摘要
新质生产力的提出,体现出追求量化生产的低效旧质生产力的迭代升级,这一生产力的跃迁过程体现了我国生产力发展的新思路和经济发展的新态势。新时代,在推动中国经济高质量发展之路上,新质生产力作为前所未有的新型生产力概念,极具前瞻性和引领性,需要深刻洞察加以把握。从“新在何处、因何而新、如何为新”的生发思路来看,新质生产力“新”在经典理论的新内容、超越既有生产力的新范式;是释放高质量发展新动能的实然需要,是夯实现代化产业体系根基的应然举措,是塑造国际新型竞争力的必然对策。其践行路径最终指向新动能、新产业、新科技和新人才四个方面。
The proposal of new quality productivity reflects the iterative upgrading of inefficient old quality productivity in the pursuit of quantitative production.This leap in productivity embodies new ideas for the development of China’s productive forces and a new trend in its economic development.In the new era,on the path of promoting China’s high-quality economic development,the new quality productivity,as an unprecedented new productivity concept,is extremely forward-looking and pioneering,and requires in-depth insights to understand and grasp.From the perspective of exploring“where the novelty lies,what gives rise to the novelty,and how to achieve the novelty”,the novelty of new-quality productivity lies in the new content within classical theories and the new paradigm that surpasses existing productivity.It is an actual necessity for unleashing new drivers of high-quality development,a proper measure for consolidat‐ing the foundation of the modern industrial system,and an inevitable countermeasure for shaping new inter‐national competitiveness.Its implementation paths ultimately point towards four“new”aspects:new growth drivers,new industries,new technologies,and new talents.
