摘要
目的:分析64排螺旋CT灌注成像(CT perfusion imaging,CTP)参数、血清(Targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2,TPX2)水平与肺癌患者病理特征及预后的相关性。方法:选取2021年6月-2023年11月期间本院收治的77例进行手术治疗的肺癌患者为研究组,另选取同期本院收治的77例良性病变患者为对照组。分析对比两组、不同病理特征及不同预后患者入院时CTP参数及血清TPX2水平,并分析其相关性。结果:研究组入院时参数血容积(Blood volume,BV)、血流量(Blood flow,BF)、通透性(Permeability surface,PMB)及血清TPX2水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。≥3 cm的肿瘤患者参数BF、PMB及血清TPX2水平均显著高于<3 cm肿瘤患者,鳞癌患者参数BF水平显著高于腺癌患者、腺癌患者显著高于其他类型患者,肺癌患者参数BF、BV及血清TPX2水平随分化程度的加重显著升高,低分化>中分化>高分化,Ⅱ期患者参数BF、BV、PMB及血清TPX2水平均显著高于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05)。预后不良患者入院时CTP参数BF、BV、PMB及血清TPX2水平均显著高于预后良好患者(P<0.05);参数BF、PEI及血清TPX2均与肿瘤大小呈正相关,参数BF与病理类型呈正相关,参数BF、BV及血清TPX2均于分化程度呈负相关,参数BF、BV、PEI及血清TPX2均于TNM分期及预后呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CTP参数及血清TPX2水平与肺癌患者病理特征相关,并在一定程度上反映患者预后情况。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging parameters,targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2(TPX2)levels and pathological features and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Methods:77 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study group,and 77 patients with benign lesions were selected as the control group during the same period.CTP parameters and serum TPX2 levels were compared between the two groups,different pathological features and different prognosis,and their correlation was analyzed.Results:Blood volume(BV),Blood flow(BF),Permeability surface(PMB)and serum TPX2 levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at admission(P<0.05).The BF,PMB and serum TPX2 levels of tumor patients≥3 cm were significantly higher than those of tumor patients<3 cm,the BF levels of squamous cell carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of adenocarcinoma patients and adenocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of other types of patients,and the BF,BV and serum TPX2 levels of lung cancer patients were significantly increased with the severity of differentiation.Low differentiation>medium differentiation>high differentiation,BF,BV,PMB and serum TPX2 levels in stageⅡpatients were significantly higher than those in stageⅠpatients(P<0.05).The levels of CTP parameters BF,BV,PMB and serum TPX2 in patients with poor prognosis were significantly higher than those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).BF,PEI and serum TPX2 were positively correlated with tumor size,BF was positively correlated with pathological type,BF,BV and serum TPX2 were negatively correlated with differentiation degree,BF,BV,PEI and serum TPX2 were positively correlated with TNM stage and prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CTP parameters and serum TPX2 levels are correlated with the pathological features of lung cancer patients,and can reflect the prognosis of patients to a certain extent.
