认知行为治疗在酒精戒断综合征中的应用观察被引量：4

摘要目的观察认知行为治疗在酒精戒断综合征的临床应用效果,为认知行为治疗的临床应用提供依据。方法选取40例同意参与研究的酒精戒断综合征男性患者,对照组20例仅给予神经内科常规护理,治疗组20例在常规护理的基础上增加认知行为治疗。结果治疗2周后两组酒精戒断综合征评定量表评分都下降,两组比较具有统计学差异(治疗组为2. 51±0. 36分,对照组为9. 20±0. 62分,P <0. 01)。两组患者临床疗效总评量表评分也降低,两组间比较具有统计学差异(治疗组3. 30±0. 25分,对照组4. 20±0. 50分,P <0. 05)。进一步的研究发现两组患者焦虑自评量表评分均下降,且治疗组SAS评分下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(治疗组为35. 64±3. 66分,对照组为42. 28±4. 82分,P <0. 05)。结论本研究结果提示认知行为治疗可能通过减轻患者的焦虑症状改善酒精戒断综合征患者的临床疗效。
