摘要
肺炎支原体肺炎发病率逐年升高,因肺炎支原体耐药、混合感染等情况频繁出现,易合并呼吸衰竭等严重并发症,发展为难治性/重症支原体肺炎。支气管肺泡灌洗术目前已临床应用于儿科呼吸系统疾病30余年,在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的诊断中,可通过肺泡灌洗液镜下表现以及病原体检测,明确诊断;在治疗上,可清除气道内黏液,治疗肺不张等并发症,促进肺部大片阴影吸收等。支气管肺泡灌洗技术在儿童MPP的诊断及治疗中有常规诊断技术及传统治疗不可比拟的优势,且安全可靠。本文对支气管肺泡灌洗术在肺炎支原体肺炎诊疗中的优势作用进行详细阐述。
The incidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is increasing year by year,due to frequent occurrence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,mixed infection and so on.It is easy to combine with severe complications such as respiratory failure and develop into refractory/severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Bronchoalveolar lavage has been applied to pediatric respiratory diseases for more than 30 years.In children's diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,we can detect pathogens through bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and microscopic examination,and make clear diagnosis.Bronchoalveolar lavage can remove mucus in the airway,treat the complications such as atelectasis,and promote the absorption of large shadows in the lungs,etc.The technique of bronchoalveolar lavage in the diagnosis and treatment of children's MPP has the incomparable advantages of conventional diagnosis and traditional treatment,and it is safe and reliable.In this paper,the advantages and effects of bronchoalveolar lavage in the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia are described in detail.
