:80 patients with acute leukemia admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent chemotherapy,and the observation group took megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and underwent chemotherapy.The effect of the treatments were evaluated by analyzing the albumin(Alb)and prealbumin(Palb)indicators,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in Alb and Palb indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Alb and Palb indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly higher than the observation group(5.00%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and chemotherapy is more effective in treating patients with acute leukemia,and the Alb and Palb indexes can be optimized.Besides,there are fewer adverse reactions,which means that the treatment is relatively safe.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations as well as maternal and infant outcomes of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia.Methods:A total of 478 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,treated in Shaanxi Pr...Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations as well as maternal and infant outcomes of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia.Methods:A total of 478 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,treated in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021,were selected as the research group,while 200 nonnal pregnant women,treated during the same period,were selected as the control group to analyze gestational thrombocytopenia(GT),idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH),adverse maternal and infant outcomes,etc.Results:Among the 478 patients in the research group,the main causes of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia were GT,ITP,and PIH,accounting for 75.51%,6.49%,and 8.79%,respectively,while other causes accounted for 9.21%.There was no significant difference between the research group and the control group in the amoxmt of intrapartum bleeding,premature delivery,stillbirth,thrombocytopenia,and neonatal asphyxia,but there was significant difference in the mode of delivery(P<0.05)・Conclusion:The traditional indexes of coagulation function are not abnormal with decreased platelets in pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,but the indexes of thromboelasticity are abnormal and can reflect the changes of coagulation function.The cesarean section rate of patients with thrombocytopenia in pregnancy increases with the decrease of platelet count,but the mode of delivery should be determined in consideration of specific conditions.展开更多

To overcome the difficulties of designing control...A practical fixed-time adaptive fuzzy control strategy is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying asymmetric constraints and input quantization. To overcome the difficulties of designing controllers under the state constraints, a unified barrier function approach is employed to construct a coordinate transformation that maps the original constrained system to an equivalent unconstrained one, thus relaxing the time-varying asymmetric constraints upon system states and avoiding the feasibility check condition typically required in the traditional barrier Lyapunov function based control approach. Meanwhile, the “explosion of complexity” problem in the traditional backstepping approach arising from repeatedly derivatives of virtual controllers is solved by using the command filter method. It is verified via the fixed-time Lyapunov stability criterion that the system output can track a desired signal within a small error range in a predetermined time, and that all system states remain in the constraint range. Finally, two simulation examples are offered to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.展开更多
The present study focuses on investigating the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of energetic Al_(1)(TiZrNbTaMoCr)_(15) refractory high-entropy alloys with the different heat treatments at low Al co...The present study focuses on investigating the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of energetic Al_(1)(TiZrNbTaMoCr)_(15) refractory high-entropy alloys with the different heat treatments at low Al content state. It is found that even with a reduction in the Al content, the strength of these alloys remains unaffected at room temperature and high temperature, while the plasticity improves significantly. In particular, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure with needle-like B_(2) nanoprecipitates dispersed into the BCC matrix is formed in 873 K-aged Al_(1)Ti_(6)Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(3)Mo_(0.5)Cr_(0.5) alloy. Therefore, this alloy exhibits the highest compression yield strength (σ_(YS) = 1333 and 717 MPa) at room temperature and 1073 K, respectively. After 973 K-aged, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure underwent destabilization, and the B_(2) phase transforms into the brittle Zr5Al3 phase which then coarsens and dominates the microstructure of S3-AlTa_(3) alloy after 1073 K-aged. Moreover, these current alloys exhibit exceptionally high theoretical exothermic enthalpy (ΔH), surpassing 11606 J·g^(−1), which highlights their significant potential as innovative high-performance energetic structural materials.展开更多
