摘要
目的基于数据挖掘探析冯利教授治疗肺腺癌用药规律。方法收集冯教授2023年1月至2024年10月中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院门诊肺腺癌患者处方信息,录入古今医案云平台(V2.3.9),对中药频次、性味、归经、方剂进行统计、聚类分析和关联分析,对核心中药、方剂进行规律总结。结果共收录95例患者的处方信息,涉及中药168味。中药药性以温为主,其次为平、寒;中药药味以甘为主,其次为辛、苦;中药归经以肺经为主,其次为脾、肝、心、胃、肾经。方剂以乌梅丸、麻黄升麻汤、麻杏石甘汤、血府逐瘀汤为主。最终得到4个药物核心组合,9组高关联药对。结论冯教授治疗肺腺癌用药重视平衡寒热、调节升降,寒热并调,在滋阴扶阳基础上加以解毒化瘀、抑癌恢复脏腑阴阳平衡。
Objective To explore medication patterns of Professor Feng Li in the treatment of pulmonary adenocarcinoma based on data mining.Methods Prescription informations of patients with pulmonary adenocarcinoma from January 2023 to October 2024 in Outpatient Service,Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College were collected.Data is entered into Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.3.9).Frequency,nature,flavour,channel tropism,and prescription of Chinese materia medica were statistically counted,cluster analysis and association analysis.Core Chinese materia medica and prescriptions were patternly summarized.Results A total of 95 patients’prescription information was included,involved 168 Chinese materia medica.Nature of Chinese materia medica was mainly warm,followed by calm and cold;flavour of Chinese materia medica was sweet,followed by spicy and bitter;channel tropism of Chinese materia medica was mainly lung channel,followed by spleen,liver,heart,stomach,and kidney channels.The main prescriptions were Wumei Pills,Mahuang Shengma Decoction,Maxing Shigan Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Finally,four core drug combinations,nine highly correlated drug pairs were obtained.Conclusion Professor Feng attaches great importance to balancing cold and heat,regulating rise and fall,regulating both cold and heat in the treatment of pulmonary adenocarcinoma.On the basis of nourishing yin and supporting yang,removing toxicity and resolving stasis,suppressing cancer and restoring balance of yin and yang in zang fu viscera.
