摘要
目的:探讨苦参煎煮液与2%硝酸咪康唑溶液是否具有协同作用,从而增强其对白色念珠菌的抗菌效果。方法:采样2023年9月1日—2024年2月10日从罹患外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)患者采集外阴阴道分泌物,分离和培养出10株白色念珠菌菌株,并进行鉴定。参照微量液基稀释法,通过分析并对比苦参煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑溶液对10株白色念珠菌单独以及联合使用时的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行测定,计算他们的联合抑菌指数(FICI),判断苦参煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑溶液联合作用的效应。结果:单用2%硝酸咪康唑溶液抗白色念珠菌的MIC均值为(1.05±0.52)μg/mL;单用苦参煎煮液抗白色念珠菌的MIC均值为(81.25±30.23)mg/mL;苦参煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑联用时,2%硝酸咪康唑溶液抗白色念珠菌的MIC均值为(0.33±0.23)μg/mL;苦参煎煮液抗白色念珠菌的MIC均值为(0.51±0.34)mg/mL;苦参煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑共同作用于白色念珠菌的FICI值为0.32,表现为协同作用。结论:在体外实验中发现,苦参煎煮液和2%硝酸咪康唑溶液均展现出对白色念珠菌的稳定抗菌性,当这两者一同使用时,它们在抗白色念珠菌方面表现出显著的协同增效作用。
Objective:To investigate whether bitter ginseng decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate solution act synergistically to enhance their antimicrobial effects against Candida albicans.Methods:Vulvovaginal secretions were collected from patients suffering from vulvovaginal Candida infections,and 10 Candida albicans strains were isolated and cultured,and identified.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the decoction of Panax quinquefolium and 2%miconazole nitrate solution against the 10 Candida albicans strains was analyzed and compared with that of the combined solution.And their combined inhibitory indices(FICI)were calculated with reference to the microbial dilution method to determine the effect of the combination of decoction of Panax quinquefolium and 2%miconazole nitrate solution.Results:The mean MIC value of 2%miconazole nitrate solution against Candida albicans was(1.05±0.52)μg/mL.The mean MIC value of bitter ginseng decoction against Candida albicans was(81.25±30.23)mg/mL.The mean MIC value of 2%miconazole nitrate solution against Candida albicans was(0.33±0.23)μg/mL when bitter ginseng decoction was used in combination with 2%miconazole nitrate.The mean MIC value of anti-Candida albicans of bitter ginseng decoction was(0.51±0.34)mg/mL.The FICI value of bitter ginseng decoction and 2%miconazole nitrate co-administered against Candida albicans was 0.32,which showed synergistic effect.Conclusion:In in vitro experiments,it was found that both the decoction of bitter ginseng and 2%miconazole nitrate solution exhibited stable antibacterial properties against Candida albicans.When these two were used together,they showed significant synergistic effects against Candida albicans.