曰ectronic textiles(e-textiles),known as a newly-developed innovation combining the textile and electronic technologies,are burgeoning as the next-generation of wearable electronics for lots of promising applications....曰ectronic textiles(e-textiles),known as a newly-developed innovation combining the textile and electronic technologies,are burgeoning as the next-generation of wearable electronics for lots of promising applications.However,a big concern is the durability of the e-textiles during practical using.Here,we describe a facile method tofabricate mechanically and electrically durable e-textiles by chemical deposition of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)on widely used cotton fabric.The interface between AgNPs and fabric was tightly strengthened by the bioinspired polydopamine,and a highly waterproof and anticorrosive surface was further obtained by modifying with a fluorine containing agent of 1H,1H,2H,2/~/-perfuorodecanethiol(PFDT).In addition to the low sheet resistance of 0.26 ohm/sq and high conductivity of 233.4 S/cm,the e-textiles present outstanding stability to different mechanical deformations including ultrasonication,bending and machine washing.Moreover,thanks to the surface roughness of AgNPs and low surface energy of PFDT,a superhydrophobic surface,with a water contact angle of ca.152°,was further obtained,endowing the e-textiles excellent anti-corrosion to water,acid/alkaline solution and various liquids(e.g.,milk,coffee and tea).Finally,the application of this highly conductive e-textiles in wearable thermal therapy is demonstrated.Together with the facile,all-solution-based,and environmentally friendly fabrication protocol,the e-textiles show great potential of large-scale applications in wearable electronics.展开更多
The present work investigated the formation of coherent body-centered-cubic(BCC)/B2 microstructure in Al-Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Cr/Mo refractory high-entropy alloy system,in which three alloys with the composition of Al_(2)Ti_(6...The present work investigated the formation of coherent body-centered-cubic(BCC)/B2 microstructure in Al-Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Cr/Mo refractory high-entropy alloy system,in which three alloys with the composition of Al_(2)Ti_(6) Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(2)(Cr/Mo)_(1)were designed.These as-cast alloy ingots were homogenized at 1573 K for 2 h and then aged at different temperatures for 24 h.It is found that the BCC/B2 coherent microstructure with cuboidal BCC nanoprecipitates into the B2 matrix would be formed in873 K-aged Al_(2)Ti_(6) Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(2)Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)alloy with half Cr and half Mo,which is ascribed to a moderate lattice misfit(ε=0.94%)between BCC and B2 phases.It is due to the special coherent microstructure that results in a prominent mechanical property with the highest compressive yield strength(σ_(YS)=1314 MPa)and good plasticity among these alloys,while coarse Cr2 Ti and Zr_(5)Al_(3)particles are existed in 873 K-aged alloy with Cr1.After 1073 K aging,all these alloys with Cr_(1),Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)and Mo_(1)consist of BCC,B2 and Zr_(5)Al_(3),in which BCC/B2 coherent microstructure is destabilized.The strengthening mechanism of BCC/B2 coherent microstructure in 873 K-aged alloy with Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)was also discussed.展开更多

A multicenter, open-label, randomized, controlled superiority trial with 18 months of follow-up was conducted to investigate whether oral zinc supplementation could further promote spermatogenesis in males with isolat...A multicenter, open-label, randomized, controlled superiority trial with 18 months of follow-up was conducted to investigate whether oral zinc supplementation could further promote spermatogenesis in males with isolated hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH) receiving sequential purified urinary follicular-stimulating hormone/human chorionic gonadotropin (uFSH/hCG) replacement. Sixty-seven Chinese male IHH patients were recruited from the Departments of Endocrinology in eight tertiary hospitals and randomly allocated into the sequential uFSH/hCG group (Group A, n = 34) or the sequential uFSH plus zinc supplementation group (Group B, n = 33). In Group A, patients