摘要 主要介绍了所研制的变极性等离子弧焊接系统 ,包括 :主弧电源、维弧电源、等离子焊枪、电源配套系统以及计算机控制系统等 ,对系统的设计和关键技术突破作了较为详细的阐述。采用该系统焊接了4mm、5mm、12mm厚铝合金试片和 5mm厚筒形结构件 ,焊缝内部质量符合QJ2 6 98— 95中I级接头要求 ,气孔符合MIL—STD— 2 2 A variable polarity plasma arc welding (VPPA) equipment including main arc power source, pilot arc power source, VPPA torch, auxiliary system and computer control system, is developed and introduced.Design of the equipment and some know hows are also stated in detail.A series of aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 4 mm,5 mm,and 12 mm and cylinder work pieces with thickness of 5 mm are welded with the equipment, the inner quality of the weld is fit to QJ2698 95 Grade I and MIL STD 2219 standard.
