基于有限元法的气门挺柱疲劳分析研究

摘要 以配气机构中挺柱为研究对象,对挺柱进行了多体动力学计算,得到挺柱在工作过程中的载荷历程。通过有限元分析对挺柱的受力进行校核,进而利用n-Code软件对挺柱的疲劳寿命进行分析。分析结果显示,挺柱的多体动力学载荷谱能够用于分析挺柱的力学性能。有限元分析结果表明挺柱能够承受最大冲击载荷,且安全裕度较大。疲劳分析结果表明,挺柱正常使用寿命达到360555.6h,符合相关国家标准。 Taking tappet as the research object,the multi-body dynamics calculation of tappet is carried out,and the load history of tappet in working process is obtained.The stress of tappet is checked and analyzed by finite element method,and then the fatigue life of tappet is analyzed by n-Code software.The results show that the multi-body dynamic load spectrum of tappet can be used to analyze the mechanical properties of tappet.At the same time,the finite element results show that the tappet can withstand the maximum impact load and the safety margin is large.The fatigue analysis results show that the normal service life of the tappet reaches 360555.6h,which meets the relevant national standards.
