PCB定子分布绕组盘式永磁电机的有限元建模研究与损耗计算

摘要 印制电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)作为无铁心轴向磁通永磁电机(axial flux permanent magnet machine,AFPMM)即盘式永磁电机中的定子,工艺简单,经济实用性高,其设计关键在于对绕组损耗的精确计算与分析。该文首先探讨PCB定子螺旋式分布绕组的结构特点与设计细节,由此建立符合PCB结构和参数特征的解析公式和三维有限元模型。然后,对这类定子的3种有限元等效建模方法进行对比,结果表明,所提建模方法不仅可对无铁心AFPMM的一般电磁特性进行分析,还可精准计算PCB上的绕组损耗。直流铜损耗的有限元结果与解析结果具有较好一致性,两者误差随有效导体线宽的增大而减小。此外,通过忽略PCB绕组端部的涡流效应缩减仿真时长,计算多线宽、多工况下的PCB绕组涡流损耗。最后,制造一台样机进行试验,实验结果可以进一步验证该文研究内容。 The printed circuit board(PCB)is used as a stator in the coreless axial flux permanent magnet machine(AFPMM)with a simple manufacturing process and high economic practicability.The critical technology of PCB stator design is the accurate calculation and analysis of winding loss.The structure characteristics and design details of PCB spiral distributed windings are investigated.Accordingly,the relevant analytical equations and three-dimensional(3D)finite element models are established.Then,three finite element modeling methods applicable to this type of PCB stator are compared.The results show that the proposed modeling method can not only be used to analyze the general electromagnetic characteristics of the coreless AFPMM but also to calculate the winding loss of the PCB stator accurately.The finite element results of DC copper loss are in good consistency with the analytical results,and their errors decrease with the increase of the effective conductor width.In addition,the simulation time is reduced by ignoring the eddy current effect of the ends of PCB windings,and the eddy current losses of PCB windings with different conductor width and under multi-operating conditions are calculated.Finally,a prototype is manufactured and tested,and the research in this paper is further validated by the experimental results.
