Finding a suitable blood collection method can reduce experimental errors caused by individual differences and the amount of experimental animals used, and also improve experimental efficiency. This treatise primarily appraised and encapsulated the determination of blood collection volumes for experimental animals across diverse environmental contexts, along with an explication of prevalent blood withdrawal methodologies.
