可控裕度约束下分布式储能系统的时序调峰系统设计

摘要 为了避免储能系统出力不可控性,造成的调峰效果不佳问题,在可控裕度约束下设计分布式储能系统的时序调峰系统。使用分布式储能管理装置结构,实时监测和管理系统充放电状态。通过时序调峰能量转换装置,将电池直流电转换为交流电,利用时序控制装置平衡负载。将功率裕度、时间裕度和可控能量状态裕度作为可控裕度指标,构建充电、放电时的负荷表达式,设定充放电约束条件,并制定充放电计划,以此实现调峰。由系统测试结果可知,设计系统在11:00-13:30、16:30-21:00两个时间段对应的最大功率均为1000 MW,未超过理想负荷总出力,提高了储能系统出力的可控性,优化了调峰效果。 In order to avoid the problem of poor peak shaving effect caused by uncontrollable output of energy storage systems,a distributed energy storage system’s time series peak shaving system is designed under controllable margin constraints.Using a distributed energy storage management device structure,realtime monitoring and management of system charging and discharging status.By using a time series peak shaving energy conversion device,the direct current of the battery is converted into alternating current,and the load is balanced using a time series control device.Using power margin,time margin,and controllable energy state margin as controllable margin indicators,construct load expressions during charging and discharging,set charging and discharging constraints,and develop charging and discharging plans to achieve peak shaving.According to the system testing results,the maximum power of the designed system during the time periods of 11:00-13:30 and 16:30-21:00 is 1000 MW,which does not exceed the total output of the ideal load.This improves the controllability of the energy storage system output and optimizes the peak shaving effect.
