摘要
在当前全球经济格局下,企业作为推动经济发展的核心主体,其发展态势与国家整体发展战略紧密相连。党的二十大强调高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的核心要义与首要任务。本文从企业层面出发,深入探讨企业数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响,并分析其中的影响机制。研究结果表明,企业数字化水平对企业的高质量发展水平有显著的正向促进作用,即企业数字化程度越高,其高质量发展水平越高。同时,技术创新在企业数字化与企业高质量发展之间扮演着中介角色,意味着企业数字化能够通过推动技术创新这一途径,间接对企业高质量发展产生积极影响。本文为深入理解企业数字化转型战略以及推动企业高质量发展提供了重要的理论依据与实践指导方向。In the current global economic pattern, enterprises, as the core subject to promote economic development, their development trend is closely linked with the overall national development strategy. The Party’s 20th Priority emphasizes that high-quality development is the core essence and primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. From the enterprise level, this paper deeply discusses the influence of enterprise digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises, and analyzes the influence mechanism. The results show that the digitalization level of enterprises has a significant positive effect on the high quality development level of enterprises, that is, the higher the digitalization degree of enterprises, the higher the level of high quality development level. At the same time, technological innovation plays an intermediary role between the digitalization of enterprises and the high-quality development of enterprises, which means that the digitalization of enterprises can indirectly have a positive impact on the high-quality development of enterprises by promoting technological innovation. This paper provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance direction for the deep understanding of the digital transformation strategy and promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.
