The clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease still have limitations, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Western medicine can provide multi-level, multi-dimensional, and multi-targeted treatment for cancer-induced fatigue, which has great advantages in the treatment of this disease. However, the underlying mechanisms of TCM are not yet fully understood. The concept of “deficiency of yang qi and excess of yin form” has always run through the onset, progression, and terminal stage of cancer-induced fatigue. This article explores and treats cancer-induced fatigue from the perspective of the “transformation of yang qi into energy and the formation of yin form”, using the treatment principles of “using ‘fire’ to balance yin and yang, using ‘wood’ to dispel excess and regulate qi and blood, and protecting the ‘earth’ to nourish the four limbs”. This is intended to broaden the clinical thinking and provide a basis for the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue.展开更多
