摘要
为学习贯彻习近平文化思想,内蒙古自治区党委打造了“北疆文化”品牌,这不仅是助力内蒙古文化事业和文化产业高质量发展的重要抓手,更是建设中华民族共有精神家园、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要路径。“中华文明探源工程”明确将西辽河文明与黄河文明、长江文明一同列为中华文明的三大源头。西辽河文明植根于悠久的中华文脉中,在建设中华民族现代文明历程中体现出了地区精神和时代特征。西辽河文化赓续源浚流长的文脉,秉承中华文明连续性;西辽河文化发扬守正进取的精神,展现中华文明创新性;西辽河文化见证多元一体的形成,突出中华文明统一性;西辽河文化具有兼容并蓄的特点,彰显中华文明包容性;西辽河文化坚持交流互鉴的理念,体现中华文明和平性。
It has been created a brand of“Northern frontier culture”by the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for Learning and carrying out Xi Jinping’s cultural ideas.It’s not only a power to important gripper for high quality devel⁃opment of culture industry and cultural undertakings of Inner Mongolia,but also an important path for building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation and strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community.Chinese Civilization Exploration Project clearly lists the Western Liao River civilization,the Yellow River civilization and the Yangtze River civilization as the three major sources of Chinese civilization.The Western Liao River civilization continues its long and rich cultural heritage,adher⁃ing to the continuity of Chinese civilization.The culture of Western Liao River promotes the spirit of integrity and progress,show⁃casing the innovation of Chinese civilization.The Western Liao River culture witnesses the formation of diversity and unity,high⁃lighting the unity of Chinese civilization.The Western Liao River culture has the characteristic of inclusiveness,highlighting the in⁃clusiveness of Chinese civilization.The Western Liao River culture adheres to the concept of exchange and mutual learning,reflect⁃ing the peaceful nature of Chinese civilization.
