摘要 目的观察3D打印技术在颅颈交界区畸形治疗教学中的效果,探讨其应用的可行性及有效性。方法根据CTA数据源,转化为3D打印数据并运用3D打印技术制作实体病例模型,应用于颅颈交界区畸形教学实施中。结果 3D打印技术制作的实体病例模型有助于加深学生对疾病的解剖及手术治疗过程的理解,能显著提升学生学习兴趣、学习效率及教学内容掌握度。结论基于CTA数据源的3D打印技术在颅颈交界区畸形治疗教学中效果良好。 Objective To observe the effects of applying three-dimensional(3 D)printing technology in teaching of craniovertertebral junction malformation treatment so as to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the technology.Methods Computed tomography angiography(CTA)was transformed into images and printed out as the case models.The 3 Dprinted models were used in the teaching of craniovertertebral junction malformation.Results The 3 Dprinted entity model of craniovertertebral junction malformation not only helped the students deepen their understanding of anatomy and operation process of the malformation,but also could significantly improve the students' learning enthusiasm and efficiency and mastery of the teaching contents.Conclusion 3 Dprinting technology based on CTA data brings remarkable effects in teaching of craniovertertebral junction malformation treatment.
