摘要
科学认识乡村地域系统韧性是乡村空间可持续利用的前提,也是应对乡村地域空间发展不确定性和脆弱性的基础。该文基于系统论与认识论,从系统结构与功能关系出发,构建乡村地域系统韧性评价指标体系,测度2000—2018年河北省县域乡村地域系统韧性水平,分析乡村地域系统结构韧性与功能韧性的时空演变规律以及二者间的耦合协调关系。结果表明:①河北省县域乡村地域系统结构韧性水平逐年上升,呈现“西北低、东南高”的空间分布态势,且负向集聚程度逐步增强,邻近县域乡村地域系统结构韧性水平的差异增大;②河北省县域乡村地域系统功能韧性水平也呈现逐年升高的特征,中等韧性水平以上的区域范围逐渐扩大,且正向集聚程度逐渐增强,邻近县域乡村地域系统功能韧性水平的差异减小;③河北省县域乡村地域系统结构韧性与功能韧性之间耦合协调水平总体上逐年提高,从拮抗阶段逐步过渡到磨合阶段为主,耦合协调度也不断向更高的稳态转变。
Scientific understanding of rural territorial system resilience is aprerequisite for the sustainable use of rural spaceand a basis for coping with the uncertainty and vulnerability of rural territorial spatial development.Based on system theory and epistemology,the system structure-function relationship theory is used to construct an evaluation index system for rural territorial system resilience,measure the level of rural territorial system resilience of counties in Hebei from 2000 to 2018,analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the structural resilience and functional resilience of rural territorial systems,and explore the coupling and coordination relationship between structural resilience and functional resilience of rural territorial systems.The results are as follows.①The rural territorial structural resilience level of counties in Hebei Province is increasing year by year,showing a spatial distribution of"low in the northwest and high in the southeast".With the passage of time,the degree of negative agglomeration has gradually increased,and the gap between the levels of rural territorial structural resilience in adjacent counties has gradually increased.②The level of rural territorial functional resilience of counties in Hebei Province is also increasing year by year.The area above the medium level of functional resilience has gradually expanded,and the degree of positive agglomeration has gradually increased.At the same time,the differences in rural territorial functional resilience level between adjacent counties have decreased.③The level of coordination between the rural territorial structural and functional resilience of counties in Hebei Province has gradually increased year by year,with the antagonistic phase gradually transitioning to the grinding phase,and the degree of coupling coordination continuously evolving to a higher steady state.
