The teaching reform of the “integration of obstetrics and education” course system of pharmacy specialty in colleges and universities is carried out from three aspects: reconstruction of practical curriculum content, construction of teaching and research platform and promotion of obstetrics and education by competition, on the basis of a well-rounded education, professional education, and innovation education, a multi-party education platform will be built to cultivate “knowledge-based, skill-based, innovative and entrepreneurial” innovative talents.展开更多
目的:充分利用药智网数据库中的信息,对含黑老虎成方制剂的收载情况进行深入分析,以推动黑老虎综合开发研究。方法:检索药智网数据库中含黑老虎的成方制剂,统计含黑老虎成方制剂的名称、处方组成、常用配伍药、剂型、功效等情况,并进行...目的:充分利用药智网数据库中的信息,对含黑老虎成方制剂的收载情况进行深入分析,以推动黑老虎综合开发研究。方法:检索药智网数据库中含黑老虎的成方制剂,统计含黑老虎成方制剂的名称、处方组成、常用配伍药、剂型、功效等情况,并进行归类分析。结果:药智网数据库中收载的含黑老虎的成方制剂有25个,处方组成的药味数量差异显著,最少可能仅包含1味药材,而最多则可达到67味药材之多;常用配伍药有鸡血藤(55%)、两面针(45%)、牛大力(45%)等;剂型有丸剂(24%)、酒剂(24%)、片剂(20%)等;功效以祛风湿,舒筋络(50%)和消肿止痛,舒筋活络(25%)为主。结论:药智网数据库中收载的含黑老虎的成方制剂较少,无黑老虎有效成分作为含量检测指标,应加强黑老虎在复方制剂中的综合开发研究。Objective: To fully utilize the information in the Pharmacy Intelligence Network Database to conduct an in-depth analysis of the loading status of formulations containing Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith, in order to promote the comprehensive development and research of Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith. Method: Retrieve the prescription preparations containing Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith from the Pharmacy Intelligence Network Database, and analyze the names, prescription compositions, commonly used compatibility drugs, dosage forms, efficacy, and other information of the formulations containing Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith, and classify and analyze them. Result: There are 25 prescription preparations containing Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith in the Pharmacy Intelligence Network Database, and the number of medicinal flavors in the prescription composition varies significantly. The minimum may only contain one medicinal herb, while the maximum may reach as many as 67 medicinal herbs. Commonly used combination drugs include Caulis spatholobi (55%), Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. (45%), and Nanhaia speciosa (45%). The dosage forms include pills (24%), alcohol (24%), tablets (20%), etc. The main effects are dispelling rheumatism, relaxing tendons and collaterals (50%), reducing swelling and pain, and relaxing tendons and activating collaterals (25%). Conclusion: There are relatively few formulations containing Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith in the Pharmacy Intelligence Network Database, and there is no effective ingredient of Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A. C. Smith as a content detection indicator.
