摘要
目的通过Meta分析探讨我国实习护生批判性思维能力的影响因素。方法计算机检索中英文数据库中有关我国实习护生批判性思维能力影响因素的研究,检索时间从建库至2024年3月25日。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,涉及研究对象共3189名实习护生。Meta分析结果显示,学历[MD=-12.83,95%CI(-15.86,-9.80),P<0.00001]、课外阅读习惯[MD=16.05,95%CI(3.63,28.48),P=0.01]、对带教教师批判性思维的评价[MD=15.21,95%CI(9.17,211.25),P<0.00001]、是否喜欢护理专业[MD=17.76,95%CI(10.03,25.48),P<0.00001]为实习护生批判性思维能力的影响因素,而性别、临床实习成绩对实习护生批判性思维能力的影响不显著(P>0.05)。结论现有证据表明,学历、课外阅读习惯、对带教教师批判性思维的评价、是否喜欢护理专业是我国实习护生批判性思维能力的影响因素。护理教育者可根据不同的影响因素制订相应的干预策略,以提高实习护生批判性思维能力,进而提高护理工作质量。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of critical thinking ability among nursing interns in China through Meta analysis.Methods A computer search was conducted on the influencing factors of critical thinking ability among nursing interns in China in both Chinese and English databases.The search period was from the establishment of the database to March 25,2024.Meta analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 13 articles were included,involving 3189 nursing interns as research subjects.The Meta-analysis results showed that education[MD=-12.83,95%CI(-15.86,-9.80),P<0.00001],extracurricular reading habits[MD=16.05,95%CI(3.63,28.48),P=0.01],evaluation of critical thinking ability of teaching staff[MD=15.21,95%CI(9.17,211.25),P<0.00001],and whether liking for nursing major or not[MD=17.76,95%CI(10.03,25.48),P<0.00001]were influencing factors of critical thinking ability among nursing interns,while gender and clinical internship performance had no significant impact on the critical thinking ability of nursing interns(P>0.05).Conclusion Education,extracurricular reading habits,evaluation of critical thinking ability of teaching staff,and whether liking for nursing major or not are influencing factors on the critical thinking ability of nursing interns in China.Nursing educators can develop corresponding intervention strategies based on different influencing factors to enhance the critical thinking ability of nursing interns,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
