摘要
目的探究聚焦解决理念心理支持护理对糖尿病患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2023年4月—2024年6月商洛市商州区中医医院的76例患者,按护理方法不同分为对照组(给予常规护理)与观察组(给予聚焦解决理念心理支持护理),各38例,比较两组血糖水平、护理满意度、心理状态及自我管理能力评分。结果干预后,相较于对照组,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均更低,自我管理评分及护理满意度高均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中应用聚焦解决理念心理支持护理措施,不仅可有效控制血糖值,消除不良情绪,还可提高自我护理能力,可提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of focused solution concept psychological support nursing on nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients.Methods From April 2023 to June 2024,76 patients in Shangzhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into control group(given routine nursing)and observation group(given focused solution concept psychological support nursing)according to different nursing methods,38 cases each.The blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction,psychological state and self-management ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c were lower,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were lower,the self-management scores and the nursing satisfaction were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused solution concept psychological support nursing measure in diabetic patients can not only effectively control blood glucose levels,eliminate bad emotions,but also improve self-care ability and improve patient care satisfaction.
