摘要
目的探讨寿胎丸研究热点和前沿并进行可视化分析。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网和中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2024年11月公开发表的寿胎丸相关文献,对发表时间、作者、单位、期刊和关键词等信息进行统计后,运用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件进行共现分析并绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入符合纳排标准的文献794篇,涉及雷磊、罗颂平、尤昭玲等1503位作者,湖南中医药大学、广州中医药大学第一附属医院等684所机构,文献发表在河南中医、陕西中医等235个期刊。纳入文献包含关键词1167个,可分为5个聚类,相关研究主要关注的疾病是先兆流产、复发性流产,妊娠结局、炎症因子、激素水平、凝血功能、子宫内膜容受性、作用机制、网络药理学等为近年来研究热点。结论寿胎丸相关研究集中复发性流产等妇产科疾病中,其疗效和作用机制是当前研究热点。
Objective To explore the hot spots and frontiers of the research on Shoutai Pills and to make visual analysis.Methods The literature related to Shoutai Pills published by CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database from inception to November 2024 was retrieved.After statistical analysis of publication time,author,unit,journal,and keywords,VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used for co-occurrence analysis and visualization map was drawn.Results A total of 794 papers meeting the inclusion criteria were included,involving 1503 authors such as Lei Lei,Luo Songping,and You Zhaoling,and 684 institutions such as Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The papers were published in 235 journals such as Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine.The included literature contained 1167 keyworded,which could be divided into five clusters.Related studies mainly focused on the diseases of threatened abortion and recurrent abortion.Pregnancy outcome,inflammatory factors,hormone levels,coagulation function,endometrial receptivity,mechanism of action,and network pharmacology had been the focus of research in recent years.Conclusion In the study of recurrent abortion and other gynecological diseases,its curative effect and mechanism of action are the focus of current research.
