随着城市机动车保有量的急剧增加,城市停车供需矛盾日益显著,路侧违章停车现象也更加突显。为探究路侧违章停车的分布规律及形成原因,结合GIS(geographic information system,地理信息系统)空间分析和聚类分析,提出了一种基于网格K-mean...随着城市机动车保有量的急剧增加,城市停车供需矛盾日益显著,路侧违章停车现象也更加突显。为探究路侧违章停车的分布规律及形成原因,结合GIS(geographic information system,地理信息系统)空间分析和聚类分析,提出了一种基于网格K-means(K均值)聚类分析的违停黑点识别方法。利用南京市秦淮区2021年的路侧违停数据识别出该区域的路侧违停黑点,据此分析违停黑点的道路环境特征,提取出老旧小区、购物广场、旅游景点三大典型违停场景,采用问卷调查的方法,总结出从众心理、路侧停车泊位供应不足、公共停车场距离较远、公共停车场收费标准较高、停车意识和法制观念淡薄、管理部门监督执法不严格等六大路侧违章停车的主要成因,为相关部门制定政策措施提供理论依据。展开更多
