摘要
本文主要从物化性质、使用安全、采购价格、试验过程几方面对比了食品接触材料及制品迁移试验中正己烷和正庚烷食品模拟物的不同,结论是两者物化性质相似,都易挥发,易燃易爆,在迁移试验中都需要戴手套和防护面具在通风橱里操作;使用正己烷作为油脂类食品模拟物的优点在于提取效果好,价格低廉,试验耗时短,缺点是沸点低,挥发性强,易扩散和易被人体吸收,且毒性大,对试验人员身体伤害大;使用正庚烷作为油脂类食品模拟物的优点在于沸点低,不易被人体吸收,毒性小,缺点是价格略高,试验耗时长。
This article mainly comparise the differents between n-Hexane and n-Heptanefrom the physical and chemical properties,the use of safe,purchase price,test process compared the food contact materials and products of alternative oil kind food migration test of simulated chemical reagent different,The conclusion is n-hexane and n-heptane have similar physical and chemical properties,both are volatile,flammable and explosive.Gloves and protective masks are required to operate in the ventilation cabinet during the migration test.The advantage of using n-hexane as oil kind food extract the advantage of simulation effect islowprice and short test time,the disadvantage is that low boiling point,volatile,easy to spread and be absorbed by human body,and is toxic,bodily injury to test personnel;The advantage of using n-heptane as a food analogue for oil is that it is low in the boiling point,not easily absorbed by the human body,the toxicity is small,the disadvantage is that the price is slightly higher,and the experiment is time-consuming.
