摘要
隐私管理是用户使用APP时面临的挑战,数据泄露加剧了用户的隐私担忧和隐私疲劳程度。作为业务驱动因素,用户信息披露意愿是APP可持续发展的基础。本文基于隐私悖论现象,引入隐私保护自我效能、隐私关注和隐私疲劳三个关键变量,构建APP用户信息披露意愿模型,利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明:内部和外部隐私保护自我效能对隐私关注和隐私疲劳有不同程度的影响,隐私关注正向影响隐私疲劳,进而影响信息披露意愿。因此,APP服务商需提高隐私政策的可理解性,优化用户对APP权限的控制机制,降低用户隐私疲劳和隐私关注,提高用户粘性。
Privacy management is a challenge that users face when using APP.Data leakage events aggravate user privacy concerns and privacy fatigue.As a business driving factor,user information disclosure willingness is the foundation of APP sustainable development.Based on the privacy paradox,this paper introduces three variables of self-efficacy of privacy protection,privacy concerns and privacy fatigue,builds a model of APP users'intention to disclosure personal information,and uses structural equation model for empirical analysis.The results show that self-efficacy of internal and external privacy protection has varying degrees of impact on privacy concerns and privacy fatigue,and privacy concerns positively affect privacy fatigue,which in turn affects users'intention to disclosure personal information.Therefore,APP service providers need to improve the comprehensibility of APP privacy policies,and optimize the user's control mechanism for APP permissions,thereby reducing user privacy fatigue and privacy concerns and increasing user stickiness.
