急性颅脑损伤诊断中核磁共振与CT的价值评价 被引量:8

Value Evaluation of MRI and CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Craniocerebral Injury

摘要 目的:分析核磁共振与CT检查在急性颅脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年9月于本院接受治疗的86例急性颅脑损伤病患,所有患者均行核磁共振(MRI)与CT检查,比较两种检查方法临床诊断准确率、颅脑损伤部位诊断情况及患者家属满意度。结果:MRI诊断准确率94.19%(81/86)高于CT检查82.56%(71/86),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颅脑损伤部位(枕叶、额颞叶、颞叶、顶叶、脑深部)检出率MRI明显高于CT,患者家属对检查方法满意度MRI高于CT,有统计学意义(P<0.05);轴外损伤检出率MRI虽高于CT,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性颅脑损伤者行核磁共振检查准确率高,可准确判断损伤部位,提高患者满意度,但在实际检测时会对患者小脑、颞叶边缘部位及脑干产生一定损伤,医者需根据患者病情及需求选择适宜检查方法,在保证检测准确率的同时提高检查安全性。 Objective:To analyze the application value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury.Method:86 patients with acute craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017,all patients underwent MRI(MRI) and CT examination,the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,the diagnosis of craniocerebral injury site and the satisfaction of the family members were compared between the two methods.Result:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 94.19%(81/86) higher than that of CT 82.56%(71/86),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Location of brain injury(occipital lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal, deep brain) detection rates of MRI were significantly higher than those of CT.The satisfaction of the patients' family members to the method of examination of MRI was higher than that of CT,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The detection rate of MRI was higher than that of CT,but there was no statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of MRI was high in patients with acute craniocerebral injury,the site of damage can be accurately judged,improve patients' satisfaction,however there is a certain damage to the cerebellum,the edge of the temporal lobe and the brain stem in the actual test,doctors should choose appropriate examination methods according to the patients' condition and needs,to ensure the accuracy of detection while improving the security of inspection.
