摘要
在城市存量更新的背景下,社区微观层面的空间优化逐渐向友好化、可持续化的方向发展,建设青年发展友好型社区成为城市更新的新兴议题。文章通过解析青年城市现象背后存在的社会排斥、资源失衡、空间效益低下等问题,运用微更新理论分析青年发展友好型社区空间优化的策略定位与转型路径。利用龙泉安青山社区的更新契机,通过优化机制实践,打造面向未来的青年发展友好型社区,为城市更新提供可持续转型路径。
In the context of urban stock renewal,the spatial optimization at the micro level of the community is gradually developing in the direction of friendliness and sustainability,and the construction of youth-friendly communities has become an emerging issue of urban renewal.This paper analyzes the problems of social exclusion,resource imbalance,and low spatial efficiency behind the phenomenon of youth cities,and uses micro-renewal theory to analyze the strategic positioning and transformation path of space optimization of youth development-friendly communities.Taking advantage of the renewal opportunity of Longquan Anqingshan Community,we will build a future-oriented youth development-friendly community by optimizing the mechanism and practice,and provide a sustainable transformation path for urban renewal.
