Development of Fe-36Ni Invar Strip and Medium Plate

摘要 根据因瓦合金的特点,结合自身装备情况,分别采用冶炼+模铸+热连轧+冷轧+连续退火工艺和电渣重熔+中厚板轧制+热处理工艺,成功开发了因瓦合金带材及中厚板产品。检验结果表明,因瓦合金带材和中厚板的组织均匀,为单一的奥氏体组织;合金带材的力学性能和膨胀性能均满足LNG船货舱围护系统要求;中厚板产品力学性能和膨胀性能指标优良,探伤满足EN 10160标准S3/E4级要求。 According to the characteristics of the invar alloy and also combined with the status of extant equipment in Ansteel,these processes such as iron&steel-making,die casting,continuous hot rolling,cold rolling,continuous annealing,electroslag remelting,medium-plate rolling and heat treatment were used in successfully developing the products in terms of the invar alloy strips and plates.Then the inspection results showed that the microstructures in the invar alloy strip and plate were uniform,falling into the unitary austenite microstructure.And also the mechanical properties and expansion properties of the alloy strip could meet the requirements asked by the containment system for cargo compartments on the LNG ships,while the mechanical properties and expansion properties were excellent,and furthermore the test results by flaw detection met the requirements asked by the Level S3/E4 specified in EN 10160 standard.
