摘要
目的观察血清Caspase-1在不同糖代谢人群中的变化规律,探讨其在2型糖尿病发生发展中的作用。方法根据OTTT结果,将我院体检中心的87例健康体检者随机分为3组:2型糖尿病组(DM组,27例)、糖尿病前期组(PD组,30例)、正常糖耐量组(NGT组,30例)。检测上述研究对象的常规生化指标,测定血清Caspase-1、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)以及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平,分析上述指标间的相关性。结果在不同糖代谢人群中,血清Caspase-1、IL-1β以及IL-18存在明显差异。2型糖尿病组患者血清中Caspase-1、IL-1β、IL-18、HOMA-IR的水平显著高于糖尿病前期组以及正常糖耐量组,而HOMA-β低于糖尿病前期及糖耐量正常组(P<0.05)。Pearson’s线性相关分析显示,Caspase-1与FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-1β、IL-18呈正相关。结论不同糖代谢人群中Caspase-1表达水平不同,Caspase-1与FBG、IL-1β、IL-18、HOMA-IR密切相关。
Objective To observe the changes of serum caspase-1 in different glucose metabolism groups,and explore its role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes.Methods According to the results of blood glucose monitoring,87 healthy subjects in the physical examination center of our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups:type 2 diabetes group(DM group,n=27),pre-diabetic group(PD group,30 cases),and normal glucose tolerance group(NGT group,n=30).The routine biochemical indexes of the above subjects were determined,and the levels of caspase-1,interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in serum were determined,and the correlation between the above indexes was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in serum Caspase-1,IL-1βand IL-18 in different glucose metabolism groups.The levels of Caspase-1,IL-1β,IL-18,and HOMA-IR in the serum of type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those of prediabetic patients and those with normal glucose tolerance,while HOMA-βwas lower(P<0.05).Pearson’s correlation analysis showed:Caspase-1 and FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,IL-1βand IL-18 were positively correlated.Conclusion Caspase-1 has different expression levels in different glucose metabolism populations,and caspase-1 is closely related to FBG,IL-1β,IL-18,and HOMA-IR.
