摘要
对制备好的血涂片进行染色是血液分析中核心的流程,单独全自动染色机或全自动推片染色机中染色模块的染色效果及其稳定性对相关临床病理的诊断有极大的影响,因此,其总体设计方案十分重要。为此,提出了一种全新的采用了单片染色技术的直线型全自动染色机,并且其核心部件可以直接用于全自动推片染色机中作为染色模块。实际应用效果表明,该新型全自动染色机的染色效果稳定,一致性较好,完全满足临床使用要求,应用前景广阔。
Staining of prepared blood smears is a core process in blood analysis.The staining effect and stability of the staining module in a standalone fully automatic staining machine or the staining module in a fully automatic slide-making and staining machine have a significant impact on the diagnosis of related clinical pathology.Therefore,the overall design scheme is of great importance.For this reason,a brand-new linear fully automatic staining machine that adopts single-slide staining technology is proposed,and its core components can be directly used as the staining module in a fully automatic slide-making and staining machine.The practical application results show that the staining effect of this new fully automatic staining machine is stable,with good consistency,fully meeting the clinical use requirements and having broad application prospects.
