摘要

General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition of the whole-process people's democracy is a systematic,complete and scientific theoretical system,which has solved the major theoretical propositions of"the nature and approach of whole-process people's democracy".It has clarified the significant value,the criteria,the system,and the effectiveness of whole-process people's democracy.His exposition is the fundamental principle and scientific guideline for promoting the development of people's democracy in our country,pointing out the direction for the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.
