摘要
香根草以快速生长及强环境适应性成为弃土场生态快速修复的理想植物。土壤水分作为核心环境因子,对香根草的修复效能至关重要,土壤含水量将直接影响香根草的修复效果。设置4种土壤水分处理(W1:饱和田间持水量的80%;W2:60%;W3:40%;W4:前两个月80%,随后自然降至40%)进行为期3个月的室内培养试验,全面评估香根草对不同土壤含量的生理生态响应。结果表明:①香根草在4种不同的土壤水分条件下存活率均为100%,表现出极强的耐受性;②充分供水条件(W1)下,香根草的株高、株宽、相对叶绿素质量比、叶片氮质量比、根系平均根长均高于其他处理;③香根草的种植使土壤速效养分质量比有所提高,速效磷质量比与植物地下指标存在显著正相关关系,硝态氮质量比与植物干质量、鲜质量和株高存在显著正相关关系,铵态氮质量比与植物叶宽、相对叶绿素质量比和叶片氮质量比存在显著正相关关系。鉴于此,建议弃土场初期生态修复采用充分供水条件(W1),以促进香根草幼苗快速生长,优化生态修复效果。
Vetiver grass is an ideal plant for the rapid ecological restoration of abandoned soil sites due to its fast growth and strong environmental adaptability.Soil moisture,as a core environmental factor,is crucial for the remediation efficiency of vetiver grass,as soil water content directly affects the vegetation restoration outcomes.Four soil moisture treatments were set up(W1:80%of saturated field capacity;W2:60%;W3:40%;W4:80%for the first two months,then naturally decreasing to 40%)for a three-month indoor cultivation experiment to comprehensively assess the physiological and ecological responses of vetiver grass.The results showed that:①The survival rate of vetiver grass under the four different soil moisture conditions was 100%,demonstrating high tolerance;②Under sufficient water conditions(W1),the height,width,relative chlorophyll content ratio,leaf nitrogen content ratio,and average root length of vetiver grass were higher than in other treatments;③The planting of vetiver grass increased the soil available nutrient content ratios,with a significant positive correlation between available phosphorus content ratio and plant underground indicators,and a significant positive correlation between nitrate nitrogen content ratio and plant dry weight,fresh weight,and height.Furthermore,the ammonium nitrogen content ratio showed a significant positive correlation with leaf width,relative chlorophyll content ratio,and leaf nitrogen content ratio.In light of this,it is recommended that the initial ecological restoration of abandoned soil sites adopt sufficient water conditions(W1)to promote the rapid growth of vetiver grass seedlings and optimize ecological restoration outcomes.