received sequential uFSH (75 U, three times a week every other 3 months) and hCG (2000 U, twice a week) treatments. In Group B, patients received oral zinc supplementation (40 mg day-1) in addition to the sequential uFSH/hCG treatment given to patients in Group A. The primary outcome was the proportion of patients with a sperm concentration 〉1.0 × 106 ml-1 during the 18 months. The comparison of efficacy between Groups A and B was analyzed. Nineteen of 34 (55.9%) patients receiving sequential uFSH/hCG and 20 of 33 (60.6%) patients receiving sequential uFSH/hCG plus zinc supplementation achieved sperm concentrations ≥1.0 × 106 ml-1 by intention to treat analyses. No differences between Group A and Group B were observed as far as the efficacy of inducing spermatogenesis (P = 0.69). We concluded that the sequential uFSH/hCG plus zinc supplementation regimen had a similar efficacy to the sequential uFSH/hCG treatment alone. The additional improvement of 40 mg day-1 oral zinc supplementation on spermatogenesis and masculinization in male IHH patients is very subtle.展开更多
Recently the ever-increasing demand for wearable electronics has greatly triggered the development of flexible strain sensors.However,it is still challenging to simultaneously achieve high sensitivity,wide working ran...Recently the ever-increasing demand for wearable electronics has greatly triggered the development of flexible strain sensors.However,it is still challenging to simultaneously achieve high sensitivity,wide working range,and good wearability.Herein,we developed a highly stretchable fiber strain sensor based on wet-spun porous polyurethane(PU)fiber,and especially a unique conductive network of dual silver(Ag)/carbon black(CB)layers is constructed.Under strain,the rapid crack propagation on the brittle Ag layer brings a large resistance change and thus high sensitivity,while the tunneling-effect dominated CB layer bridges the separated Ag islands to maintain the integrity of conductive pathways under large strain.By means of the synergistic effect of Ag/CB layers,this composite fiber of Ag/CB@PU presents not only high conductivity of 5139.9 S/m,but also ultrahigh sensitivity with a gauge factor of 2.52×10^(6) and a wide working range of up to 200%.Besides that,it is also capable of detecting very tiny strain of 0.1%and working stably for over 8000 cycles.Using mature weaving technology,this fiber strain sensor can be seamlessly integrated into the textile to conformally track different movements of the human body.Together with the facile all-solution-based fabrication protocol,this work proposed a new strategy to prepare high-performance fiber strain sensor,promising the textile-based wearable applications.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND The lack of specific predictors for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)severely impacts early intervention/prevention efforts.Elevated branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs:Isoleucine,leucine,valine)and aromatic amino acids(AAAs:Tyrosine,tryptophan,phenylalanine)show high sensitivity and specificity in predicting diabetes in animals and predict T2DM 10-19 years before T2DM onset in clinical studies.However,improvement is needed to support its clinical utility.AIM To evaluate the effects of body mass index(BMI)and sex on BCAAs/AAAs in new-onset T2DM individuals with varying body weight.METHODS Ninety-seven new-onset T2DM patients(<12 mo)differing in BMI[normal weight(NW),n=33,BMI=22.23±1.60;overweight,n=42,BMI=25.9±1.07;obesity(OB),n=22,BMI=31.23±2.31]from the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province,Kunming,China,were studied.One-way and 2-way ANOVAs were conducted to determine the effects of BMI and sex on BCAAs/AAAs.RESULTS Fasting serum AAAs,BCAAs,glutamate,and alanine were greater and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was lower(P<0.05,each)in OB-T2DM patients than in NW-T2DM patients,especially in male OB-T2DM patients.Arginine,histidine,leucine,methionine,and lysine were greater in male patients than in female patients.Moreover,histidine,alanine,glutamate,lysine,valine,methionine,leucine,isoleucine,tyrosine,phenylalanine,and tryptophan were significantly correlated with abdominal adiposity,body weight and BMI,whereas isoleucine,leucine and phenylalanine were negatively correlated with HDL.CONCLUSION Heterogeneously elevated amino acids,especially BCAAs/AAAs,across new-onset T2DM patients in differing BMI categories revealed a potentially skewed prediction of T2DM development.The higher BCAA/AAA levels in obese T2DM patients would support T2DM prediction in obese individuals,whereas the lower levels of BCAAs/AAAs in NW-T2DM individuals may underestimate T2DM risk in NW individuals.This potentially skewed T2DM prediction should be considered when BCAAs/AAAs are to be used as the T2DM predictor.
