摘要
为了保证公路工程造价管理水平,总结了公路工程造价影响因素,以某高速公路为研究对象,分析了其全过程造价管理原则,并提出了公路工程在投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段的造价管理措施。同时,以各阶段造价减少幅度为指标,评价了公路工程造价管理效果。
In order to ensure the level of cost management in highway engineering,the factors affecting the cost of highway engineering were summarized.Taking a certain expressway as the research object,the principles of cost management throughout the entire process were analyzed,and measures for improving the cost management of highway engineering in investment decision-making,design,and construction stages were proposed.At the same time,the cost reduction in each stage was used as an indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of highway engineering cost management.
