摘要
目的探讨回春育子颗粒治疗少弱精子症的临床效果和作用机制,论证回春育子颗粒组方的科学合理性,为该组方的进一步研究提供依据。方法选取2005年7月~2017年6月石家庄市第四医院就诊的肾精亏虚型不育症(少弱精子症)患者200例,比较治疗前及回春育子颗粒治疗4、8、12周后的精液量、精子浓度、前向运动的精子活动率(PR)、精子总活动力,治疗前和治疗12周后的中医证侯评分,评价其治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,治疗4周后精液量、精子浓度、PR、精子总活动力显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗4周后比较,治疗8周后精液量、精子浓度、PR、精子总活动力显著升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗8周后比较,治疗12周后精液量、精子浓度、PR、精子总活动力显著升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);且中医证侯显著改善(P<0.01)。少弱精子症的治愈率为24.5%、有效率为67.5%、总有效率为92.0%,结论回春育子颗粒治疗少弱精子症效果确切,组方科学、合理,值得进行深入的中药现代化研究。
Objective To explore the clinical observation and functional mechanism study of Huichun Yuzi Granules in treatment of Oligospermia and/or asthenospermia and to demonstrate the scientific rationality of Huichun Yuzi Granules so as to provide the basis data for the further study.Methods From July 2005 to June 2017,200 cases with kidney essence deficiency(oligospermia and/or asthenospermia)in the Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang were selected.The average semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm activity rate(PR)of forward movement,total sperm activity of Huichun Yuzi Granules before treatment,and aftere 4,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were compared,and the TCM syndrome score before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment were evaluated and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results Compared with before treatment,the average semen volume and sperm concentration,PR and total sperm activity were increased significantly than those of after 4 weeks treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 4 weeks treatment,the average semen volume,sperm concentration,PR and total sperm activity increased significantly than those of after 8 weeks of treatment,the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with 8 weeks treatment,the average semen volume,sperm concentration,PR and total sperm activity increased significantly than those of after 12 weeks of treatment,the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).TCM syndromes were also significantly improved after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).The cure rate was 24.5%,the effective rate was 67.5%and the total effective rate was 92.0%.Conclusion Huichun Yuzi Granules is effective in treating hypoasthenospermia,and its prescription is scientific and reasonable.