文摘Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of applying venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: Eighty cases of AML patients treated with venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in our hospital were selected from March 2021 to March 2024, including 40 cases of primary treatment patients and 40 cases of relapsed and refractory patients. The efficacy and safety of the combined drug therapy was analyzed. Results: The primary treatment group was presented with a complete remission (CR) rate of 40.5%, partial remission (PR) rate of 47.50%, no response (NR) rate of 12.50%, and a remission rate of 87.50%. The relapsed- refractory group was presented with a CR rate of 37.50%, PR rate of 42.50%, NR rate of 17.50%, and a remission rate of 87.50%. There was no statistical significance between the groups (P > 0.05). The hematological adverse reactions of the combined treatment for AML were leukopenia and the non-hematological adverse reactions were mainly infections, with an incidence rate of 87.50%. Conclusion: The efficacy of venetoclax combined with demethylating drugs in AML was remarkable and the treatment regimen can be adjusted according to the treatment-resistant response.
文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of venetoclax in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: 50 cases of elderly AML patients receiving venetoclax for treatment in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected, including 38 cases of patients whose primary treatment was not suitable for intensive chemotherapy and 12 cases of relapsed/refractory AML patients, to observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of venetoclax. Results: Among the 38 patients whose primary treatment was not suitable for intensive chemotherapy, 5 cases were treated with venetoclax monotherapy, 33 cases were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine, and 25 patients (65.79%) achieved complete remission (CR) with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) after 28 days of treatment;10 patients with relapsed/refractory AML were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine, and 2 patients were treated with venetoclax + azacitidine + chemotherapy, and 2 patients achieved optimal therapeutic response after 28 days of treatment and CR/CRi was achieved in 7 patients (58.33%). There were 47 (94.0%) patients with grade 3 or higher granulocytopenia, 46 (92.0%) patients with hemoglobin reduction, and 43 (86.0%) patients with thrombocytopenia, developed after 28 days of treatment. 11 patients developed infections after treatment and there was one case of tumor lysis syndrome. Conclusion: The response rate of venetoclax monotherapy and combination in elderly AML induction therapy is high, and the overall tolerability of elderly patients is good, so it can be popularized and applied.
文摘Objective:To study the effect of the direct anti-human globulin test on the clinical efficacy of blood transfusion patients.Methods:52 transfused patients were selected for this study,of which 26 cases with positive direct anti-human globulin tests were included in the positive group,and another 26 cases with negative direct anti-human globulin tests were included in the negative group.The apparent efficacy of the patients in the two groups after blood transfusion was compared.Results:After blood transfusion,the apparent efficacy of the negative group was significantly higher,P<0.05;in the positive group,the proportion of the predominantly multi-antibody group was the highest;after blood transfusion,the post-transfusion apparent efficacy of the simple IgG group was higher than that of the multi-antibody group,P<0.05;comparing the intensity of the different antibodies resulted in the 1+group,and the 3+to 4+groups were significantly lower after blood transfusion,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of the direct antiglobulin test in transfused patients showed that patients with positive results would have better clinical efficacy.Direct anti-human globulin tests will have an impact on the clinical efficacy of blood transfusion in patients with positive results,so it is very important to carry out a direct anti-human globulin test on blood transfusion patients.
文摘With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous evolution of personalized ser- vices, huge amounts of data are accumulated by large internet companies in the process of serving users. Moreover, dynamic data interactions increase the intentional/unintentional persistence of private infor- mation in different information systems. However, problems such as the cask principle of preserving pri- vate information among different information systems and the dif culty of tracing the source of privacy violations are becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, existing privacy-preserving schemes cannot pro- vide systematic privacy preservation. In this paper, we examine the links of the information life-cycle, such as information collection, storage, processing, distribution, and destruction. We then propose a the- ory of privacy computing and a key technology system that includes a privacy computing framework, a formal de nition of privacy computing, four principles that should be followed in privacy computing, ffect algorithm design criteria, evaluation of the privacy-preserving effect, and a privacy computing language. Finally, we employ four application scenarios to describe the universal application of privacy computing, and discuss the prospect of future research trends. This work is expected to guide theoretical research on user privacy preservation within open environments.

