目的调查分析一起甲型H1N1流感暴发的原因和流行状况,采取针对性的控制措施。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法开展调查,应用Realtim e PCR方法进行病原学检测。结果从2009年11月2日至11月5日,共出现以发热、咳嗽、咽痛为主要症状的病人12...目的调查分析一起甲型H1N1流感暴发的原因和流行状况,采取针对性的控制措施。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法开展调查,应用Realtim e PCR方法进行病原学检测。结果从2009年11月2日至11月5日,共出现以发热、咳嗽、咽痛为主要症状的病人12例,全部为15岁~18岁在校学生,无死亡和后遗症病例出现。Realtim e PCR法病原学检测甲型流感病毒M基因通用引物阳性,猪H1N1流感病毒NP基因通用引物阳性,甲型H1N1流感病毒HA基因特异性引物阳性。结论本次发病为甲型H1N1流感病毒引起的流感暴发。展开更多
