摘要
目的:探讨蒙药协日嘎三味散治疗扁平苔藓(Lichen Planus,LP)的临床疗效.方法:将入选的60例LP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组口服协日嘎三味散,每次500 mg,1周1次;对照组口服雷公藤总甙片1次2片,1天3次,6周为1个疗程,观察治疗0周、4周和6周两组的临床疗效及用药期间不良反应.结果:临床疗效两组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),不良反应两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:协日嘎三味散治疗LP具有良好的临床疗效,是一种新的安全有效的药物.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Xieriga Sanweisan powder in the treatment of Lichen Planus(LP).Methods:The sixty selected LP patients were randomly classified into a treat⁃ment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group took Xieriga Sanweisan orally,500 mg once a week;the control group orally took Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablet,2 tablets each time,three times a day,and 6 weeks was a course of treatment.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were ob⁃served at 0,4 and 6 weeks in both groups.Results:There was no significant difference between Xieriga Sanwei⁃san powder and Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablet in the clinical efficacy of LP(P>0.05).The adverse reactions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xieriga Sanweisan powder has a good clinical effi⁃cacy in the treatment of LP,and it is a new safe and effective drug.