文摘An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and disturbances.First,by employing the intrinsic properties of Gaussian functions for the interconnection terms for the first time,all extra signals in the framework of decentralized control are filtered out,thereby removing all additional assumptions imposed on the interconnec-tions,such as upper bounding functions and matching conditions.Second,by introducing two integral bounded functions,asymptotic tracking control is realized.Moreover,the nonlinear filters with the compensation terms are introduced to circumvent the issue of“explosion of complexity”.It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking errors converge to zero asymptotically.In the end,a simulation example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
文摘With the development of online social networks (OSNs) and modern smartphones, sharing photos with friends has become one of the most popular social activities. Since people usually prefer to give others a positive impression, impression management during photo sharing is becoming increasingly important. However, most of the existing privacy-aware solutions have two main drawbacks: Users must decide manually whether to share each photo with others or not, in order to build the desired impression; and users run a high risk of leaking sensitive relational information in group photos during photo sharing, such as their position as part of a couple, or their sexual identity. In this paper, we propose a social rela- tion impression-management (SRIM) scheme to protect relational privacy and to automatically recom- mend an appropriate photo-sharing policy to users. To be more specific, we have designed a lightweight face-distance measurement that calculates the distances between users' faces within group photos by relying on photo metadata and face-detection results. These distances are then transformed into relations using proxemics. Furthermore, we propose a relation impression evaluation algorithm to evaluate and manage relational impressions. We developed a prototype and employed 21 volunteers to verify the functionalities of the SRIM scheme. The evaluation results show the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed scheme.

文摘The two-way interaction between smart grid and customers will continuously play an important role in enhan-cing the overall efficiency of the green and low-carbon electric power industry and properly accommodating intermittent renewable energy resources.Thus far,the existing electricity pricing mechanisms hardly match the technical properties of smart grid;neither can they facilitate increasing end users participating in the electri-city market.In this paper,several relevant models and novel methods are proposed for pricing scheme design as well as to achieve optimal decision-makings for market participants,in which the mechanisms behind are com-patible with demand response operation of end users in the smart grid.The electric vehicles and prosumers are jointly considered by complying with the technical constraints and intrinsic economic interests.Based on the demand response of controllable loads,the real-time pricing,rewarding pricing and insurance pricing methods are proposed for the retailers and their bidding decisions for the wholesale market are also presented to increase the penetration level of renewable energy.The proposed demand response oriented electricity pricing scheme can provide some useful operational references on the cooperative operation of controllable loads and renewable energy through the feasible retail and wholesale market pricing methods,and thereby enhancing the development of the low-carbon energy system.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of low-dose rituximab in primary immune thrombocytopenia.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with standard doses of rituximab,and the observation group was treated with low doses of rituximab.Rituximab was used for treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in platelet count(PLT),anti-GPⅡb/Ⅲa antibody,and anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸantibody between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PLT of the two groups increased significantly.Antibodies were all decreased,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,and that in the control group was 40.00%.The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia,low-dose rituximab can control the progression of the disease,improve blood routine indicators,and have fewer adverse reactions.
文摘Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets in the adjuvant treatment of acute leukemia.Methods:80 patients with acute leukemia admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent chemotherapy,and the observation group took megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and underwent chemotherapy.The effect of the treatments were evaluated by analyzing the albumin(Alb)and prealbumin(Palb)indicators,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in Alb and Palb indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Alb and Palb indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly higher than the observation group(5.00%),with P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of megestrol acetate dispersible tablets and chemotherapy is more effective in treating patients with acute leukemia,and the Alb and Palb indexes can be optimized.Besides,there are fewer adverse reactions,which means that the treatment is relatively safe.
文摘Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations as well as maternal and infant outcomes of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia.Methods:A total of 478 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,treated in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021,were selected as the research group,while 200 nonnal pregnant women,treated during the same period,were selected as the control group to analyze gestational thrombocytopenia(GT),idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH),adverse maternal and infant outcomes,etc.Results:Among the 478 patients in the research group,the main causes of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia were GT,ITP,and PIH,accounting for 75.51%,6.49%,and 8.79%,respectively,while other causes accounted for 9.21%.There was no significant difference between the research group and the control group in the amoxmt of intrapartum bleeding,premature delivery,stillbirth,thrombocytopenia,and neonatal asphyxia,but there was significant difference in the mode of delivery(P<0.05)・Conclusion:The traditional indexes of coagulation function are not abnormal with decreased platelets in pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,but the indexes of thromboelasticity are abnormal and can reflect the changes of coagulation function.The cesarean section rate of patients with thrombocytopenia in pregnancy increases with the decrease of platelet count,but the mode of delivery should be determined in consideration of specific conditions.

