摘要
以CsBr和PbBr_(2)为离子源、二甲基亚砜为良溶剂、甲苯为不良溶剂、油酸(OA)和油酰胺(OAm)为钝化剂,利用室温辅助沉降法制得全无机卤化物钙钛矿量子点CsPbBr_(3)。探究了甲苯温度、前驱体溶液的加入方式对于CsPbBr_(3)量子点发光性能的影响。实验结果表明,CsPbBr_(3)量子点发光强度随着甲苯温度的增高而变强,发光色纯度随着甲苯温度的增高而降低。温度为80℃时,发光强度最强,色纯度最纯。温度相同时,缓慢滴加前驱体时所得CsPbBr_(3)量子点的发光强度更强,快速注入前驱体时发光色纯度更纯。
Using CsBr and PbBr_(2) as ion sources,dimethyl sulfoxide as good solvent,toluene as bad solvent,oleic acid(OA)and oleamide(OAm)as passivators,all-inorganic halide perovskite quantum dot CsPbBr_(3) was prepared by room temperature assisted precipitation method.The effects of toluene temperature and the addition method of precursor solution on the luminescence properties of CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots were investigated.The experimental results show that the luminescent intensity of CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots increases with the increase of toluene temperature,and the luminescent color purity decreases with the increase of toluene temperature.When the temperature is 80℃,the luminous intensity is the strongest and the color purity is the purest.At the same temperature,the luminescent intensity of CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots is stronger when the precursor is slowly dropped,and the luminescent color purity is purer when the precursor is quickly injected.
