摘要
文章以《四部医典》等多部藏医药经典古籍理论为指导,参考中医体质学对疾病防治的现代研究,围绕气候、年龄、性别及生活习惯等因素与藏医体质类型进行分析,探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的体质分布特点。结果发现,RA的易患体质主要为隆型、培根型及培隆型,治疗应以干黄水、温经通络、抑隆止痛为主,适当与饮食、起居和外治等方式综合调理。因此,通过藏医药古籍经典及现代文献的研究,将藏医体质学说应用于现代医学领域的RA防治,为藏医药今后在诊疗技术部分的精准化、个性化发展提供指导思路。
Based on the theoretical guidance of classic Tibetan medical books such as Rgyud-bzhi,and referring to the modern research on the prevention and treatment of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution,the factors such as climate,age,gender,living habits and Tibetan medicine constitution types were analyzed to explore the constitution distribution characteristics of RA patients.RA susceptible constitutions are mainly Rlaung type,Bacon type,and Bac-Rlaung type.The main treatment should be to dry yellow water,warm meridians to clear collaterals,inhibit Rlaung and relieve pain,and appropriate treatment,diet,daily life and other ways of comprehensive regulation.Through the study of Tibetan medical classics and modern literature,the Tibetan medical constitution theory is applied to the prevention and treatment of RA in the field of modern medicine,which provides guidance for the precise and personalized development of Tibetan medicine in the diagnosis and treatment technology in the future.