文摘A practical fixed-time adaptive fuzzy control strategy is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying asymmetric constraints and input quantization. To overcome the difficulties of designing controllers under the state constraints, a unified barrier function approach is employed to construct a coordinate transformation that maps the original constrained system to an equivalent unconstrained one, thus relaxing the time-varying asymmetric constraints upon system states and avoiding the feasibility check condition typically required in the traditional barrier Lyapunov function based control approach. Meanwhile, the “explosion of complexity” problem in the traditional backstepping approach arising from repeatedly derivatives of virtual controllers is solved by using the command filter method. It is verified via the fixed-time Lyapunov stability criterion that the system output can track a desired signal within a small error range in a predetermined time, and that all system states remain in the constraint range. Finally, two simulation examples are offered to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

文摘The present study focuses on investigating the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of energetic Al_(1)(TiZrNbTaMoCr)_(15) refractory high-entropy alloys with the different heat treatments at low Al content state. It is found that even with a reduction in the Al content, the strength of these alloys remains unaffected at room temperature and high temperature, while the plasticity improves significantly. In particular, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure with needle-like B_(2) nanoprecipitates dispersed into the BCC matrix is formed in 873 K-aged Al_(1)Ti_(6)Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(3)Mo_(0.5)Cr_(0.5) alloy. Therefore, this alloy exhibits the highest compression yield strength (σ_(YS) = 1333 and 717 MPa) at room temperature and 1073 K, respectively. After 973 K-aged, the coherent BCC/B_(2) microstructure underwent destabilization, and the B_(2) phase transforms into the brittle Zr5Al3 phase which then coarsens and dominates the microstructure of S3-AlTa_(3) alloy after 1073 K-aged. Moreover, these current alloys exhibit exceptionally high theoretical exothermic enthalpy (ΔH), surpassing 11606 J·g^(−1), which highlights their significant potential as innovative high-performance energetic structural materials.

文摘曰ectronic textiles(e-textiles),known as a newly-developed innovation combining the textile and electronic technologies,are burgeoning as the next-generation of wearable electronics for lots of promising applications.However,a big concern is the durability of the e-textiles during practical using.Here,we describe a facile method tofabricate mechanically and electrically durable e-textiles by chemical deposition of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)on widely used cotton fabric.The interface between AgNPs and fabric was tightly strengthened by the bioinspired polydopamine,and a highly waterproof and anticorrosive surface was further obtained by modifying with a fluorine containing agent of 1H,1H,2H,2/~/-perfuorodecanethiol(PFDT).In addition to the low sheet resistance of 0.26 ohm/sq and high conductivity of 233.4 S/cm,the e-textiles present outstanding stability to different mechanical deformations including ultrasonication,bending and machine washing.Moreover,thanks to the surface roughness of AgNPs and low surface energy of PFDT,a superhydrophobic surface,with a water contact angle of ca.152°,was further obtained,endowing the e-textiles excellent anti-corrosion to water,acid/alkaline solution and various liquids(e.g.,milk,coffee and tea).Finally,the application of this highly conductive e-textiles in wearable thermal therapy is demonstrated.Together with the facile,all-solution-based,and environmentally friendly fabrication protocol,the e-textiles show great potential of large-scale applications in wearable electronics.

文摘The present work investigated the formation of coherent body-centered-cubic(BCC)/B2 microstructure in Al-Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Cr/Mo refractory high-entropy alloy system,in which three alloys with the composition of Al_(2)Ti_(6) Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(2)(Cr/Mo)_(1)were designed.These as-cast alloy ingots were homogenized at 1573 K for 2 h and then aged at different temperatures for 24 h.It is found that the BCC/B2 coherent microstructure with cuboidal BCC nanoprecipitates into the B2 matrix would be formed in873 K-aged Al_(2)Ti_(6) Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(2)Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)alloy with half Cr and half Mo,which is ascribed to a moderate lattice misfit(ε=0.94%)between BCC and B2 phases.It is due to the special coherent microstructure that results in a prominent mechanical property with the highest compressive yield strength(σ_(YS)=1314 MPa)and good plasticity among these alloys,while coarse Cr2 Ti and Zr_(5)Al_(3)particles are existed in 873 K-aged alloy with Cr1.After 1073 K aging,all these alloys with Cr_(1),Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)and Mo_(1)consist of BCC,B2 and Zr_(5)Al_(3),in which BCC/B2 coherent microstructure is destabilized.The strengthening mechanism of BCC/B2 coherent microstructure in 873 K-aged alloy with Cr_(0.5)Mo_(0.5)was also discussed.
文摘Plants are surrounded by myriad microbes during their growth,death,and importantly,evolution(Zhang et al.,2018).It is well known that the interaction between plantassociated microbes and their hosts greatly impacts host development and health(Verbon and Liberman,2016;Berendsen et al.,2012).One of the strategies employed by plants to defend themselves against pathogens and adapt to adverse conditions is to selectively recruit specific host-associated microbial communities possessing beneficial functions.Thus far,numerous attempts have been made to elucidate the ways by which plants regulate host-associated microbiota.Plant immune signaling(Lebeis et al.,2015)and phosphate starvation responses(Castrillo et al.,2017)have been identified to be involved in this process.
文摘A multicenter, open-label, randomized, controlled superiority trial with 18 months of follow-up was conducted to investigate whether oral zinc supplementation could further promote spermatogenesis in males with isolated hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH) receiving sequential purified urinary follicular-stimulating hormone/human chorionic gonadotropin (uFSH/hCG) replacement. Sixty-seven Chinese male IHH patients were recruited from the Departments of Endocrinology in eight tertiary hospitals and randomly allocated into the sequential uFSH/hCG group (Group A, n = 34) or the sequential uFSH plus zinc supplementation group (Group B, n = 33). In Group A, patients received sequential uFSH (75 U, three times a week every other 3 months) and hCG (2000 U, twice a week) treatments. In Group B, patients received oral zinc supplementation (40 mg day-1) in addition to the sequential uFSH/hCG treatment given to patients in Group A. The primary outcome was the proportion of patients with a sperm concentration 〉1.0 × 106 ml-1 during the 18 months. The comparison of efficacy between Groups A and B was analyzed. Nineteen of 34 (55.9%) patients receiving sequential uFSH/hCG and 20 of 33 (60.6%) patients receiving sequential uFSH/hCG plus zinc supplementation achieved sperm concentrations ≥1.0 × 106 ml-1 by intention to treat analyses. No differences between Group A and Group B were observed as far as the efficacy of inducing spermatogenesis (P = 0.69). We concluded that the sequential uFSH/hCG plus zinc supplementation regimen had a similar efficacy to the sequential uFSH/hCG treatment alone. The additional improvement of 40 mg day-1 oral zinc supplementation on spermatogenesis and masculinization in male IHH patients is very subtle.

文摘Recently the ever-increasing demand for wearable electronics has greatly triggered the development of flexible strain sensors.However,it is still challenging to simultaneously achieve high sensitivity,wide working range,and good wearability.Herein,we developed a highly stretchable fiber strain sensor based on wet-spun porous polyurethane(PU)fiber,and especially a unique conductive network of dual silver(Ag)/carbon black(CB)layers is constructed.Under strain,the rapid crack propagation on the brittle Ag layer brings a large resistance change and thus high sensitivity,while the tunneling-effect dominated CB layer bridges the separated Ag islands to maintain the integrity of conductive pathways under large strain.By means of the synergistic effect of Ag/CB layers,this composite fiber of Ag/CB@PU presents not only high conductivity of 5139.9 S/m,but also ultrahigh sensitivity with a gauge factor of 2.52×10^(6) and a wide working range of up to 200%.Besides that,it is also capable of detecting very tiny strain of 0.1%and working stably for over 8000 cycles.Using mature weaving technology,this fiber strain sensor can be seamlessly integrated into the textile to conformally track different movements of the human body.Together with the facile all-solution-based fabrication protocol,this work proposed a new strategy to prepare high-performance fiber strain sensor,promising the textile-based wearable applications.
